Abstract

ABSTRAKStroke adalah penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di Indonesia. Pada pasienstroke untuk mengurangi kebutuhan oksigen otak pasien pasien dilakukan tirah baring.Tirah baring yang lama dapat menyebabkan konstipasi, mobilisasi tiap 2 jam mengurangikejadian konstipasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh mobilisasi setiap duajam terhadap kejadian konstipasi pasien stroke.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimental pre-post test. Populasiadalah pasien stroke infark di ruangan Gardena RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. Sampel yangdigunakan 20 responden yang diperoleh dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabelindependen adalah mobilisasi miring kanan dan miring kiri setiap dua jam dan variabeldependen adalah konstipasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Analisis datadengan menggunakan Mann Whitney dengan nilai signifikansi α<0,05.Hasil penelitian dengan uji Mann Whitney Test mendapat p= 0,028 yang berartiada perbedaan dari kelompok kedua. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh yang signifikanmobilisasi setiap dua jam untuk kejadian konstipasi pasien stroke.Pasien stroke infark diharapkan mobilisasi awal untuk mencegah timbulnyakonstipasi dan rumah sakit harus membuat standard prosedur operasional mobilisasi miringkanan dan miring kiri setiap dua jam untuk perawatan pasien lanjut pasien stroke infarkdengan tirah baring lama.Kata kunci: Mobilisasi setiap dua jam, Konstipasi, Pasien StrokeABSTRACTStroke was a main cause of mortality and disability in Indonesia. In stroke patientsto reduce the oxygen cerebrum demand required bed rest therapy. Bed-resting therapy cancaused constipation, so for mobilization therapy has not the writen solution to preventconstipation gived nursing action mobilization right nd left oblique every two hours but theeffect is not know. The purpose of this research to know effect of mobilization every twohours to incidence of constipation stroke patients.This research used quasy experiment pre-post test design. Population was patientsof stroke infarct in Gardena Wards RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. The sample used 20 obtainedrespondens to inclusion criteria and exclusion. Variable independent was mobilization ofright and left oblique every two hours and variable dependent was constipation. Datacollecting use observation. Technique analysis the data by using Mann Whitney with α0,05 .The result of research with test of Mann Whitney Test got p=0.028 which meansthere was difference from group both. Thereby there was significant effect of mobilizationevery two hours to incidence of constipation stroke patients.Patient of stroke infarct are expected to mobilization an early as posible to preventincidence of constipation and for hospital should make a standart operation prosedurmobilization therapy right and left oblique every two hours for patien stroke infarct withbed rest.Keywords: Mobilization every two hours, Constipation, Stroke Patients

Abstract

ABSTRAKStres merupakan suatu keadaan yang disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan individuterhadap tuntutan internal maupun eksternal stimulus yang dapat membahayakanpenyesuaian diri terhadap situasi. Adanya stres dalam menghadapi ujian mengakibatkanperubahan istirahat dan tidur yang berbeda pada setiap mahasiswa. Masih banyakditemukan mahasiswa yang mengalami gangguan pola tidur saat menghadapi ujian seperti:sulit memulai tidur, lingkungan ramai, dan jumlah jam tidur (kurang dari kebutuhan).Namun hubungan stres dalam menghadapi ujian akhir semester dengan pola tidur belumdapat dijelaskan.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Cross sectional, dengan teknik purposivesampling. Sampel diambil sebanyak 52 responden. Variabel independen adalah stres danvariabel dependen adalah perubahan pola tidur. Data diambil dengan menggunakankuesioner.Hasil uji statistik korelasi spearmans rank didapatkan hasil ρ=0,02 yang berarti adahubungan stres dalam menghadapi ujian akhir semester dengan pola tidur mahasiswa ProdiS1 Keperawatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya, dengan r= 0,418 yang berartitingkat hubungan cukup.Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan penanggulangancara menghadapi stres dengan membuat suatu kebiasaan positif dengan menghindari suatuperubahan yang berlebihan.Kata kunci: Stres Ujian Akhir, Pola tidur, Mahasiswa Program Studi KeperawatanABSTRACTStress was a condition caused by the inability of the individual to the demands ofinternal and external stimulus that can harm the adaptation to the situation. The stress offinal exam caused change sleep pattern and different on each student. There are still manystudents who experience disruption in sleep patterns when facing exams such as: hardstart sleeping, crowded environment, and the number of hours of sleep (less thanrequirement). However, the relationship of stress in dealing with final exams with sleeppatterns can not be explained.This study design used cross sectional, with purposive sampling technique. Sampleswere taken as many as 52 respondents. The independent variable was stress and thedependent variable was the change in sleep patterns. Data colleted using a questionnaire.The results of statistical test spearmans rank correlation result obtained ρ= 0.02,which means that there was a relationship of stress dealing in final exams with sleeppatterns student of Nursing Program Study Muhammadiyah Surabaya, and r= 0.418,which means the level of relationship is Enough.This study is expected to increase the knowledge and control of stress by creating apositive habit to avoid an excessive change.Keywords: Stress of final exam, Sleep patterns, Student of Nursing Program Study

