Abstract

Abstract

Kidney tumor is an abnormal mass in the abdominal cavity that develop in the kidneys. Kidney tumor or nephroblastoma is a type of tumor that often occurs in children - children under 10 years old and is rarely found in adults. Interest CT scan of the abdomen on suspicion of renal tumors is to determine the location, size, tumor in the kidney radiologically by using CT scans. Abstract

Is a collection of abnormal cell tumors formed by cells that grow continuously indefinitely, not coordinated with the surrounding tissue and are not useful to the body. The tumor consists of malignant tumors (malignant) and benign tumors (benign). Wilms tumor is a malignant tumor of the kidney that is often found in children. These tumors are rarely found at birth or in the first months of birth. Objective radiographic examination BNO - IVP on suspicion of Wilms tumor is to show anatomical features, functions and defects - abnormalities in the urinary tractus particularly Wilms tumor by inserting a positive contrast media through intravenous. On radiographic examination BNO - IVP on Mr. MR perselubungan results found hemiabdomen homogeneous in the top right to bottom which pushes the air to the left and lower intestine and secretion and excretion kidney function did not seem right to the end of the examination (30 minutes). On radiographic examination BNO - IVP with suspicion \ Wilms tumor performed by the projection Antero - Posterior which in this case was able to show the anatomy and homosexuality.

Abstract

Abstract

Paranasal sinuses are the sinuses or cavitiesthat are around the nasal (nose) or a cavity in os.maksilla, os.frontal, os.sphenoidal and os.ethmoidale are generally coated with mucous periosteum and filled with air. Abstract

Inspection Computed Tomography Scan (CT Scan) Whole Abdomen on suspicion Hepatomegali General Hospital Haji Adam Malik Medan. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the location, type, and size of hepatomegaly and describes the inspection technique in getting a picture with good resolution in a CT scan of the abdomen with suspicion whole hepatomegaly. Type examination is conducted whole-abdominal CT scan which examines techniques using multislice CT scan plane with helical technique that produces 16 slice / slice each one scan. By using this type of thermal blue movie film and using the system to record the movie dryview object shadow of the film and used pieces of axial image capture. Patients should also make preparations beforehand fasting gastrointestinal function to see the patient free of air and feces. Patients also must perform urea and creatinine lab tests to see kidney function, and patients also do skintest to see the patient's immune system to a substance of contrast media that will be provided. Then the preparation of tools and materials that include CT scan plane is ready to use, tool for injection of contrast agents such as syringes, alcohol cotton, plaster, nierbekken, torniquet, and oxygen. The materials needed are koontras iodine media to be injected intravenously. The resulting picture is a picture CT Scan of Tn.saragih abdominal cavity, where the picture liver enlarged shapes and sizes, regular edges, partial liver parenkhim density appears to be increasing and it can be concluded from an examination of the abdominal CT scan whole Tn, saragih that he suffered hepatomegaali / enlargement of the liver. Therefore the whole abdominal CT scan can provide more accurate diagnostic information to the physician to diagnose pathology kususnya contained in the cavity of the liver in cases of hepatomegaly and can give a decision for examination and further treatment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to: (1) to know the significant influence cooperative learning model of type Teams Games Tournaments and Model derect Introdaction, (2) To know the difference of students who have high problem solving with students who have low problem solving to learning outcomes, (3) To find out Whether there is an interaction between Teams Model Co-operative Learning Model and problem solving on learning outcomes on business and energy subject matter. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research, with two-group pre-test and post-test research design. The population of this research is all students of class XI of first half of Private High School Imelda Terrain TA 2017/2018. as many as four classes (128 people). The study sample consisted of two classes, namely Class XI-1 and class XI-2 taken by Cluster random sampling, a class XI-1 was taught by cooperative learning model of type Teams Games Tournaments (class experiment) and class XI-2 were taught with derect Introdaction learning models ( control class). Data was Analyzed using SPSS 21 so that it can be given the conclusion that there is influence of learning models to student learning outcomes. The result of the ANOVA test of problem solving abilities of the student during the learning process there is influence of problem solving abilities to student learning result. The test results using ANOVA can be concluded that there is interaction between cooperative learning model of Teams Games Tournaments type and derect Introdaction learning models with problem solving abilities to learning result. From the calculation that the percent increase is in learning outcomes for the experimental class is greater than the control class learning outcomes. This shows that there are significant differences in the percentage of Physics learning outcomes that are taught using cooperative learning model of type Teams Games Tournaments with Physics learning outcomes taught by derect Introdaction

Abstract

Afriansyah Sitepu, Computed Tomography scan (CT-scan) Brain on suspicion of subdural hematoma in Adamalik Haji Hospital Medan. CT-scan is an appropriate method to show brain abnormalities and showed abnormalities in cases of subdural hematoma. At this writing, the writing method used is descriptive of opserpasi field and conclusion. Abstract

Is a collection of abnormal cell tumors formed by cells that grow continuously, indefinitely, not coordinated with the surrounding tissue and are not useful to the body. Tumors are divided into two: the malignant tumor (malignant) and benign tumors (benign). The lung is an organ that is conical with the apex (peak) above and appear slightly higher than clavicula in the base of the neck. Lung tumors is a collection of abnormal cells that grow and develop in the chest cavity and usually in the airways or alveoli. Interest CT Scan Thorax on suspicion of lung tumors is to determine the location of the tumor, explains the examination technique and how to obtain a high-resolution picture. Reviewed on thoracic CT scan found Tn.TS soft tissue mass in the left lung ½ segment, with surrounding infiltrates, suggestive of malignant (T3NOMx) and the results were found Tn.HT stinging right lung tumors in intralesional contrast, demarcated, irregular suggestive of malignant (T3NOM1). Thorax CT scan on the suspicion of lung tumors is done with pieces of axial slice and slice thickness 5 mm, which in this case was able to show the anatomy and homosexuality.
