Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa patuh dan sesuai laporan keuangan perusahaan retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam menerapkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan yaitu PSAK 1 dan PSAK 2 dengan membandingkan laporan keuangan perusahaan dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 1 dan No. 2. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, untuk populasinya adalah seluruh perusahaan retail yang terdaftar di BEI dan untuk sampel ditentukan dengan mengambil laporan keuangan entitas yang terpublikasi yang sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan retail yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia belum sepenuhnya mematuhi Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan ada beberapa komponen yang memang tidak sesuai dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477669

Abstract

This study aims to determine and clarify the picture of the implementation of Kaizen culture, and employee performance in PT. Indospring, Tbk effect of applying Kaizen Culture the performance of employees at PT. Indospring, Tbk: this type of research used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach variables in this research is the application of Culture Kaizen as an independent variable, and the employee’s performance as the dependent variable this study uses data printer is the form of the answers to the questionnaire and secondary data Through documents. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result of descriptive analysis shows that there is significant influence between Kaizen Culture implementation variables. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Good Corporate Governance dan Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap harga saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012 - 2014. Good corporate governance diproksikan oleh proporsi dewan komisaris independen, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Kepemilikan manajerial. Kinerja keuangan diproksikan oleh PBV dan NPM. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method. Software statistik yang digunakan adalah software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 16.0 for Windows dengan Uji F (Anova), Uji T, Regresi Linear Berganda sebagai alat analisisnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (Uji F) variabel bebas mempengaruhi harga saham. Dalam Uji T pengaruh secara parsial (individu) Komisaris Independen dan Kepemilkan Manajerial, PBV dan NPM mempengaruhi harga saham, sedangkan untuk Kepemilikan Institusional tidak mempengaruhi harga saham. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477671

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product features and product design to the purchase decision of sophie martin bag at bussiness center (bc) Umi Sutindarwati Gresik. The research approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The number of samples researched were 56 respondents. The independent variables in this study are Product Quality (X1), Product Feature (X2), Product Design (X3), while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision (Y). The results showed that product quality (X1) partially and simultaneously significantly influence purchasing decisions, product features (X2) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect. Product design (X3) is partially influential but simultaneously has no significant effect. Suggestions from this research can be developed by adding the variables in the study and the samples taken can be expanded its territory. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477685

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are an important part of an economy. Competition in the global world today requires SMEs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their production processes in order to improve competitiveness. Cost of production has a very important role in determining the selling price of the product, the proper costing will result in more cost of production more accurate. This study aims to determine the cost of production of white tofu, fried tofu and tempe based on Activity Based Costing system at UD. TAHU SUTRA which still use conventional system. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The result of research is the determination of cost of production based on Activity Based Costing system on white tofu Rp. 149.314.294 whereas when using a conventional system of Rp. 174.228.374, with the difference of Rp. 24.914.080 or 14% (overvalue). Meanwhile, to know the fried calculation of the cost of production based on Activity Based Costing system of Rp. 89.486.009,3, while when using a conventional system of Rp. 102,811,397 with difference of Rp. 13.325.387,7 or 13% (overvalue). And for the cost of production of tempe by using Activity Based Costing system of Rp. 57.013.298,5 whereas when using conventional system harag principal production of Rp. 79.416.150 with the difference of Rp. 22.402.851.5 or 28% (overvalue). DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477673

Abstract

Public accounting profession is considered to be able to provide the opportunity for individuals or private to develop skills and provide opportunities to gain varied work. This is because they assume will be assigned in various sections or positions on the various types of companies that have different characteristics. Therefore, this study aims to determine wether factors such as financial rewards, professional training, social values, and labor market considerations influence the selection of the public accounting profession for accounting students at the Gresik University.Populations in this study were students majoring in accounting Gresik University economic faculties. Samples in this study using a quota sampling as many as 50 students majoring in accounting who have followed the course of auditing. Analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linier regression, F test and t test. The data used are primary data collected for the study of the place of the incident example distributing questionnares. While secondary data in this research is through review of literature, example from books, journals, and access the web site. The result of research indicate the factors of financial rewards, professional training, social values, and labor market considerations simultaeously and partially affect the interests of accounting students in selecting the profession of public accountants. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477689

