<![CDATA[Tujuan dan target penelitian – Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan pelayanan jasa terhadap kualitas pelayanan jasa karyawan di destinasi pariwisata Surabaya dengan studi kasus Kebun Binatang, TamanRemajaSurabaya,danMonumenKapal SelamSurabaya. Metodologi – Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan pelayanan jasa terhadap kualitas pelayanan jasa karyawan di destinasi pariwisata Surabaya. Peneliti melakukan pengukuran tingkat kualitas pelayanan jasa sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dengan pengamatan langsung pada obyek penelitian, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner, setelah itu metodologi yang digunakan Uji beda (t-test) dengan tujuan untuk membandingkan (membedakan) apakah terdapat perbedaan kualitas pelayanan jasa di destinasi pariwisata Surabaya dengan jumlah responden 25 responden Luaran penelitian - Tahap pertama, peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada kepala bagian masing-masing departemen yang ada di destinasi yang sudah ditentukan untuk mengetahui apakah karyawan yang langsung berhubungan dengan pengunjung sudah memberikan pelayanan jasa yang prima (mulai dari grooming, greeting , dan attitude) termasuk didalamnya adalah etika. Tahap kedua, diberikan pelatihan tentang pelayanan jasa. Tahap ketiga, peneliti melakukan evaluasi hasil pelatihan.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam perkembangan di dunia pendidikan yang sekarang sudah semakin cepat, diperlukan sebuah kejelian dalam memberikan sebuah materi yang berkesinambungan. Dimana dalam keterkaitan hubungan dalam pendidikan harus selalu sejalan dalam penerapannya dari satu jenjang ke jenjang yang lainnya. Maka dalam penelitian ini, dari segi materi yang diangkat adalah dengan membandingkan materi kurikulum pada tingkat pendidikan level diploma tiga (D3) dengan kurikulum pada tingkat satuan pendidikan sekolah menengah kejuruan(SMK). Diharapkan kurikulum yang ada pada jenjang diploma tiga dapat menjadi penerus dari kurikulum 2013 yang diterapkan di SMK. Sehingga, dalam penerapan praktik siswa dengan praktik mahasiswa di jenjang diploma tiga dapat berkesinambungan. Karena orientasi pembelajaran pada SMK juga mengoptimalkan tentang kemampuan praktik peserta didik. Dengan begitu, jika ada siswa yang ingin melanjutkan pendidikan dengan orientasi praktik yang lebih dominan, diharapkan dengan meneruskan ke jenjang pendidikan diploma tiga siswa dapat meneruskan tanpa harus mengulang materi yang ada.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is not currently generating a lot of labor that is ready for the job market needs in an era of globalization. It is a challenge for governments and communities in building a proper education system so that there is no gap between education and the world of work. As one indicator of the necessity of learning curriculum that can meet the challenges of the business world in addition to the development of the technology industryandthe environment. The curriculum is a written document that is used as a reference in the implementation of the process of teaching and learning, therefore, the curriculum should be designed simple, easily understood and systematically. Responding to the challenges that exist, the vocational education is required as an effort that aims to create a society that quality, advanced, independent, and modern. Vocational education is an important part of the overall effort andearnest toenhancethe dignityofthe nation. This study analyzes the alignment of curriculum of vocational education (study cases in Surabaya SMK 10, SMK ADHIKAWACANA Surabaya and Surabaya Polytechnic NSC). Results found vocational curriculum has been aligned and complementary Polytechnic, visible all correspondence and archival course lies nestled in group C (specialization) precisely in C2 is a basic skills program, as well as for archival management courses and correspondence courses in business administration Polytechnic NSC Surabaya group of science subjects and skills (MKK). But the department of business administration curriculum emphasis there are also courses of expertise working groups (MKB)., With core courses are on the program expertise. While the competency of the level of vocational and Polytechnic are in accordance with KKNI.]]>

<![CDATA[Preliminary data indicate a fact that the number of students who received at intervals over a period of 5 years Diploma program at NSC Surabaya Polytechnic has increased, while the capacity of classroom space is insufficient, hence the establishment of the second campus / college representative is needed, but before establishing a campus representatfif necessary research to prospective customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of factors needs, place, price and product to interest college. From the results of the regression coefficients obtained showed variable NEEDS (X1 = 0.013) and variable PRODUCT (X3 = 0,040) had a significant positive effect, but significant levels of variable pricing and a> 0.05, so the result is not significantly so,and do not affect the interest of study in college]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian kurikulum 2013 SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan di Surabaya dengan kurikulum program studi Perhotelan Politeknik NSC Surabaya, dengan target penelitian SMK-SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan di Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif dengan jumlah validator dua orang dosen. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : tahap pertama peneliti mencari dokumen-dokumen yang diperlukan, melakukan observasi dengan melihat silabus yang dimiliki SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan, menggali sumber-sumber yang terkait tentang tema penelitian yang berkaitan dengan tingkat kesesuaian kurikulum 2013 SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan, tahap kedua penyebaran angket atau kuesioner, dan wawancara kepada subyek yang diteliti, kegiatan ini dilakukan sesuai denganmetodekuantitatif dankualitatif. Hasil penelitian tentang tingkat kesesuaian kurikulum 2013 SMK akomodasi perhotelan di Surabaya dengan kurikulum program studi perhotelan Politeknik NSC Surabaya adalah adanya keyakinan lulusan dari sekolah kejuruan (SMK) khususnya akomodasi perhotelan melanjutkan kependidikan tinggi yang sejalan yaitu Politeknik,terutama Politeknik NSC Surabaya.]]>

<![CDATA[Crane or lifting machine is a tool that widely used in the container port at Dermaga Tanjung Perak Surabaya City, with series excited DC motor movement. The main functions of crane are to lift, move and discharge some goods from the origin place to determined place. The main composition of crane is electric motor as driver and gearbox as reduction of gear transmission and controller as the manager of electric motor speed. From three main components above, the component that needs serious treatment is the controller for the series excited dc motor. The stability control system of crane is the starting current at series dc motor. High starting performance dc motor of a crane with volt/hertz control requires rapid dynamics and precise regulation, that make the need of direct control is an urgent demand. Therefore, an independent control of torque and flux, which is similar to a separately excited DC motor is needed. Series DC motor has a high starting torque while separately excited DC motor can operate above the base speed in the starting current. Therefore, in this paper a high starting performance dc motor is suggested to run the series DC motor below base start. The Series DC motor direct control strategy is explained and a control circuit is proposed. A steady-state and transient analysis of the series dc motor is performed below andabove base starting current.]]>
