Abstract: Identification of problems that occur in Tapung Hilir 4 Public Middle School are as follows, specifically related to teachers: the small number of teachers who compose the learning outcomes test grid both independently and collaboratively, there are still many teachers who choose shortcuts to compile test results through copy paste, so that mistakes often occur, for example multiple questions, writing questions is not in accordance with the rules of writing the results of the study. Through this research, researchers used the workshop activities with a directive approach to improve the quality of learning outcomes tests and in accordance with the rules of writing questions and tests in accordance with Subject Competency Basics. The study was conducted in two cycles with the duration of the meeting as many as 4 meetings. This research was conducted for 3 months, July to September 2018 which was held at Tapung Hilir 4 Public Middle School. After a workshop with a directive approach in preparing the learning outcomes test each cycle has increased. Work cycle I behavior with good (3) and very good categories (4) in cycle I 49.45% increased in cycle II 97.80%. For the value of the results of the performance in compiling the grid test the learning outcomes of the first cycle 30.77% increased in the second cycle 84.62%. Keywords: Teacher Behavior and Performance, Directive Approach Abstrak: Identifikasi masalah yang terjadi di SMP Negeri 4 Tapung Hilir diantaranya sebagai berikut, khusus yang berhubungan dengan guru : sedikitnya jumlah guru yang menyusun kisi-kisi tes hasil belajar baik secara mandiri maupun berkolaborasi, masih banyak guru memilih jalan pintas untuk menyusun tes hasil belajar melalui copy paste, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan, misalnya soal ganda, penulisan soal tidak sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan tes hasil belajar. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tindakan kegiatan workshop dengan pendekatan direktif untuk meningkatkan mutu tes hasil belajar dan sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan soal serta tes sesuai dengan Kompetensi Dasar Mata Pelajaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus dengan durasi pertemuan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, Juli sampai dengan September 2018 yang dilaksanakan pada SMP Negeri 4 Tapung Hilir. Setelah dilakukan workshop dengan pendekatan direktif dalam menyusun tes hasil belajar setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan. Perilaku kerja siklus I dengan kategori baik (3) dan sangat baik (4) pada siklus I 49,45% meningkat pada siklus II 97,80%. Untuk nilai hasil kinerja dalam menyusun kisi-kisi tes hasil belajar siklus I 30,77% meningkat pada siklus II 84,62%. Kata kunci: Perilaku dan Kinerja Guru, Pendekatan Direktif

Abstract: Problems that exist in class VIA of SMP Negeri 3 Tapung Hilir is whether using the Think Pair Share model can improve student learning activities and outcomes on social studies subjects in the VIIA class of SMP Negeri 3 Tapung Hilir Academic Year 2016/2017. In general, the mastery of social knowledge of basic education graduates is relatively sufficient, but the mastery of values in terms of the application of values, social skills and social participation results are not encouraging. These weaknesses are certainly related or motivated by many things, especially the education or learning process, the managers and their implementation as well as influential factors. Therefore the teacher must be able to choose a learning model that can foster interactive, sense of togetherness, namely with the cooperative learning model. The activity of students who get the very good category in the first cycle is 23.33% in the second cycle to 53.33%, the group work is very good in the first cycle 20.00% in the second cycle becomes 56.67% and the average value increases the cycle I 65.75 to 89.15 in the second cycle, as well as the learning completeness aspects from 40% in the first cycle to 90% in the second cycle. From these data show that by using the Think Pair Share model can improve the activities and student learning outcomes so that this learning model can be applied by other social studies teachers in teaching and learning activities. Keywords: Learning Activities and Results Abstrak: Permasalahan yang ada di kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 3 Tapung Hilir adalah Apakah dengan menggunakan model Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 3 Tapung Hilir Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Secara umum penguasaan pengetahuan sosial lulusan pendidikan dasar relatif cukup, tetapi penguasaan nilai dalam arti penerapan nilai, ketrampilan sosial dan partisipasi sosial hasilnya belum menggembirakan. Kelemahan tersebut sudah tentu terkait atau dilatarbelakangi oleh banyak hal, terutama proses pendidikan atau pembelajarannya, para pengelola dan pelaksanaannya serta faktor- faktor yang berpengaruh. Oleh karena itu guru harus bisa memilih model pembelajaran yang bisa menumbuhkan interaktif, rasa kebersamaan yaitu dengan model pembelajaran koopertaif. Aktivitas siswa yang mendapat kategori amat baik siklus I 23,33% pada siklus II menjadi 53,33%, kerja