Abstract

ABSTRAKLoyalitas adalah menggunakan secara berulang dan konsisten layanan kesehatanoleh pasien. Peran utama loyalitas adalah kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan yangdiberikan. Aspek yang berpengaruh dalam loyalitas adalah kenyamanan, hubunganpelanggan dengan petugas yang berdinas, ketrampilan petugas dan biaya. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan pasien dengan loyalitas pasien.Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Populasi pasienrawat inap di Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik dengan menggunakan purposive samplingdidapatkan sampel 63 responden. Variabel independen adalah kepuasan pasien, danvariabel dependen adalah loyalitas pasien. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakankuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Spearman rho.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antarakepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien (p= 0,001 dan r= 0,404). Semakin tinggi kepuasanpasien maka semakin tinggi pula loyalitas pasien.Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan kepuasan pasien dengan loyalitaspasien melalui kualitas pelayanan yang baik. Peningkatan kualitas ke dalam perilaku dannilai caring di rawat inap akan menghasilkan kepatuhan dan kepuasan pelanggan secaraberkesinambungan, sehingga pelanggan akan loyal.Kata kunci: Kepuasan, LoyalitasABSTRACTLoyalty was a repeat purchase of services consistently by patients. The key role waspatient satisfaction with the services provided. Influential aspect in this regard was thecomfort, customer relation with officer in duty, officer technical competence and cost. Theaim of the research was to know the relationship of patient satisfaction with patientloyalty.This study was used cross-sectional design. Population was the patient at wardsPetrokimia Gresik Hospital. The sampling approachs used was purposive sampling. Totalsample of 63 respondents, taken in accordance with the inclusion criteria. The independentvariable was patient satisfaction, and the dependent variable was patient loyalty. Datacollected using a questionnaire with analysis Spearman rho correlation.The result showed that there was a significant correlation between patientsatisfaction and loyalty of patients (p= 0.001 and r= 0.404). The higher patientsatisfaction, the higher patient loyalty.We can conclude that there was a relationship of patient satisfaction with patientloyalties through good quality service. Quality improvement into the behavior and caringvalue in the wards will result in compliance and customer satisfaction on an ongoingbasis, so that the customers will be loyal.Keywords : Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRAKHospitalisasi anak prasekolah di rumah sakit merupakan pengalaman yangmemicu stres pada anak. Terapi bermain: boneka tangan difokuskan pada kebutuhan anakanakuntuk mengekspresikan diri mereka melalui penggunaan boneka mainan dalamkegiatan bermain untuk membantu anak-anak memahami penyakit mereka. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh terapi bermain boneka tangan terhadaprespons adaptif anak prasekolah pada saat terapi injeksi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik. Desain penelitian yang digunakanQuasy Experiment dengan Post-Test. Teknik sampling dengan purposive samplingdidapatkan sampel dari 20 anak prasekolah di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Gresik. Padakelompok perlakuan sebanyak 10 anak dan pada kelompok kontrol sebanyak 10 anak.Variabel independen adalah terapi bermain boneka tangan dan variabel dependen adalahrespons adaptif anak. Respons adaptif anak diobservasi saat anak diberikan terapi injeksi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kelompok perlakuan sebagian besar anakmenunjukkan respons adaptif sebanyak 6 anak (60%) dan pada kelompok kontrol sebagianbesar anak menunjukkan respons maladaptif sebanyak 8 anak (80%). Hasil perhitungandengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square diperoleh nilai p= 0.068 dimana p > α, yangberarti tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terapi bermain: boneka tangan terhadap responsadaptif pada anak pra sekolah.Evaluasi diperlukan untuk alternatif terapi bermain yang lain melalui media yangberbeda. Penggunaan terapi bermain untuk anak-anak dapat mengurangi stres saat anakdirawat di rumah sakit.Kata kunci: Terapi bermain, Boneka tangan, Respons adaptif, Anak PrasekolahABSTRACTPreschool child care in hospital is a stressful experience. Hand Puppet PlayTherapy focused on the need for children to express themselves through the use of stuffedtoys in play activities to help children understand the disease. The purpose of this researchwas to explain the influence of play therapy hand puppets of adaptive responses pre-schoolchildren.This research was analytic. The study design was used Quasy Experiment withPost-Test Design. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with sample of 20children at Muhammadiyah Gresik hospital. The treatment group of 10 pre-school childrenand the control group of 10 pre-school children. Independent variable was play therapyhand puppets and independent variable was adaptive responses. Adaptive responses wereobserved when children get injection therapy.The results showed that most children in the treatment group show an adaptiveresponse by 6 children (60%) and most children in control group show maladaptiveresponse by 8 children (80%). Result of calculations used Chi Square tests statisticsobtained p = 0.068 where p> α, which means there was no significant influence on play:hand puppets for children of adaptive responses at injection therapy between controlgroup and the treatment group. Abstract

