Abstract

Keberadaan sebuah instansi dalam bentuk apapun, baik dalam skala besar maupun kecil tidak terlepas dari unsur sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia dengan produktivitas kerja yang tinggi memungkinkan untuk pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh organisasi / instansi. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja, diantaranya adalah semangat dan disiplin kerja. Tujuannya dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penentu produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga (3) Variabel, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Deskriptif dan Verifikatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sensus, yaitu seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 62 orang dijadikan sampel. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama, dengan  analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi simultan dan parsial, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t, dengan alat bantu data software SPSS 14.0 for windows.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai koefisien regresi Y = 3,348 + 0,231X1+0,443 X2, Koefisien Determinasinya (R2) = 0,853. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu semangat dan disiplin kerja, baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Kantor Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air.

Abstract

Inventory management is a technique for material related to inventory turns. Role in materials management inventory conducted with several inputs used are: the demand that occurred (demand) and costs associated with storage, Setra costs in case of lack of resources (short-age). The purpose of this study is to determine the velocity of inventory and net income in the state of Pharmacy K24period 2004-2009, and to know the inventory turnover has an impact on net income from 2004 to 2009 period. The method used in this study passing descriptive method with quantitative approach. Sample withdrawal techniques in this pnelitian nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling approach. Thus obtained samples of financial reports from 2004 until 2009. Technique data collecting taken is documentation, interviews and observation. While the data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, correlation, determination. Hypothesis test "t test" with the help of SPSS 17 for windows. The results show that the writer: (1) Development of inventory turns have increased, (2) Earnings Growth is always increasing and decreasing where the greatest decline occurred from 2008 to the year 2009 that is equal to -40.60% (3) does not affect Inventory Turnover significantly to the net profit attributable to other factors, as evidenced by the acquisition tcount -0567 <ttabrl 2.5706.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Penilaian Kinerja yang efektif dan efisien merupakan faktor yang penting dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan sehingga akan menciptakan kinerja karyawan yang lebih optimal dan pada akhirnya berdampak langsung pada pencapaian penilaian kinerja perusahaan. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja di  pada PT. PERTAMINA Bandung Indonesia, motivasi kerja karyawan, dan menguji pengaruh pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan di  pada PT. PERTAMINA Bandung Indonesia..Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan  pada PT. PERTAMINA Bandung Indonesia yang populasinya berjumlah 573 karyawan dan 85 karyawan sebagai sampel penelitian, dengan tekhnik stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Tekhnik analisis kuantitatif menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment, regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi, serta uji t dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 13.0 for windows.      Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penilaian kinerja sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh  pada PT. PERTAMINA Bandung Indonesia sedangkan motivasi kerja karyawan mendapat tanggapan cukup. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, dengan tingkat keeratanya 0,806 (sangat kuat) selanjutnya hubungan (sangat erat) dengan demikian kontribusi pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap motivasi kerja 64,97% sedangkan sisanya 35,03% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu promosi jabatan, pemberian kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan lain - lain

Abstract

PT.  KAI (Persero) is a company engaged in the field of document delivery services and other service activities. The method used in this research is descriptive method and quantitative approaches. The sample in this study is to report the income at PT.  KAI (Persero) from 2000 to 2007 for eight years and the statistical test used is the Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation coefficients (Pearson product moment) and the coefficient of determination. Testing this hypothesis using the t test statistics of the parties with α = 0.05. Obtaining the results of the analysis processed by using SPSS version 15.0 for Windows. Based on the 0.951 correlation analysis showed a very strong relationship and the direction (positive) between the maintenance cost of fixed assets and income. Increased maintenance costs of fixed assets, followed by revenue increases. The coefficient of determination amounted to 90.44% indicating the existence of fixed asset maintenance cost analysis of the impact on earnings and the remaining 90.44% 9.56% influenced by other factors such as investment, economic conditions, and other costs.

Abstract

Business in this globalization era has became a challenge for every business world to increase their performance and the business’ quality to hold them in a big competition. The way to take over the market share is by depending our customer. Every entrepreneurs are faced with a  harder life challenge in operating their business to survive their company and they can develop their business which has been operated for a longtime. And if this situation is connected with the customer buying behavior , so the company have to pay attention the other environment. The capability  of  spending money make a person feel to have a power. Sometimes the customer doesn’t feel uncertainly with their decision in buying a product and asking for a help from the other person to choose about the product which want to be bought. The research of this study are: (1) to assess the responses of  respondent  regarding RABBANI store environment . (2) to assess the impulsive buying behavior  of Rabbani. (3) to know how big about the impact of store environment toward impulsive buying behavior at RabbaniThe method which is used in this research is descriptive and verification methods with a sample of 100 people who are the  visitors of Rabbani, and using linear regression analysis to determine the mathematical model, the product moment correlation analysis (pearson) for calculating the level of closeness of relationship, determination analysis to  know about the effect. the author use SPSS 13.0 version  for windows to facilitate in the data processing.The results of this research can be found with a  simple linear regression equation is Y = 93.894 + 1.499 X. The correlation between store environment with Impulsive buying behavior is strong and has a positive relationship. The magnitude of store environment impact toward the impulsive buying behavior  is 43.9% and the balance of 56.1% was influenced by the other factors which are not examined by author such as (1)The product price which is demanded, (2) Service quality for the consumer , (3) intense competition in the same business world. Thus the better store environment will increasingly impact on the level of impulsive buying behavior .

Abstract

Good Government Governance means the government is administered effectively and efficiently by developing performance management. So far the performance management program for Civil Servants is still centralized, so that the potential of local knowledge and culture have not been able to be developed. Performance Appraisal and Talent Management is an integrated part of the Performance Management. The implementation of the Civil Service performance appraisal in the previous years still used DP3 (Daftar Penilaian Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan) which still raises doubts in describing accurately the performance of the Civil Service. DP3 was also said to be less flexible to express special characters that distinguish a profession to other professions, and it was said to be risk of subjectivity. The result of DP3 assessment was never discussed or evaluated collectively to obtain feedback from employees. DP3 has not been able to meet the criteria of assessment for employee performance which compares the results of the accomplishment of tasks with the predetermined standard.The implementation of the performance appraisal of civil servants so far has used DP3 as specified in the Government Regulation No.10 of 1979 It is a list that contains the results of assessment of the accomplishment of Performance of Civil Servants within a period of one year made by authorized Assessors. The assessment covers confidential elements, such as  a) loyalty, b) performance, c) responsibility, d) conformity, e) honesty, f) cooperation, g) initiative, and h) leadership. Leadership is only assessed for Civil Servants who have rank above II/a who have certain position.The implementation of talent  management was performed by national or local staffing agencies which were  directed to ensure the effective and efficient administration of  government and development tasks..The implementation of performance management was aimed at generating Civil Service who are professional, responsible, honest, and righteous through the coaching system implemented based on job performance and career system that focused on performance system. Implementation of performance appraisal, talent management and performance management have not been able to realize the Good Governance. It is reflected from the role of civil servants in providing public service that put themselves as bureaucrat, not as public service  provider.In this study we used Qualitative methods. This research was performed by collecting data through observation and interview to the respondents. Respondents are employees comprising one  Head of Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah / BKDD Ciamis, one Secretary of BKDD Ciamis, four Heads in charge of staffing BKDD Ciamis by the hope that everyone understand clearly about the reality and the conditions of governance, especially the management of the civil servant performance management.