kelompok kategori amat baik siklus I 20,00% pada siklus II menjadi 56,67% dan rat-rata nilai meningkat siklus I 65,75 menjadi 89,15 pada siklus II, serta pada aspek ketuntasan belajara dari 40% pada siklus I menjadi 90% pada siklus II. Dari data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunkan model Think Pair Share dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa sehingga model pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan oleh guru IPS yang lain dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Abstract: The results of the identification of problems that occur in Bangkinang 2 Public Middle School are as follows, specifically related to teachers: the small number of teachers who formulate RPP independently or collaboratively, there are still many teachers choose shortcuts to have RPP through copy paste, low quality RPP in marked by the low quality of the learning process in the classroom. Through this research the researcher used workshop activities with a directive approach to improve teacher performance in preparing lesson plans. The study was conducted in two cycles with the duration of the meeting as many as 4 meetings. This research was conducted for 3 months, July to September 2017 which was carried out at Bangkinang 2 Public Middle School. After the workshop was carried out with a directive approach in preparing RPP, each cycle experienced an increase. Work cycle I behavior with very good value is 18.83% for cycle II, increasing to 75.33%. For the performance value in preparing RPP cycle I is 27.27% for cycle II is increased to 81.82%. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan tindakan kegiatan workshop dengan pendekatan directif untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menyusun RPP. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus dengan durasi pertemuan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Penelitian ini dilaksakan selama 3 bulan, Juli sampai dengan September 2017 yang dilaksankan pada SMP Negeri 2 Bangkinang Setelah dilakukan workshop dengan pendekatan direktif dalam menyusun RPP setiap siklusnya mengalami peningkatan. Perilaku kerja siklus I dengan nilai amat baik adalah 18,83% untuk siklus II meningkat menjadi 75,33%. Untuk nilai kinerja dalam menyusun RPP siklus I adalah 27,27% untuk siklus II adalah meningkat menjadi 81,82%. Kata kunci: Workshop, Perilaku dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract: This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of the stages of Planning, Action, Observation, Reflection. While the learning approach in this study uses a direct learning model. From the results of the study obtained an illustration, students get â‰¥ 70 on silus I the second meeting at 57.2%, in the second cycle the fourth meeting 80.9%. From the results of the observations obtained an illustration of an increase in student learning activities in learning, namely in the first cycle of the second meeting which received good and very good scores of 67.5%, while in the second cycle the fourth meeting obtained good and excellent scores 94.4%. On the work results of the second cycle of the first cycle group that got good and very good score of 62.6% while in the second cycle the fourth meeting that got good and very good scores of 100% this shows the results of the group work are correct. In integer learning with a direct learning model can improve student learning outcomes as evidenced by the increase in learning outcomes of the first cycle. cycle II the results always increase in other words students whose values are not complete reduced, while from the results of observations that obtained increased activity, students are actively involved in the learning process. The results of group work showed that learning with a direct learning model each group can complete group tasks correctly. Keyword: Learning Outcomes, Direct Learning Models Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap Perencanaan, Tindakan, Pengamatan, Refleksi. Sedangkan pendekatan pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran, siswa memperoleh â‰¥ 70 pada silus I pertemuan kedua sebesar 57,2%, pada siklus II pertemuan keempat 80,9%. Dari hasil observasi diperoleh gambaran adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran yaitu pada siklus I pertemuan kedua yang mendapat nilai baik dan sangat baik sebesar 67,5%, sedangkan pada siklus II pertemuan keempat diperoleh nilai baik dan sangat baik 94,4%. Pada hasil kerja kelompok siklus I pertemuan kedua yang mendapat nilai baik dan sangat baik sebesar 62,6% sedangkan pada siklus II pertemuan keempat yang mendapat nilai baik dan sangat baik sebesar 100% hal ini menunjukkan hasil kerja kelompoknya sudah benar. Dalam pembelajaran bilangan bulat dengan model pembelajaran langsung dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa terbukti dengan meningkatnya hasil belajar dari siklus I s.d. siklus II hasilnya selalu meningkat dengan kata lain siswa yang nilainya tidak tuntas berkurang, sedangkan dari hasil observasi yang diperoleh peningkatan aktivitas, siswa terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Adapun dari hasil kerja kelompok diperoleh hasil bahwa pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran