Abstract

Gondosuli Village is one of the villages in Temanggung Regency that have a thick background of customs and culture. The majority of the population are Muslims, farmers and some trade. Village with historical footsteps with the ancient heritage of Gondosuli Temple in the middle of the village. The art in Gondosuli village once succeeded but now it doesn’t exist and fades away. Gondosuli village with all its uniqueness, natural beauty, ancient relics and artistic potential. These potentials are of course possible to be a hope and goal to make Gondosuli Village a tourist village. Dedication to society (PPM) is an activity that seeks to encourage Gondosuli Village to move towards a tourist village even though it is only a small and initial step. The method used is observation, design of activities and design, training (workshops), and application activities. The main objective of the method is to strengthen the identity of tradition and cultural arts. Abstract

In the community, the childrend of the village of Drono in the Tembarak sub-district of Temanggung, have low discipline and show a fairly high attitude or ego, like freedom and do not want to be bound or reluctant to be burdened with issues of education. Their character is less formed as a creative soul in expressing their emotions.These characters in the theory of multiple intelligences are referred to as low intrapersonal intelligence. Namely, the low ability of a person in shaping self-quality related to independence, understanding self-potential, asense of responsibility and self-confidence and creativity in expressing his emotions. The low intrapersonal intelligence, will have more complex problems in living community life and tend to be formed into children who are passive and less creative.Creativity is a talent that is potentially owned by everyone, which can be identified and developed through effective and afficient learning. Based on the assumption that children are active theory builders, the learning process while playing is theright model. Playing techniques drama or theater games offer a fun and exciting approach to the learning and teaching process, as well as reciprocal relationships in skills training. Theater games are created to explore one’s potential and explore their active andcreative abilities in responding to and overcoming problems they face. This sensitivity will be manifested in the formof actions and reactions, both personally and in groups.Theater gameand teaching process, as well as reciprocal relationships in skills training. This sensitivity will be manifested in the formof actions and reactions, both personally and in groups.Theater games triggered by Viola Spolin will be taught as a method of forming children’s characters in Drono village, Tembarak sub-District, Temanggung, through simple and practical forms of theater games but very important for the development of cognitive intelligence, social intelligenceand the formation of children’s personality. Theater games learning isrealized through steps: Preparation, Learning and Evaluation Activities, by choosing the type of game: Energy (heating) Game, asepting (acceptance) Game, Association (association of imagination) Game and Core training.Learning activities through theatrical game training canbroaden social interaction and develop social skills, namely learning to share, living together with mutual respect and respect, learning to take part in community life in general. Abstract

The potential of art and culture in the village of Gandu is very diverse, including musical groups. In an effort to improve the skills of the participants, training was held not only for gamelan music in general but also gamelan which was specifically used to accompany puppet shows. In this musical puppetry training given material in the form of musical concerts to adjust to the development of puppetry at this time. The methods used in the training include lectures, appreciation, and demonstrations. After attending the training, the participants in the karawitan group were able to demonstrate their karawitan pakeliran well and smoothly.Keywords: karawitan puppetry, Gandu village, training.

Abstract

NU’ Ts erbangan Music Art Group in the Jaten Subdistrict of Karanganyar Regency is widely used for various purposes, such as celebrations, recitals, both public and commemorating Islamic holidays. The members consist of mothers who are members of the Muslimat recitation group NU District of Jaten. Problems encountered were that there were no trainers, no single vocals, and exercises that were not regularly scheduled. The results of the training in the form of the enthusiasm of the trainees are very high so that discipline of practice can be maintained; trainees are getting smarter in beating Terbangan instruments properly and being able to play a musical instrument playing pattern; and the music vocalist Terbangan can voice vocal songs correctly.Keywords: training, open music, NU, Jaten,

Abstract

Fever of collaboration with Leakan folk art in Temanggung apparently cannot be stopped anymore. Senior artists on average rejected the presence of the collaboration, they felt uncomfort-able with the development of such performance art. Finally, the Office banned the collaboration of Kuda Lumping with Leak, Pendet and Barong Balinese dances. This is intended to restore the existence of the Horse Lumping show as before as an art that has the characteristics of Temanggu-ng. Sri Budoyo’s Lumping Horse Art is in a complicated situation, amidst the increasingly diverse demands of people’s tastes. The determination of the public to support art has been unanimous to preserve and preserve Kuda Lumping art so that it still exists with its trademark. Various problems of partners as a result of the inclusion of art outside the region that disturbs the existence of local art as a regional characteristic, then solutions will be offered to overcome the problems encoun-tered. Innovation is a way to be done as a solution. The innovation made is the empowerment of children as the next generation of Kuda Lumping arts in the village of Gandu II, who look forward to taking control of the arts in the village. Abstract

