Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the application of Talking Stick learning model to increase the learning achievement of students at SMKN 2 Singosari Malang. The type of this research is action research with the data source EI (Industrial Electronics) class XI-SMKN 2 Singosari totaling 34 students. The reason of choosing EI class XI-SMKN 2 Singosari as the subject was a situation in which the students have many problems while learning mathematics, as the sample students solving the problems with less appropriate and many difficulties to solving the everyday problems related to the competence. Based on the result of this study, the conclusion was the application of Talking Stick learning model proved to increase the learning achievement of SMKN 2 Singosari Malang students. That cause application of Talking Stick learning model very recommended for teachers in order to get maximal learning result. Abstract

The practice of buying and selling online through the internet in the city of Samarinda is the mechanism that sellers offer goods that they sell through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Whatsapp by looking at the images offered, specifications of goods and their prices. But in this case, not all sellers explain the specifications of the goods and their prices. if the buyer wants the goods offered by the seller then the buyer must pay the funds in advance by transfer, after that the seller will send goods that have been ordered by the buyer, there are problems in buying and selling problems such as dissatisfaction of buyers (consumers) with goods purchased at the order and delays in shipping goods often occur. While in the sale and purchase transaction must be clear and in accordance with the pillars and terms of sale and purchase, and do not contain elements of deception and there is no element of coercion in the sale and purchase. Basically, buying and selling through internet media is permitted, provided the seller must explain the goods they sell in the form of goods specifications, goods prices, delivery times, and matters related to the sale and purchase. Buying and selling via the internet must also not be in conflict with Islamic law, terms and the existence of elements of clarity, and far from the element of deception and no element of coercion and elements of fraud. Buying and selling via the internet in Samarinda city is makruh because buying and selling is permissible but it is not recommended to make this sale because there is more harm than good and there are gharar elements in it, namely the obscurity of the object of buying and selling and its implementation. Abstract

The quality of work in the perspective of Sharia Management in this research is classified into qualitative research with the nature of library research. The approach model used in this study is divided into two parts, namely the Sociology approach and the normative approach model. Thus to facilitate this research researchers divide the data into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Then for the sake of the fluency of this research, researchers divided the data collection method into two parts, namely observation, and documentation. After that, to enter into a conclusion the researcher uses the "Comparative Interpretative" analysis method. The final results of this study can be concluded that to realize the quality of work of a worker in his work in a company or the like twelve methods are needed in the study of Sharia Management, namely (right promise, responsibility, worship, jihad, maintaining work unity, being fair, transparency, cooperation, competence, maintaining productivity). Abstract

Every organization and all organizations of any kind must have and need a leader and the highest leader (top leader) or the highest manager (top manager) who must carry out leadership activities (leadership action) or management (management) for the whole organization as a whole. The leader is the first person, like a ship captain who must direct the course of the ship, in a container called the organization. Anti-corruption education can be interpreted as an effort to minimize and eradicate corruption through education. Education is chosen as one of the alternatives to eradicate corruption because education itself has two essential functions, namely growing creativity and instilling and socializing noble values. Islam as a religion and a system of values plays an important role in providing enlightenment, moral awareness, mental improvement, and moral improvement by utilizing existing potential. Therefore, existing Islamic leaders must be the main role models to move towards moral revolution through the enlightenment of religious thought which liberates human behaviors with a mentality of corruption. Abstract

Popper as one of the figures in Philosophy of Science has offered an idea of the falsification of science. This idea can certainly be used by Islamic studies as long as it can be relevant to the needs faced. Popper's ability to criticize the tendency of verification-mechanistic Positivism can provide added value to Islamic studies, especially given that Islam does not only appreciate the material areas that tend to be mechanistic but also spiritual areas that tend to be of qualitative value. Therefore, the basic question in this paper is how is the construction of Popper's theory of knowledge and its contribution to Islamic studies? The method used in this paper is descriptive-qualitative in that it seeks to describe Popper's knowledge of thought, especially those related to Falsification, and give it meaning for Islamic studies. The results of this paper indicate that Popper's theory of Falsification is 'wrong testing' for a theory because each theory is considered a hypothesis, a transient truth, so that if the theory survives from the 'false test' then the theory will be stronger. As for its relevance to Islamic studies, this enables Islam to accept various variations in the application of universal values promoted by Islam at the level of reality to be open to being tested wrongly so that reality can be found that is close to objective universal values. Abstract

