Abstract

Corruption, Collusion, Nepotism and Bribery (CCNB) in the current last few years are many occurred in our country. Therefore it is necessary to study the characteristics of corruption, collusion, nepotism and bribery particularly according to the Qur’an perspective. They reflected behavior, either taken in personal or collective related to the government world adversed to the people, nation and the state. CCNB in the Qur'an perspective is one part of action to “consume someone else's property without right,” so that it was forbidden (haram) to conduct corruption, collusion, nepotism and bribery. But special to nepotism is forbidden if the people who the positions given was not professionals, had not capability and morality in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith teachings. Corruption, Collusion, Nepotism and Bribery was prohibited, because contrary to the Qur’an, Hadith and maqashid al-Syari'ah (goal of Sharia) teachings, and contrary to the humanity and justice sense, and adverse others people, society and the state. Abstract

The inception of Act RI No. 3, 2006 on the Religious Courts have strengthened position of Religious Courts as one of the law enforcement institution for the expansion of absolute competence in the resolution of Islamic economics dispute. However, after being passed of the legislation, many rules were also passed that indirectly unripe the authority of religious courts as an authorized institution to resolve the Islamic economics disputes. The norm conflicts occurred between some rules and regulation could not remove the authority of religious courts in resolving the Islamic economics disputes because it based on the Islamic principles. The courts are able to apply the Islamic principles and make the Qur'an, Hadith of Prophet, ijtihad of Islamic jurists as a guide in the court is only the religious courts. So it is a necessity, if the Islamic economic disputes resolved in the religious court because the whole is something has been attached to the Muslim community and moreover the religious courts id for the needs of Muslim community. Abstract

The occurrence of domestic violence is considered had bad influence, either directly or indirectly to various acts of violence in the community, either fighting between the learner/student, motorcycle gang and between villages/areas as well as gangsterism in the community. It shows that domestic violence most affect the children's educational character. As the children learn and imitate and acquire knowledge of the use of violence at solving the problems. The children can learn and imitate from the violence acts committed by father to their mother, and peers, teachers/lecturers against him. To minimize the adverse effects of domestic violence, according to Islam is needed a solution through the children character education in three ways, namely: (1) choosing a husband/wife who has a good religiosity, (2) prevent children from the domestic violence atmosphere, especially when both parents are quarreled, and (3) provide the exemplary in doing good to the children from early age by combining the knowledge aspect of goodness, feel, and love the goodness and action (practice the goodness) so that children have good character, and did not wish doing violence to someone else.