ABSTRAKInfeksi nosokomial adalah infeksi yang didapat pasien saat proses pelayanankesehatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah infeksi nosokomial denganmencuci tangan. Mencuci tangan adalah proses secara mekanis melepaskan kotoran darikulit/ tangan menggunakan sabun dan air bersih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untukmenjelaskan hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap perawat tentang pencegahan infeksinosokomial dengan pelaksanaan mencuci tangan.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah perawat di ruang Flamboyan, Gardena, dan Wijaya Kusuma di RSUD Ibnu SinaGresik, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, diambil 36 responden berdasarkankriteria inklusi. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi.Setelah data yang ada ditabulasi kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasirank spearman dengan nilai signifikan α< 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan perawattentang pencegahan infeksi nosokomial dengan mencuci tangan, dengan tingkat signifikan0,246 (α)> 0,05. Sikap menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara sikap perawat tentangpencegahan infeksi nosokomial dengan mencuci tangan, tingkat signifikan 0,285 (α)> 0,05.Pengetahuan dan sikap positif perawat tentang pencegahan infeksi nosokomialdiperlukan untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan mencuci tangan di ruangan. Jika tujuan itutercapai, itu bisa mengurangi infeksi nosokomial di rumah sakit.Kata kunci: pengetahuan, sikap, infeksi nosokomial, cuci tanganABSTRACTNosocomial infection was the infection which is gotten by the patient, on theprocess of nursing in hospital. The one way to prevent nosocomial infection was washinghands. Washing hands was the process which mechanically release debris from hands skinused body soap or pure water. The aim of this research was to explain the connectionbetween knowledge and nurse attitude about the prevention of nosocomial infection withwashing hands in RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik.This research used a cross sectional design. Population in this research was nursesin the Flamboyan Ward, Gardena Ward and Wijaya Kusuma Ward in RSUD Ibnu SinaGresik. With using purposive sampling, 36 respondents taken based on inclusion criteria.This research data is taken by using questionnaire and trough observation. After tabulatedexisting data, it is analyzed by using test of rank spearman’s correlation with significantstandart 0.05.Results of research showed there were no correlation between nurse’s knowledgeabout prevented nosocomial infection with washing hand, with level of significant 0.246(α)>0.05. And also with the attitude was showing there was no correlation between nurse’sattitude about prevented nosocomial infection with level of significant 0.285 (α)>0.05.From the result of this research, knowledge and nurse positive attitude about theprevention of nosocomial infection needed to increase in order the washing hands implementation could be running. Abstract

