Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of creative industry fields of fashion, creative industries business role in the economy, barriers encountered, how to develop a strategy, the benefits of the Internet for business development of creative fields of fashion industry, and know the role of government. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study literature. According to writing shows that fashion in Indonesia is still influenced by the culture of Europe and Asia,  today, especially from Korea. The creative industry has a role as the fashion field into potential industry and featured contributor to GDP for Indonesia and also as an employer. Barriers facing them in terms of human resources and technology. Strategy for business development among others, to develop human resources and strengthen a strong and competent production with better technology. Benefits include internet creates for the customer base and product and market analysis. The role of government regulations that could make them a conducive business environment and facilitate the creation of a local trend.

Abstract

ASEAN as a single market-based production is supported by elements of the free flow of goods, services, investment, labor educated and free of capital flow. The  Indonesian  goods production will be fully compete with goods production ASEAN countries. So, then Indonesia must prepare all sectors, such as the human resource, specially English Communication Ability.  The English Communication Ability (ECA) plays an important role in economic movement to rush  national economic growth as well as global economic. The English Communication Ability absolutely must be planned continously by government and private company or corporation. At  the first year of  MEA  (Asean Economic Community ) the movement of US Dollar was strong that can influence the foreign exchange. The government of Indonesia has maintained Rupiah currency and all sectors, including English Communication English Skill  (ECA)  Indonesian workers must have  ECA well. Individuals may increase their own stock of per capita skills through formal and informal  education. Further more, they will have  well English Communication ability, then  they would be able to have an higher income.

Abstract

This research is to test the effect of financial ratios with proxy Current Ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity, Retained earnings/Total asset  and size to Price to book value  at LQ45 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2010-2013.The Population of this research are all companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Sampling technique used in the research is purposive sampling so that yield 45 sample company of LQ45.The data are analysed with multiple regression by means of SPSS.The results  indicate that Partially Return on equity have signifikan to Price to book value,Conversely Current ratio, Debt toequity ratio, Retained earnings/Total asset dan size does not have significant influence towards  price to book value. Simultaneously Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Return on equity, Retained earning/Total asset dan size have significant influence to Price to book value.

Abstract

The global era  currently pushed the stage to the country?s to pay attention to world trade. Spare exchange was a clean position asset  a broad governments assets that can be produced from UMKM. Foreign exchange reserves is important for a country and its position fluctuated. There for it is necessary to test the several factors that can affect the country?s foreign exchange reserve position that exports carried by UMKM. This research aims to determine the effect of exports to foreign exchange reserves. The analysis used multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS 20. The result showed  there is significant and positive influence of export to foreign exchange reserves. That mean, if exports up to, the country?s foreign exchange reserves increase.

Abstract

This study was to obtain an answer empirically the effect (1) the trust to organizational commitment partially, (2) the reward  to organizational commitment partially, and (3) the trust and reward on organizational commitment simultaneously. This research was conducted at TRIBUN Centre of Jakarta,  with 66 employee as respondents.The method used was a survey with multiple linear regression analysis approach. Based on the research an calculations SPSS obatained the following results :  (1 )There is the effect of  trust to organizational commitment partially, (2) There is the effect of  reward  to organizational commitment partially, and (3) There are the effect of the trust and reward on organizational commitment simultaneously.Therefore, it could be concluded  that the increasing  or decreasing of organizational commitment effected directly by trust and reward. This conclucion implies that when we want to improve the organizational commitment, we have to take on to consideration those two variables, trust and reward as well.

Abstract

This study wanted to reveal  that human resources is a source of competitive advantage and the key elements that are important for success in competing to achieve the goal. Therefore, the management of human resources for the organizations that are important to the public service. Human resources are part of management. Which is an element of management in which there are workers in the company. Humans are always active and dominant in every activity of the organization, because people become planners, perpetrators and determines the realization of organizational goals. The method used is a survey method, the research took samples from a population and using questionnaires as the primary means of collecting data. Variables to be explained is the performance division of plant administration employees; accounting and finance; and marketing at PT. X, West Java with a model of  internal benchmarking approach. Based on the research results can be seen that; 1) formal education possessed by employees is still low enough to need a special program to increase pendididkan formal, 2) Evenness skills are needed so that each division can  be run optimally and can cooperate well, so the company needs to increase training for employees, 3 ) on Marketing Division achievement of the goals pretty good / high, one faktonya is because the payroll system at the Division markeing that inevitably mentimulasi employees to achieve the target that has been determined. So in this regard, it is necessary to go back and reexamined managed payroll system more effective in order to improve the performance and productivity of employees.

Abstract

Konsep pemasaran konvensional saat ini telah bergeser kepada konsep pemasaran spiritual yang ditunjukkan oleh kemunculan perusahaan-perusahaan yang menerapkan konsep kejujuran, amanah, cerdas dan komunikatif dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Pemasaran konvensional sejatinya menterjemahkan bisnis ke dalam kegiatan yang berorientasi profit, memanjakan konsumen dan pelanggan, hingga memunculkan perilaku bisnis yang eksploitatif irasional dan manipulatif. Sehingga pada akhirnya kegiatan pemasaran konvensional seringkali absurd dan membawa dampak negatif, tidak hanya kepada stakeholder, namun kepada lingkungan secara menyeluruh. Di sisi lain, tingginya kesadaran masyarakat dan pengguna (user) produk dari perusahan terhadap kesehatan (health) dan kesejahteraan (wealth) dan keamanan (welfare) baik bagi dirinya maupun terhadap lingkungan, menjadikan masyarakat dan pengguna (user) semakin kritis dan logis dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian dan menggunakan produk. Hal ini merupakan tantangan bagi eksistensi bisnis jangka panjang perusahaan. Sehingga manifestasi  bisnis dan pemasaran modern saat ini tidak cukup hanya bersandarkan kepada kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas, harga yang kompetitif, lokasi yang strategis. Lebih dari itu, kegiatan bisnis dan pemasaran yang diharapkan oleh semua pihak adalah didasarkan belas kasih (compassion) yang berakar dari kekuatan jiwa yang bersandarkan kepada ajaran Tuhan.  Tulisan ini menjelaskan konsep pemasaran spiritual dari perspektif ajaran Islam. Dalam Islam, mengajarkan bahwa apa pun yang kita lakukan haruslah menghasilkan nilai tambah, tidak hanya bagi diri sendiri namun juga bagi orang lain dan lingkungan sekitar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka aspek-aspek yang perlu menjadi landasan dalam kegiatan pemasaran spiritual dari empat pilar pemasaran (product, price, promotion, place) haruslah mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah yang berlandaskan nilai ke-Tuhan-an secara menyeluruh.