Fiqih is the result of ulama’s ijtihad, could be changed and has a different opinion in some problems which is the forerunner of mazhab fiqih’s upcoming. Kaidah Fiqih is one of platform that is no less important compared with other supporting dalil for mujtahid in making easy to know Islamic law. This article tries to explain and explore the qonsequences against differences in kaidah fiqih. This article included in the literature search by using a normative juridical method. The result shows that differences of mazhab fiqih at least produces two qonsequencies. The first, there is mazhabfiqih that only adopted by one mazhab. The second, there is certain kaidah fiqih that understood differently by each mazhabs. Keywords: Consequency, Fiqih, Kaidah fiqih

Abstract

Penetapan nasab merupakan sesuatu yang sangat penting. Sebab dengan nasab, seseorang memperoleh kepastian kepada siapa dia dinisbahkan. Pentingnya penetapan nasab berbanding lurus dengan banyak hal yang berkaitan dengan banyaknya implikasi hukum dari penetapan nasab, seperti hukum perwalian, kewarisan, status sah dalam pernikahan dan sebagainya. Di antara alat-alat analisis untuk menemukan pesan hukum dari sumbernya adalah penggunaan kaidah kebahasaan (qawâid lughawiyyah), yang salah satunya menggunakan metode hakikat dan majaz (haqîqah wa majâz). Dalam penetapan nasab anak, pada dasarnya para ulama fikih mengedepankan makna hakikat dari teks sumber hukum. Namun dalam keadaan tertentu, beberapa ulama beralih kepada makna majaznya. Kata kunci: nasab, anak zina, hakikat dan majaz.

Abstract

Citizenship Education is a subject that focuses on the formation of citizens who understand and are able to exercise their rights and obligations to become intelligent, skilled Indonesian citizens, characterized by the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Citizenship education is broadly formulated to include a process of preparing young people to take on their roles and responsibilities as citizens, and in particular, the role of education including schooling, teaching, and learning, in the process of preparing citizens. Millennials as part of the Indonesian nation's children are expected to understand citizenship education and become citizens who have a strong and consistent commitment to defend the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Kaerna The essence of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia is a modern nation-state. The modern nation-state is the state whose formation is based on the spirit of nationality or nationalism, namely on the determination of society to build a common future under the same country, even though the people of that community differ in their religion, race, ethnicity or class. Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan umat manusia di dunia ini. Tanpa pendidikan mustahil kita akan mengalami perkembanngan ilmu pengetahuan juga teknologi seperti sekarang ini. Dunia pendidikan juga tidak hanya milik orang-orang borjuis saja, akan tetapi milik dan merupakan hak bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Sebagai sebuah Negara yang mempunyai penduduk beragama Islam sangat besar, dan merupakan negara kepulauan tentu mempunyai tatangan tersendiri dalam merumuskan pendidikannya. Pendidikan yang tidak mempunyai tujuan yang mencerminkan kepribadian suatu bangsa maka, apa yang akan dicita-citakan oleh bangsa tersebut untuk membentuk SDMnya tentu akan mengalami kegagalan. Hal ini merupakan tanggungjawab bersama, terkhusus lagi bagi para pemikir pendidikan khusunya yang di Indonesia harus mencarikan solusi bagaimana konsep ataupun metode pendidikan yang tepat untuk diterapka di Indonesian. Sebagai orang Islam sebagai dasar pendidikan tentunya merujuk Alquran dan hadis baik dari segi metode ataupuan tujuannya, sehingga menghasilkan manusia yang segala aktifitasnya untuk mengabdi padaNya.
