Kajian Pengembangan Kawasan Agrotechnopark di Sumatera Utara Simanullang, Endang Sari; Siregar, Nina Salmaniah; Kuswardani, Retna Astuti

The proposes of this research are to find out some criteria of agrotechnopark’s area, as a description of a potential region for the agrotechnopark’s development, agrotechnopark area’s management of development and the development strategy of agrotechnopark area’s in North Sumatera. Some of area is used as a sample for this research are integral animal husbandary and the crop of food’s area in the village of Sei Buluh, Serdang Bedagai Regency, integral animal husbandary and the crop of horticulture’s area in the village of Jarang Uda, Karo Regency, integral fresh water fishery cultivation’s area in the village of Selotong, Langkat Rgency, Yayasan Ekosistem Lestari’s Agrotechnopark area, The village of Timbang Lawan, Langkat Regency. The result of the research showing that the some of integral area is reasonable to develop be a agrotechnopark area based on the criteria of technical, economical and social. the development of agrotechnopark’s region must be looking of physical’s potential, finance and develpment’s program is related with agricultural, animal husbandary and fishery’s sector. The development management of agrotechnopark’s area is needed as a planning (product and infrastructure), process and evaluation. The development strategy of agrotechnopark’s area is analyzed by internal analysis (strength and weakness) inside a current agrotechnopark’s area and external analysis (Opportunity and Threats) outside a current agrotechnopark’s area. This research is recommended that integral animal husbandary and the crop of food’s area in the village of Sei Buluh, Serdang Bedagai Regency is a pilot project to be a agrotechnopark’s area in North Sumatera, arranging a master plan to develop arotechnopark’s area in the village of Sei Buluh, potential, infrastructure and accesibilty of region, A good support, cooperation and coordination from the stakeholders are important factors to support the development of agrotechnopark’s area in North Sumatera. Subdistrict Sei Bingei as a place in this study with the reason that the District Sei Bingei Corn is the largest production center and is one of the areas of hybrid maize cultivation area in Langkat.This study uses field observations using a questionnaire and interview research instruments, this kind of research is quantitative deskiptif. The population in this study were all farmers who harvest corn hybrids available in three (3) sample villages in the district Bingei Sei. Data analysis model that is used is multiple regression analysis estimated the Cobb Douglas production function.The results of this study are : In the test can be proved that the simultaneous influence of land area variable (X1), seeds (X2), labor (X3), fertilizer (X4) and herbicides (X5) is very significant to the variable production of hybrid corn. Then on a separate effect test 1) land area (X1) , seeds (X2) and herbicides (X5) significantly affects the production of hybrid corn. 2) labor (X3) and fertilizer (X4) does not significantly affect the production of hybrid corn. Conclusion : The independent variables are: land area (X1), seeds (X2), labor (X3), fertilizer (X4) and pesticides (X5) can explain the dependent variable Y (hybrid maize production) of 72.5%. The rest 27.5% is explained by the factors of production are not included in the regression models of this study. The elasticity of production and scale of 2,113 hybrid corn farming. AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat telah dilaksanakan pada hari kamis tanggal 22 oktober 2015 di Desa Kebun Kelapa Kecamatan Secanggang Kabupaten Langkat dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan mitra kelompok tani “Suka Tani”. Mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” berpartisipasi aktif dalam mengikuti pelatihan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dan mengharapkan tindak lanjut kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam kegiatan selanjutnya untuk pengembangan usahatani padi sawah mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani”. Mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” dapat mengevaluasi kelayakan usahatani padi sawah melalui analisis kelayakan usahatani, apabila kelayakan usahatani padi sawah yang dikembangkan oleh mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” tidak layak untuk dikembangkan, maka mitra kelompok tani ’Suka Tani” dapat mengusahakan peluang bisnis penangkaran benih padi sawah sebagai alternatif peluang bisnis dan pembinaan mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan dilanjutkan dalam kegiatan selanjutnya mengenai pengenalan peluang bisnis penangkaran benih padi sawah.Kata kunci : Kelayakan, Pengembangan Masyarakat, Padi Abstract Community Development Programme was held on Thursday, October 22, 2015 in the Kebun Kelapa village, Secanggang Langkat District with lectured and discussion with "Suka Tani" farmer group partners. "Suka Tani" partners farmer group actively participate in training in the Community Development Programme and expected follow-up activity of community service within the next activity for the development of paddy farming farmer of "Suka Tani" group partners. "Suka Tani" farmers group could evaluate the feasibility of farming paddy through the analysis of the feasibility, when the feasibility of farming paddy by the partner farmer groups "Suka Tani" unfeasible, the ' Suka Tani " farmer groups may run business opportunity paddy seed as an alternative business opportunity and development "Suka Tani" partners farmer group through Community Development Programme will be continued in further programme about the introduction of business opportunity of seed paddy.Keywords : Community Development, Feasibility, Paddy