ABSTRAKRumah sakit sebagai pengelola menghadapi tantangan globalisasi saat ini. InstalasiBedah adalah salah satu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Kombinasi antiseptik saattindakan operasi dengan crane yang bekerja menggunakan prinsip kerja tali sangatmembantu. Durasi antiseptik intraoperatif dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor: sumberdaya manusia, peralatan, biaya, kompleksitas operasi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untukmenjelaskan perbandingan crane dan manual terhadap durasi antiseptik intraoperatif.Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasy Experiment (Post-Test Design). Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah pasien dengan operasi fraktur ekstremitas bawah, dengan sampel 20responden, 10 responden dengan crane dan 10 responden dengan manual. Sampel diambilsecara purposive sampling. Variabel bebas adalah alat crane dan variabel terikat adalahdurasi antiseptik intraoperatif. Data durasi antiseptik intraoperatif menggunakan instrumenobservasi, kemudian analisis data dengan Independent T-Test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata durasi antiseptik intraoperatif denganmenggunakan crane selama 13 menit dari 10 responden, sedangkan rata-rata durasitindakan manual selama 15 menit dari 10 responden. Hasil uji analisis p= 0.000, sehinggaada perbedaan yang signifikan dari crane dan manual terhadap durasi antiseptikintraoperatif.Penggunaan crane saat tindakan antiseptik intraoperatif pada operasi ekstremitasbawah sangat membantu, terutama pasien dengan berat badan ≥ 40kg.Kata kunci: Crane, Manual, Antiseptik intraoperatifABSTRACTFace of challenge in this globalization, Surgery Installation was one of the healthservices in hospital. Combination antiseptic with crane that work using rope principalbecome very helpful. The duration of antiseptic intraoperative may influenced by factors:human resources, equipment, cost, complexity and simplicity The purposes of research wasto explain the comparison of a crane and manual for the duration of the antisepticintraoperative.The design of this study was Quasy Experiment (Post-Test Design). The populationin this study were patients with fractures of the lower extremity surgery, with a sample of20 respondents, 10 respondents with a crane and 10 respondents with manual. Samplestaken by purposive sampling. Independent variable was a crane and dependent variablewas duration of antiseptic intraoperative. Data duration of antiseptic intraoperative wasused observation instrument, then the data analysis by independent statistical T-Test.The results showed that mean duration of antiseptic intraoperative by using a cranefor 13 minutes of 10 respondents, while mean duration of manual action for 15 minutes of10 respondents. The results of the analysis of test p= 0.000, so there was a significantdifference of a crane and manual for the duration of the antiseptic intraoperative.The use of a crane for antiseptic intraoperative on the lower extremities surgery isvery helpful, especially patients with a body weight ≥ 40kg.Keywords: Crane, Manual, Antiseptic intraoperative

Abstract

ABSTRAKAsuhan keperawatan gangguan pernapasan neonatus membutuhkan pengetahuantentang kualitas, sikap, dan keterampilan perawat dalam memberikan perawatan yangcepat, akurat dan hati-hati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan hubunganpengetahuan dan sikap terhadap tindakan resusitasi pada gangguan pernapasan bayi barulahir.Desain penelitian yang digunakan cross sectional. Sampel 24 responden (perawatdan bidan) di gedung pusat Bersalin Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Gresik. Sampel diambilmenggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan checklist.Data dianalisis dengan korelasi Spearman Rank dengan nilai signifikansi α <0,05.Hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden menunjukkan pengetahuan cukup dengantindakan cukup sebanyak 11 orang (45,8%) dari 24 responden, dengan hasil uji statistik p=0.000, r= 0,752. Ada hubungan kuat pengetahuan dengan tindakan resusitasi neonatusgawat nafas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar bersikap negatif dengantindakan resusitasi cukup sebanyak 10 orang (41,7%) dari 24 responden, dengan nilai p=0,003, r= 0,319. Data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan sedang antara sikapbidan/perawat dengan tindakan resusitasi neonatus gawat nafas.Penting bagi bidan/perawat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mereka dan memilikisikap positif dalam tindakan resusitasi dengan mengikuti pelatihan/ seminar perawatan danpenatalaksanaan neonatus gawat nafas serta perawatan intensif neonatal.Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap, Tindakan resusitasi, Neonatus, Gawat nafasABSTRACTNursing care of neonatal respiratory distress requiring knowledge of quality,attitudes, and skills in order to provide care quickly, accurately and carefully. The purposeof this study was to explain the relationship of knowledge and attitudes to resuscitation ofthe newborn respiratory distress.The research designs was used a cross sectional. Sample of 24 respondents (nursesand midwifery) in the Maternity central building Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital. Sampletaken using purposive sampling method. Data were collected by questionnaire andchecklist. Analyzed by Spearman Rank Corelation level of significant with values α<0.05.The results of this study were most respondents showed enough knowledge to actfairly as many as 11 people ( 45.8 % ) of the 24 respondents, with the statistical test p=0.000, r= 0.752. There was a strong relationship with the knowledge of neonatalresuscitation respiratory distress. The results showed that most of the negative attitudewith resuscitation quite as many as 10 people ( 41.7 % ) of the 24 respondents, with p=0.003, r= 0.319. The data indicate that there was a relationship between attitudes ofmidwifes/ nurses with neonatal respiratory distress resuscitation.It was important for nurses to enhance their knowledge and have positive attitudein by joining training of neonatal intensive care unit and reading nursery book more often,and joining nursery seminar treating neonatal respiratory distress.Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Action nursing, Neonatal, Respiratory distress