Abstract

Environmental problems that we now face have range and the trait of being global. Recently many countries, advanced economic implement a policy development of living environment internationally. As for the purpose of this research is to review and analyzes application of the System Management of the Environment (SML) based on ISO 14001 in PT. Petrokimia Gresik and to know the obstacles found in the Implementation of the Management of the Environment (SML) based on ISO 14001 in PT. Petrokimia Gresik. This research used the Methodology Qualitative. The kind of data that in use in research is primary andsecondary data. This research is Explorative for research it is associated with questions ? what ?. Hence, target researchers is to memformulasi some questions that having precision research will come can respond to. Data analysis begins with conducting in-depth interviews with informants. After interviewing, researchers make transkip the results of interviews with circuitous way back recording interviews with circuitous way back recording the interview. After the researchers wrote the results of interviews into transkip, next researchers make reduction data by means of abstraction, namely take an appropriate data to the context research and ignore the necessary data. The result of this research draw a line straight the theory ISO 14001 of the Management of the Environment applied by PT. Petrokimia Gresik to the fact that is he in accordance with the and laws.All employees had participate in manifesting love environment be culture work harmonious between productivity with wisdom nature. A lot of innovation produced by an employee of PT. Petrokimia Gresik for Manifesting Love Environment with the Competition Fire on the Moon K3 National, 5R Competition, competition or preparedness emergency. But it is possible that PT.Petrokimia Gresik is chemical company that have been constructed for 45 Years where productionlevel still in sued to reach production maximum will but thecompany old with age, although there had been improvements every day but it is possible that there are still any waste products that passes from the Implementation of the Management of the Environment. Not to forget also that every the Implementation of the Management of the Environment going to need a charge that is great in a factory and care training human resources. Abstract

Business competition occurs in both service and non-service industries. One of them is complementary food. The competition in this business is a very tight. This industry is a good topic to be discussed, because the complementary food is a necessity for the consumer. One of them is sambal which is a very special meal of Indonesian. One of the sambal product is Sambal Indofood which tries to do a strategy of product variation. This shows that competition among complementary foods is getting tighter.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product variation in Indofood sauce purchase decision. This research was conducted in Supermarket Sarikat Jaya Gresik. This research is explanatory type with quantitative approach. The sample is taken by accidental sampling technique with the total sample of 94 respondents. Data collection methods related to the research problem are conducted by using questionnaire method. The Data collection techniques are using questionnaires.The result of the research from 94 respondents show that the influence of product variation to purchase decision. From result of regression calculation by using SPSS program version 18.00 for windows, obtained tvalue counted equal to 6,416 with p value equal to 0.000. Using the significance limit α = 0.05 obtained T table of 1.986. From these results then tcalculated > ttable which means Ho rejected and H1 accepted. It means variable product variation has a positive and significant influence in determining purchase decision of Sambal Indofood to consumers in Supermarket Sarikat Jaya Gresik. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477677

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi berpengaruh terhadap kewirausahaan pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gresik, Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Gresik yang merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang ada di wilayah kota Gresik dimana mayoritas Mahasiswanya adalah seorang pekerja atau karyawan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Kuantitatif. Instrument yang digunakan adalah angket kuesioner dengan pernyataan menggunakan Skala Likert 1-5 dengan bantuan oleh data statistik. Total populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 327 Mahasiswa jumlah sampel ditentukan dengan rumus slovin dimana jumlah sampel berjumlah 77 Mahasiswa yang di ambil secara random sampling.Hasil penelitian dengan melakukan pengujian hipotesis yakini signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) maka H0 ditolak. Dan dari hasil uji tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap kewirausahaan. Dengan presentase variasi kewirausahaan yang bisa dijelaskan oleh variasi dari variable bebas persepsi sebesar 35,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 64,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain diluar variabel penelitian. Maka dari penjelasan diatas penelitian ini menjawab hipotesis awal bahwasanya persepsi mahasiswa berpengaruh terhadap kewirausahaan dengan melihat uji regresi sederhana dan signifikan dengan melihat uji t terhadap kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gresik tentang Persepsi sebesar 64,7%. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477667
