Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh disiplin dan pemberian premi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun PTPN III Kebun Bandar Betsy Kabupaten Simalungun Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan penggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang terlebih dahulu disediakan dan dokumen kebun yang telah disahkan oleh manajemen. Data sekunder merupakan data pendukung yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber melalui instansi terkait. Data yang dikumpulkan dilapangan dipindahkan ke dalam bentuk tabulasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan analisis. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Kebun Bandar Betsy, dari analisis Regresi diketahui bahwa disiplin dan penambahan premi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan, dan variabel yang pengaruhnya sangat dominan adalah Penambahan premi karyawan. Hal ini, nilai P-value disiplin 0,000 < dari 0,05 dan Fhitungnya 435.185 > dari Ftable 3,19 Berarti signifikan. Signifikan disini berarti Ho di tolak (ada hubungan signifikan). Artinya disiplin dan penambahan premi karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. Kata Kunci: Premi, Penderes, PT.PN III

Cocoa is one of the plantation commodity whose role is quite important for the national economy besides oil palm, rubber and cocoa. Cultivation of cocoa commodity also play a role in encouraging the development of the region, providing jobs and incomes field farmers and agro-industry development. Deli Serdang Regency is one of the centers of cocoa porduksi people in the province of North Sumatra. In 2010, the area under cocoa plantation in Deli Serdang people of 6435.95 ha, 3760.76 production, productivity of 979.21 kg/ha/year and the number of households that looks as much as 9533.00. Deli Serdang is the second largest contributor to the production of cocoa shavings district in North Sumatra province.Based on the analysis, suggests that the cocoa commodity has a number of advantages to the development of the cocoa commodity in Deli Serdang Regency has great prospects and good.Cocoa plantation business people in Deli Serdang gain value, when based on price levels prevailing cocoa farm level (the purchase price at the collector). Financially cocoa plantation business people also deserve to be developed. The results showed that only partially variable parameters cocoa acreage of the previous year (when different variables) that significantly influenced the total area . While the other parameters the real price of cocoa, the real price ofShift differential positive coefficient indicates that the partial commodities are cocoa plantation commodities do not have a competitive advantage in all areas of Deli Serdang. Competitive advantage and cocoa commodity acreage only in districts Sibolangit and Biru Biru. Keywords : cocoa, cocoa plantation folk, shift differentials

The proposes of this research are to find out some criteria of agrotechnopark’s area, as a description of a potential region for the agrotechnopark’s development, agrotechnopark area’s management of development and the development strategy of agrotechnopark area’s in North Sumatera. Some of area is used as a sample for this research are integral animal husbandary and the crop of food’s area in the village of Sei Buluh, Serdang Bedagai Regency, integral animal husbandary and the crop of horticulture’s area in the village of Jarang Uda, Karo Regency, integral fresh water fishery cultivation’s area in the village of Selotong, Langkat Rgency, Yayasan Ekosistem Lestari’s Agrotechnopark area, The village of Timbang Lawan, Langkat Regency. The result of the research showing that the some of integral area is reasonable to develop be a agrotechnopark area based on the criteria of technical, economical and social. the development of agrotechnopark’s region must be looking of physical’s potential, finance and develpment’s program is related with agricultural, animal husbandary and fishery’s sector. The development management of agrotechnopark’s area is needed as a planning (product and infrastructure), process and evaluation. The development strategy of agrotechnopark’s area is analyzed by internal analysis (strength and weakness) inside a current agrotechnopark’s area and external analysis (Opportunity and Threats) outside a current agrotechnopark’s area. This research is recommended that integral animal husbandary and the crop of food’s area in the village of Sei Buluh, Serdang Bedagai Regency is a pilot project to be a agrotechnopark’s area in North Sumatera, arranging a master plan to develop arotechnopark’s area in the village of Sei Buluh, potential, infrastructure and accesibilty of region, A good support, cooperation and coordination from the stakeholders are important factors to support the development of agrotechnopark’s area in North Sumatera. Rubber (Hevea brasiliensis Muel Arg.) is a commodity that make country devisa .the goverment have decided the development of national rubber policy from increasing clon using to more than 85% with minimal productivity rate 1500 kg/ha.Purpose of the research is to know the strength/weakness and chance/threat also to analisys the development of rubber clon material for citizen rubber agribuisness in North Sumatera province. North Sumatera province have strength in development of rubber clon material for citizen rubber agribuisness such as have plantation resource, goverment support, rubber farmer resource, and have weakness in seeds resource root stock. Entres resource and the currency control by the charge agency. The cost of the natural rubber is much better now, high request for excellent rubber seeds, in globalisation trading era have chance in development rubber clon material for citizen rubber agribuisness in notrh sumatera province and have threat such as the competition with palm oil commodity, rubber seeds marketing system that not yet efficient also the investation that not fully condusif. The priority strategic in development of excellent rubber clon material for citizen rubber agribuisness in north sumatera province is : 1) rubber entres plantation seeds resource investation and purification entres plantation 2) investation and determine seeds resource plantation for root stock, 3) to build the plantation of rubber entres seeds resource in central location of the contruction for citizen rubber plantation 4) increasing quality seeds control by the charge agency. Dairi Regency producing a variety of agricultural commodities, both from the plantation sector as well as food crops and horticulture. The role of the agricultural sector is very important so that the economy of Dairi Regency is very dependent on the agribusiness sector. The research aims to determine the business channel and functions of each agency channel business administration in coffee marketing at Dairi Regency. To analyzing the spread of marketing costs, price spread and share margin on each channel in coffee trading system at Dairi Regency. Analyze the efficiency of coffee marketing on each channel at Dairi Regency, and analyze the differences in the farmers' acceptance of each channel in the coffee marketing at Dairi Regency. The results showed that the marketing system consists of a three channel. The channel I showed that farmers sell the coffee with half dry skin directly to exporters at a price of Rp. 6.000,-/kg, than exporters sell the dry coffee at a price of Rp . 14.000/kg. The channel II shows that the semi-dried coffee farmers sell to local traders at a price of Rp. 13.100/kg, the next half-dried coffee beans are sold to exporters at a price of Rp. 13.900/kg, by removing exporters / dry coffee sells at a price of Rp. 29.300/kg. The channel III shows that farmers sell the coffee beans half-dried to the district collector for Rp. 11,600/kg, then semi-dried coffee sold to local traders at a price of Rp. 12,300/kg, and half dried beans sold to exporters at a price of Rp. 13.100/kg. by exporters release / sell the dry coffee at a price of Rp. 29.300/kg. three highest priority The strategy in plant breeding strategies of melinjo as reforestation and increasing incomes at Batubara District that can be taken are : (1) the greening implement with melinjo plants; (2) improve the greening funds through the participation of private sector and non-governmental; (3) the increase of motivation and participation.The income directly influence the level of public life itself, and is often associated with life prevailing in society. The revenue shows that a person's level of ability their needs.The result of studies shows that the primary income of farmer sample average Rp. 2.276.371,-/month, and additional income from the melinjo cultivation the lowest is Rp. 96.000,-/month by the number of trees as much as 2 trees, and the highest income is Rp. 2.082.167,-/month with 31 trees. The income average of Rp. 47.447,-/trees/month. The green space (greening) at the Batubara District until the year 2009 are 14.174 ha or 15% of the area of Batubara District. The greening at Batubara District still use shade unproductive trees, therefore the need to use the productive tree in this case is still very large like melinjo trees at Batubara District and also an opportunity to utilize the productions of the tree to add melinjo income apart from the benefits of greening itself.