Abstract

ABSTRAKMutu pelayanan keperawatan merupakan gambaran total sifat dari suatu produkatau jasa pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan kemampuannya untuk memberikankebutuhan kepuasan. Sehingga untuk memenangkan sebuah persaingan dalam merebutpersaingan pasar, maka rumah sakit harus bisa memberikan jaminan rasa kepuasan padapasien. Masalah yang terjadi adalah kurang ramah atau kurang profesional perawat dalampelayanan keperawatan yang sangat terkait dengan kepuasan pasien dirumah sakit. Tujuanpenelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan mutu pelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkatkepuasan pasien.Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Populasi penelitian 33 pasien.Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 31responden sesuai kriteria inklusi. Variabel independen adalah mutu pelayanan keperawatandan variabel dependen adalah tingkat kepuasan pasien. Data diambil menggunakan teknikwawancara dan observasi.Hasil uji statistik spearman rho dengan taraf signifikan nilai p < 0,05. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan nilai p= 0,586. Hal ini menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan mutupelayanan keperawatan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien.Tenaga perawat di rumah sakit merupakan tenaga paling banyak kontak danberinteraksi dengan pasien, sehingga pasien cenderung mengamati apa yang merekalakukan. Maka bila perawat menunjukkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan yang baik akanmenyebabkan meningkatnya tingkat kepuasan kepada pasienKata kunci: Mutu pelayanan keperawatan dan tingkat kepuasan pasienABSTRACTQuality of nursing service was the total of the nature of description a product orservice related to its ability to provide satisfaction to the patients needs. Problems thatoccur in the Dahlia were less friendly or less professional in nursing services. So to win acompetition in seizing market, the hospital most be able to guarantee of satisfaction inpatients.The research aim was to analyze the correlation quality with patients satisfactionlevel.The research was used cross sectional design. The population were 33 patients.Sample were selected by purposive sampling, the sample were 31 respondens withinclusion criteria. The independent variable was a quality of nursing service anddependent variable was patiens satisfaction level. The data were collected by usinginterview and questionnaire.The research result using spearman rho with the ρ < 0.05 significance degree. Theresult of this research was ρ = 0.586. It’s mean no correlation quality of nursing care withpatients satisfaction level.Most of patients intend to observed the quality of nursing service, because nursesare most interactive with patients. Abstract