langsung setiap kelompok dapat menyelesaikan tugas kelompok dengan benar. Abstract: This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of science using the experimental method. The subjects in this study were Class VI students at SD Negeri 013849 Siumbut-Umbut district Kota Kisaran Timur academic year 2018/2019. Based on the results of research obtained data as follows: (1) learning outcomes in the first cycle reached an average value of 76.3, after the first cycle and the second cycle the average value reached 85.5 means that there was an increase of 9.2, (2) . Learning completeness in the first cycle reached an average value of 55% after the first cycle and second cycle, classical completeness reached 100%, meaning there was an increase of 8.55%. It can be concluded that the use of the experimental method can improve the science learning outcomes of class VI SD Negeri 013849 Siumbut-Umbut academic year 2018/2019. Keyword: experiment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa Kelas VI SD Negeri 013849 Siumbut-Umbut kec. Kota Kisaran Timur TP. 2018/2019. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperolah data sebagai berikut: (1) hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata 76,3, setelah siklus I dan siklus II nilai rata-rata mencapai 85,5 berarti ada peningkatan sebesar 9,2, (2). Ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata 55% setelah siklus I dan siklus II, ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 100% berarti ada peningkatan sebesar 8.55 %. Abstract: Pedagogic competence is the competence possessed by teachers who contribute to the development of curriculum, syllabus, lesson plans, learning and classroom management, carry out active, creative, innovative effective and enjoyable learning, assess students' results, guide students, and develop professionalism as teachers. Tujuna School Action Research is to improve teacher competency in preparing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). This is motivated by the low competence of teachers in preparing the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). Based on the results of supervision of the principal. The subjects of this study were 12 teachers of Koto Kampar Hulu Junior High School, totaling 12 people consisting of 2 men and 10 women. This study consisted of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The results of this school action research were successful because it increased from the first cycle to the second cycle, namely the observation of the RPP preparation activities on average 66.87% and rose to 77.56%, while based on supervision of the principal in the first cycle 69.17% and increased in the second cycle to 78.38%. The school supervisor's academic supervision actions can improve the pedagogics of guri in preparing lesson plans at Koto Kampar Hulu 3 Public Middle School. Keywords: Teacher's Pedagogic Competence, RPP Abstrak: Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh guru yang berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kurikulum, silabus, RPP, manajemen pembelajaran dan kelas, melaksanakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, inovatif efektif dan menyenangkan, menilai hasil peserta didik, membimbing peserta didik, serta mengembnagkan profesionlisme sebagai guru. Tujuna Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kompetensi guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Berdasakan hasil supervisi kepala sekolah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMPN 3 Koto Kampar Hulu yang berjumlah 12 orang terdiri dari 2 orang laki-laki dan 10 orang peremuan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus. Setiap siklus terdri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian tindakan sekolah ini berhasil karena meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II, yaitu pada pengamatan aktivitas penyusunan RPP rata-rata 66,87% dan naik menjadi 77,56%, sedangkan berdasarkan supervise kepala sekolah pada siklus I 69,17% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 78,38%. Tindakan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan pedagogik guri dalam menyusun RPP di SMPN 3 Koto Kampar Hulu. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru, RPP

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes using the mnemonic learning method. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 018456 Persatuan district Pulau Rakyat. Based on the results of the school action research conducted, the results of the study were obtained: (1) The results of the learning process after the Mnemonic method achieved an average score of 78.89 after being motivated by research through cycle II reflection and recommendations on average values reached 87.59 ; (2) Learning completeness in the first cycle reached 80.77% after the second cycle of reflection and learning completeness recommendations reached 96.30%. It can be concluded that using the mnemonic learning method can improve social studies learning outcomes of grade IV SD Negeri 018456 Persatuan district Pulau Rakyat. Abstract: This study aims to determine the learning model that is effective and efficient in teaching integer material. The subjects in this study were Class I Students of SD Negeri 010087 Selawan district Kisaran Timur academic year 2018/2019. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: (1) The results of the learning process through the Course Review Horay learning method reached an average value of 76.46 in the first cycle and in the second cycle the average score reached 83.29; (2) Percentage of classical learning completeness in the first cycle reached 64.29% after the first cycle and in the second cycle it reached 92.86%. It can be concluded that the learning model of the horay review course can improve mathematics learning outcomes of first grade students of SD Negeri 010087 Selawan district Kisaran Timur academic year 2018/2019. Abstract: Social studies subjects are arranged in a systematic, comprehensive, and integrated manner in the learning process towards maturity and success in life in society. This research was motivated by the results of self-reflection of researchers in social studies learning in the fifth grade of 013822 Simpang Empat Asahan Elementary School 2018/2019 Academic Year, which showed an increase. Some of the problems that cause these conditions include: (1) teacher skills: the teacher has not maximally used the learning model; (2) student activities: in the group work activities only a few students are active, and other students play alone; (3) learning outcomes: only 13 of the 24 students who received learning outcomes reached KKM. The results of the study showed that the skills of the teachers in the first cycle obtained a good category, in the second cycle and in the third cycle the categories were very good. The average activity of students in the first cycle obtained enough categories, in the second cycle it got a good category, and in the third cycle it got a very good category. The learning outcomes of the students' knowledge in the first cycle get enough categories, in the second cycle and in the third cycle they get a good category. Keywords: Learning Quality, Two Stay Two Stray Abstrak: Mata pelajaran IPS disusun secara sistematis, komprehensif, dan terpadu dalam proses pembelajaran menuju kedewasaan dan keberhasilan dalam kehidupan di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil refleksi diri peneliti dalam pembelajaran IPS pada kelas V SD Negeri 013822 Simpang Empat Kabupaten Asahan Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019, yang menunjukkan perlu adanya peningkatan. Beberapa permasalahan penyebab kondisi tersebut diantaranya: (1) keterampilan guru: guru belum maksimal menggunakan model pembelajaran ; (2) aktivitas siswa: dalam kegiatan keja kelompok hanya beberapa siswa saja yang aktif, dan siswa yang lain bermain sendiri; (3) hasil belajar: hanya 13 dari 24 siswa yang mendapat hasil belajar mencapai KKM.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan guru pada siklus I memperoleh kategori baik, pada siklus II dan pada siklus III memperoleh kategori sangat baik. Rata-rata aktivitas siswa pada siklus I memperoleh kategori cukup, pada siklus II memperoleh kategori baik, dan pada siklus III memperoleh kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar ranah pengetahuan siswa pada siklus I memperoleh kategori cukup, pada siklus II dan pada siklus III memperoleh kategori baik. Kata kunci: Kualitas Pembelajaran, Two Stay Two Stray

Abstract: This study aims to find an effective and efficient learning strategy in integer material for students in SD Negeri 010019 Sei Paham district Asahan. Subjects in this class of action research are class VI SD Negeri 010019 Sei Paham district Asahan in the academic year 2015/2016, while the object is learning material about integer counting on Mathematics subjects taught by activating students in Think Pair Share learning. Increasing mastery of this material starting from the first cycle of students can increase from the condition (6%) while the conditions in the first cycle (29%) after the action in cycle II completeness reached (94%). From the results of this class of action research, the researcher recommends the position taker or executor of learning in this case, namely the instructor to teach learning material in small groups and with techniques to activate students. Keywords: think pair share, integer Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari suatu strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien dalam materi bilangan bulat bagi siswa di kelas SD Negeri 010019 Sei Paham kabupaten Asahan. Subjek pada penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 010019 Sei Paham kabupaten Asahan pada tahun pembelajaran 2015/2016, sedang objeknya adalah pembelajaran materi pengerjaan hitung bilangan bulat pada mata pelajaran Matematika yang diajarkan dengan cara mengaktifkan siswa dalam pembelajaran Think Pair Share. Peningkatan penguasaan materi ini mulai dari siklus I siswa dapat meningkat dari kondisi (6%) sedang dari kondisi di siklus I (29%) setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus II ketuntasan mencapai (94%). Dari Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini maka peneliti merekomendasikan pada pengambil jabatan ataupun pelaksana pembelajaran dalam hal ini yaitu pengajar untuk mengajarkan materi pembelajaran dalam kelompok kecil dan dengan tehnik mengaktifkan siswa.
