Abstract

Desa Candikuning terletak di Kecamatan Baturiti, Kabupaten Tabanan yang terkenal dengan kawasan wisata alam dan sektor perkebunan yang baik. Seiring dengan perkembangan pariwisata banyak usaha akomodasi pariwisata yang berkembang di desa candikuning. Salah satunya adalah bisnis restoran dan villa dengan menawarkan pemandangan alam yang tidak kalah dengan daerah lain. Salah satu akomodasi pariwisata yang menawarkan wisata pemandangan alam adalah Warung Rekreasi Bedugul. Tahun 2020 telah berlalu, dan sudah 8 tahun sejak berdiri dengan jumlah karyawan mencapai 26 orang yang ditempatkan di restoran dan villa. Masalah yang terjadi pada bisnis ini adalah ketidakjelasan dalam Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen, Struktur, Standar Operasional Prosedur yang masih belum ada. Melalui pendampingan dalam pembuatan struktur organisasi usaha perdagangan dan standar prosedur operasional yang dilakukan dalam pelayanan ini, dapat memberikan pengalaman penting bagi mitra dalam melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang baik.

Abstract

Tourism science has been recognized as a scientific discipline in Indonesia since 2008. However, because of this interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary genealogy, it creates many scientific problems. The purpose of this paper is to understanding concept and theory of tourism science that very complex. The research was conducted in Bali, using qualitative methodology with library study methods, observation and in-depth interviews. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the concepts and theories of tourism are still largely referring to previously established sciences with many borrowing concepts, theories and other scientific methods. This fact make “the big machine of concept and theory” trigger as a blind spot. Very natural for a new science with interest wide ranging subject / object of research. Such an approach, the research findings that blind spot phenomenon in tourism research can be solved. In the industrial revolution 4.0 era, for existence tourism science more research must produce new concepts, theories and innovations. Keywords: Concept, theory, blind spot, science, tourism

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi UMKM berbasis budaya lokal berpartisipasi dalam pameran kerajinan di Pesta Kesenian Bali. UMKM berbasis budaya lokal seharusnya memiliki peluang yang sama untuk mempromosikan produknya pada pameran tersebut, namun faktanya tidaklah demikian karena ada perlakuan “pilih kasih” yang membuat adanya ketidakmerataan peluang berpromosi. Hanya UMKM yang lulus seleksi dan memiliki kualifikasi skala produksi mapan yang bisa berpartisipasi. Oleh karenanya, mayoritas peserta pameran kerajinan adalah peserta lama yang telah berulang kali bahkan lebih dari 3 kali mengikuti pameran. Dengan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhinya, akan dapat disimpulkan benar atau tidaknya motif utama berpromosi diikuti oleh motif lain yang sama pentingnya.  Untuk menghasilkan data yang tepat, penelitian lapangan dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor eksplorasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi, faktor ekonomi dan faktor sosial. Faktor ekonomi termasuk mendapatkan pelanggan dan mendapatkan keuntungan tinggi. Faktor sosial termasuk daya saing, keberadaan/eksistensi, cerita sukses peserta lain, dan pengakuan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic impacts small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) performance in production, marketing, and income, especially in Denpasar City. MSMEs experienced a decline in the level of demand and supply during the implementation of social distancing policies. The role of social media can help in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, it can be said that social media can help the economy of MSMEs in business activities. This study aims to analyze the factors that use social media marketing, namely perceptions of ease of use, perceived usefulness, cost, and influence on MSMEs. The study was conducted on MSMEs owners in Denpasar City who sell food, beverages, services, and fashion. Data were collected utilizing research questionnaires which were distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) with Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that Perceived Usefulness had a positive and significant effect on social media marketing. Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the SMEs sustainability. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on social media marketing. The cost has a positive and significant effect on social media marketing. Social media marketing has a positive effect on MSMEs. However, costs have no impact on MSMEs. Based on the results of the VAF test, social media marketing acts as a partial mediating variable between perceived Usefulness and perceived ease of use for MSMEs sustainability.