ABSTRAKAnak prasekolah adalah mereka yang berusia antara 3-6 tahun. Pada masa kanakkanakketerampilan motorik berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan kemampuankognitif anak. Anak-anak berusia 4-6 tahun memiliki banyak keunggulan dalam hal fisikmelalui motorik bila dilakukan dengan permainan atau modifikasi permainan. Salah satupermainan yang dapat meningkatkan motorik halus dan perkembangan kognitif anak-anakprasekolah adalah terapi bermain: origami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh terapi bermain: origami pada motorik halus dan perkembangan kognitifprasekolah (4-5 tahun).Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan satu kelompokpretest-posttest. Populasi sebanyak 25 anak, sampel direkrut menggunakan purposivesampling didapatkan besar sampel 24 anak usia 4-5 tahun dari kelas A2 TK Aisyiyah 24BP Wetan pada bulan Maret 2012. Variabel bebas adalah terapi origami dan variabelterikat adalah pengembangan baik motorik dan kognitif. Data dikumpulkan denganmenggunakan lembar observasi dan data tersebut dianalisis uji Wilcoxon dengan tingkatsignifikansi p <0,05.Hasil uji statistik dari motorik halus dan perkembangan kognitif anak-anakprasekolah (4-5 tahun) sebelum dan sesudah terapi origami (p = 0,001). Ini berarti bahwaterapi origami memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap motorik halus dan perkembangankognitif anak prasekolah (4-5 tahun).Lembaga pendidikan, terutama anak-anak TK keperawatan dapat menggunakanterapi origami untuk meningkatkan motorik halus dan perkembangan kognitif anakprasekolah.Kata kunci: Origami, motorik halus, kognitif, anak prasekolahABSTRACTPreschool children are those aged between three to six years. On childhood motorskills develop in line with the development of children's cognitive abilities. Children aged4-6 years through the preschool has many advantages in physical terms through the motorwhen it's done with the games or game modifications. One game that can improve finemotor and cognitive development of preschool children is origami therapy. The researchwas aimed to analyze the effect of origami therapy on fine motor and cognitivedevelopment of preschool children (4-5 years).This researched used a pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design.Population of 25 children, the sample were recruited used purposive sampling with asample of 24 children aged 4-5 years from A2 class kindergarten Aisyiyah 24 BP Wetan onMarch 2012. The independent variable is origami therapy and the dependent variable wasthe development of fine motor and cognitive. Data were collected using observation sheetand those data were analysed Wilcoxon signed rank test with significance level p <0,05.The results of statistical tests of fine motor and cognitive development of preschoolchildren (4-5 years) before and after origami therapy (p = 0,001). It means that origamitherapy had significant effect to fine motor and cognitive development of preschoolchildren (4-5 years). Abstract

ABSTRAKMerokok merupakan masalah besar bagi kesehatan. Konsumsi tembakau bisamenjadi penyebab utama kematian di dunia yang harus dapat dicegah. Penurunan fisiologiparu-paru dapat diukur dengan spirometer sehingga didapatkan nilai FVC (Force VolumeCapacity). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan hubungan perilaku merokokdengan penurunan kapasitas volume paru.Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UnitMedical Check-Up Rumah Sakit Semen Gresik pada bulan September 2012. Sampel yangdidapatkan sebanyak 27 responden yang dipilih dengan cara purposive sampling.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi sertadianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik korelasi spearman rank dengan tingkatsignifikan 0,05.Hasil penelitian ini adalah 12 orang (44,4%) memiliki perilaku merokok ringan, 11orang (40,7%) memiliki perilaku merokok rata-rata, dan 4 orang (14,8%) memilikiperilaku merokok berat. Hasil penelitian untuk kapasitas volume paru antara lain: 13 orang(48,1%) memiliki paru-paru yang normal, 13 orang (48,1%) memiliki paru restriktifringan, 1 orang (3,7%) memiliki paru restriktif sedang dan tidak ada responden yangmemiliki paru restriktif berat. Hasil uji analisis korelasi spearman rank =0,169 (>0,05),tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dari perilaku merokok dengan penurunan kapasitasvolume paru.Semua orang disarankan untuk mengurangi konsumsi rokok dan melakukanolahraga secara teratur supaya kapasitas volume paru normal.Kata kunci: Kebiasaan merokok, Kapasitas volume paruABSTRACTSmoking was a big problem for health. Tobacco consumption could became thefirst leading cause of death in the world which should be able to be prevented. Decreasingphysiology of lungs can be measure with spyrometry to get the value of FVC (ForceVolume Capacity). The purpose of this research was to explain the relationship of smokingbehavior with decreasing volume capacity of lung.Design study was cross sectional design. Study was conducted in Medical CheckUp Semen Gresik Hospital on September 2012. Chosen sample was 27 people which wereselected by purposive sampling. The data was collected by using questionaire andobservation and also analyzed by using statistical test of correlation spearman rank withlevel of significant 0.05.The results of this research were 12 people (44.4%) has light smoking behaviour,11 people (40.7%) has average smoking behaviour and 4 people (14.8%) has severesmoking behaviour. There was 13 people (48.1%) has normal lungs, and 13 people(48.1%) has light restricted lungs, 1 people (3.7%) has average restricted lungs and severerastricted lungs was zero. Analyzed result with Spearman Rank Correlation =0.169(>0.05), there was not significant relationship of smoking behaviour with decreasingvolume capacity of lung.The sugestion is all people must smoking lessly and doing regular sport in order tonormal volume capacity of lung.Keywords : Smoking Behaviour, Volume Capacity of Lung