Thematic community service titled “Glass Painting Training as an Empowerment for the Potential of Creative Arts Creation in Banaran Village Gemawang District Temanggung Regency Central Java Province” This focus is on increasing the potential of craft arts in Banaran Village Gemawang District Temanggung District Central Java Province, namely with a series of glass painting making training as an alternative to the development of craft art creations in Banaran Village. This is important to do because so far the technique of glass painting is more widely known in the arts academics environment without much involving the role of the community in its development. This dedication activity besides introducing one of the painting techniques to the glass media, is also broadly aimed as a foothold in the framework of empowering the creative economy in rural communities. After attending this training, it is expected that emerging creative economic development talents that can uplift the economy of rural communities starting from the movement of the individuals involved will then be predicted to emerge MSMEs (Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises) based on the potential of craft art. The method used in this activity is intensive training which is held for several weeks. The training itself will be divided into 5 stages of work namely; general introduction to theory, introduction to media and glass painting techniques, design practice, application of color tone applications to glass media, and finishing and evaluation.Keywords: craft art, glass painting, creative economy.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPelatihan mural dengan menggunakan Wayang beber sebagai objek, diajarkan kepada siswa berkebutuhan khusus (difabel) di SMPLB dan SMALB Bina Karya Insani bertujuan menyiapkan keterampilan kepada para siswa SLB agar mendapatkan pengakuan dan mampu mandiri di masyarakat. Teknik pelaksanaan menggunakan metode “brainstorming” dan metode teknik tindakan kelas khusus. Metode brainstorming digunakan agar para peserta workshop aktif mengeluarkan ide-ide mereka dalam bentuk rancangan visual yang akan ditransfer pada tembok lukisan Wayang beber. Sedangkan metode tindakan kelas khusus yang dimaksud, yaitu dengan pendekatan persuasif, sebab orang-orang berkebutuhan khusus membutuhkan perhatian yang lebih. Sehingga dengan pendekatan individual dalam memancing ide dan imajinasi mereka, diharapkan kreativitas para siswa terasah dan berkembang dengan baik. Penerapan pelatihan ini mampu menjadi bekal kemandirian para siswa berkebutuhan khusus saat terjun di masyarakat maupun untuk berwirausaha.Kata Kunci : Mural, Diabel, Wayang beber, Bina Karya Insani

Abstract

Ngemplak Village, Kandangan Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency has a variety of artistic and cultural potential. This dedication activity is focused on one of the arts owned by Desa Ngemplak, namely ketoprak. Ketoprak art was chosen based on the urgency level of the problem related to the context of the community. Based on various problems faced by partners, the author prioritizes these issues into three points including: (1) The lack or absence of activity in the Kethoprak art group in Ngemplak Village; (2) There is no form of development of the art of kethoprak as a medium of socialization; (3) Public awareness of government programs is still low. Based on the problems faced, the author uses several concepts as a solution tool. These concepts include the concepts of empowerment, art concepts, and media socialization. The concept building is used as the basis for determining the method used to achieve the goal. The main method used in this activity is the method of community participation. The stages are in the form of preparation, implementation and evaluation stages of programs or activities. The results achieved in the Thematic Community Service Activities Program including Articles are the Ketoprak art of the Wahyu Manunggal group that has experienced a vacuum for 13 years and can be empowered again. Furthermore, the results of this activity are in the form of art development, in terms of their functions. Kethoprak which was originally an entertainment media was then used as a medium to socialize the Ngemplak Village programs.Keywords: Empowerment, Ketoprak, Socialization Media.

Abstract

Kethoprak performances have begun to fade along with the development of culture that is increasingly entering Indonesia. In preserving the art of kethoprak, stage arrangements, costume costumes, performance management, and so on can be done. In addition, there are also ways that promotion can not be efficiently so that it is less well known in the outside community. The method used in this PPM activity by using a model approach to various parties or to the personal. Various approaches that can be developed in PPM activities include Personal Approach, Group Approach, Social Approach, Educational Approach, and Discussion method. Art that has begun to be marginalized was reappointed for guidance in a number of fields including kethoprak which is the main focus. In addition there are several other arts such as musical art, song macapat, jaran kang, dance, art also revived again. The training management needs to be reorganized so that it can run routinely. Abstract

This article aims to foster public love for traditional arts through scientific disciplines.Directing and fostering the competence of students to observe, analyze, and discover the potentialand challenges that exist in society. The approach used is social change. Methods include crossscientificapproaches, action reviews, and innovative creative actions to get to know each otherbetween the coach and the local villagers, estimate the time span, and adjust to the surroundingcommunity environment.Outreach Results, offer programs (mediation), and program implementation.Implementation of activities contributes to the maturity of students in addressing existing problemsand can understand how to live in society.