This thesis purpose to analyze expression total of time working wife inside and outside fishery sector, the factor’s influence time working expression fisherman’s wife inside fishery sector, the factor’s influence time working expression fisherman’s wife outside fishery sector in the Belawan Bahagia district Medan Belawan subdistrict. Method data analysis that used is multiple linear regression analysis. Riset effect showed that the fisherman's wife working hours outside the fisheries sector is greater than devote time work in with the fisherman's wife in the fisheries sector. The factors that influence the working hours in the fisherman's wife in the fisheries sector in the activities peeled shrimp significant are age, number of burden, pay quantity, long working experience. Shellfish peeling activities significant are age, number of burden, pay quantity, long working experience, long education. Shrimp Selling activities significant are age, number of burden, pay quantity, long working experience, long education. Fish drying activities significant are age, number of burden, pay quantity, long working experience, long education. The factors that influence the fisherman's wife working hours outside the fisheries sector significant washing activities are age, number of burden, pay quantity.

This study was conducted to determine how the differences in consumer behavior and factors that influence behavior consumers buy daily staple food in the Modern Market and Traditional Market. The sampling method is done by simple ramdom sampling. Respondents in this study is that consumers buy daily staple food in the Modern Market and Traditional Market. Samples taken are as many as 72 samples of daily staple food consumers. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is Mann-Whitney Test and ordinal regression with 18 SPSS software tools. Based on test results Mann-Whitney Test showed: indicate a significant difference consumer behavior buy daily staple food in the Modern Market and Traditional Market to the value Asymp. Sig 0,001 (<0,005), where the modern market that has a higher value than Traditional Market. Based on test results ordinal regression showed: factors affecting behavior consumers buy daily staple food in the Modern Market and Traditional Market is price, locations, product quality, consumer satisfaction. Factors individual and product information has no affecting behavior consumers buy daily staple food in the Modern Market and Traditional Market.Keywords: modern market; traditional market; consumer behavior.

The aims to describe the production process carft coco mat, revenue, cost production, benefit analysis and B/C ratio in the village of Baru, Batang Kuis Sub District, Deli Serdang Regency. The method of sampling decision is used census with ten samples. The results showed the craft production of coco mat consist of apart, dry in the sun, sifter, pressing, spinning, weaving and packing. The average of total revenue value is Rp Rp 8.585.000/month, the average of total cost production value is Rp 4.151.610,78/month, the average of total benefit value is Rp 4.433.389,22/month, the value of total average B/C ratio is 1,06, this home industry of carft coco mat can be developed.

ABSTRACT The objective of the present study is to analyze the influence of Government Expenditure on Education and Health, Unemployment Rate, Literacy Rate, to GDP Growth of Indonesian Population. This type of research is quantitative, using ordinary least square method (OLS). The data used are secondary data. Data type is yearly time series data between 2001-2017 period. The results of the study indicate that :(1) Government Expenditures for Education and Health have positive and significant impact on the GDP growth of Indonesian Population, (2) Unemployment rate has a negative and significant effect on the GDP growth of Indonesian Population, (3) Literacy rate positively and significantly to GDP Growth Population Indonesia Keywords: investment, government spending, unemployment rate, literacy rate.