Abstract

Background: Social media's digital technology revolution has already taken place and is steadily altering consumer expectations and behavior. Currently, social media is used as a strategic communication tool by many corporate divisions. Consequently, social media as a collection of online media platforms, offers new opportunities for both individuals and organizations focused on business to promote and express their values to their target audience. Objective: The study aims to elucidate the impact of social media quality and brand awareness on purchase decisions, with brand image serving as a mediating variable. Method: The sampling technique in this research uses a purposive sampling method and a questionnaire instrument for data collection. The study included a sample of 100 respondents and was conducted on all Endek customers who purchase clothing from Galeri Endek and live in Denpasar City. The quantitative Partial Least Square (PLS) approach is the analytical tool that is employed. Results: The findings show that social media quality and brand awareness has a significant positive influence on brand image. Brand image has a statistically significant positive influence on purchase decisions, however social media quality has no statistical significance on purchase decisions. Additionally, social media quality influences consumer purchase decisions in a notable and positive way, with some degree of the brand image serving as a partial mediator. Conclusion: The contribution of the research findings suggested that Galeri Endek Bhumimi could potentially enhance its brand awareness and brand image by expanding its use of social media. Galeri Endek Bhumimi should improve their social media quality so that it can improve brand image and have an impact on purchasing decisions. The empirical evidence suggests that the selection of products by consumers is impacted by their recognition and perception of the brand. Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM industri gerabah di Desa Pejaten, Bali, dalam manajemen keuangan, pemasaran digital, dan tata kelola perusahaan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan interaktif, observasi langsung, dan pendampingan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mitra. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terkait pembukuan sederhana (50%), penerapan kebijakan tata kelola (75%), dan interaksi pemasaran digital (25%). Selain itu, penjualan melalui platform digital meningkat sebesar 15%, menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan dalam mendukung transformasi digital. Kendati demikian, masih diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan implementasi dan konsistensi strategi. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis kebutuhan dan integrasi teknologi dapat memberikan dampak nyata pada pertumbuhan UMKM di era digital Training on Bookkeeping and Digital Marketing for MSMEs in the Pottery Industry of Pejaten Village, Kediri District, Tabanan, Bali This training and mentoring program aims to enhance the capacity of MSMEs in the pottery industry in Pejaten Village, Bali, focusing on financial management, digital marketing, and corporate governance. The implementation methods included interactive training, direct observation, and tailored mentoring sessions. The results showed significant improvements in participants' understanding of basic bookkeeping (50%), implementation of governance policies (75%), and digital marketing engagement (25%). Additionally, online sales increased by 15%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the training in supporting digital transformation. However, ongoing support is required to ensure consistent implementation and sustainability of strategies. These findings confirm that a needs-based approach and technology integration can have a tangible impact on the growth of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This service aims to able to improve the partner's knowledge and skills in the accounting recording process based on SAK EMKM, the application of cash inflows and cash outflows along with making supporting documents, as well as increasing information on funding institutions that can be accessed by MSMEs. The method of implementation is by providing training, socialization and mentoring. The subjects of this program are the owners and all employees of Kumala Bali. The instrument of this program uses a questionnaire which is distributed before and after implementation. The evaluation stage is carried out by seeing whether there is an increase in understanding of the accounting recording process based on SAK EMKM, the application of cash inflows and cash outflows along with making supporting documents, as well as information on funding institutions that can be accessed by MSMEs. The results of the activity show that there is an increase in knowledge and skills in the accounting recording process based on SAK EMKM, the application of cash inflows and cash outflows along with making supporting documents, as well as increasing information on funding institutions that can be accessed by MSMEs.

Abstract

Village Credit Institutions are financial institutions operating in villages that have a role in the development of trade in Pakraman village in Bali Province. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the efficiency of lending carried out by LPDs in South Denpasar District. Determination of samples in this study using saturated sample techniques or census Data collection using questionnaires and research respondents as many as 33 respondents. Data analysis used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression method. Based on data analysis, it was concluded that the control environment, risk assessment, information and communication, control and monitoring activities had a positive and significant effect on the efficiency of lending to LPDs in South Denpasar District.

Abstract

Industry of wood handycraft is one of sub sector export oriented industry where the product becomes a superior export commodity. Nevertheless, the growth of GDP are fluctuated based on times series data from 2008-2016. This research using multiple regression analysis. The result shows that in simultan effect ,inflation, US$ exchange, and export value have a significant effect to the growth of GDP sub sector wood handycrat industry. In partial effect, inflation and US$ exchange have a positive and signifficant effect while the export value have no significant effect to the growth of GDP sub sector wood handycraft industry.

Abstract

This research aims is to analyse the effect of macroeconomic variables in 4 sector economic to third party fund. Times series data period 2001-2010 has been used in this research. That period has choosen because that years Bali Blast happened until the recovery years so that we know how big are people interest to save their money in bank during that years which full of safety issues. With multiple regression analysis we have the result that only income per capita has a positive and significant effect to thirf party fund. BI interest rate, inflation, and US dollar exchange has no significant effect to third party fund.
