The purpose of regional development is to improve the people's welfare. So in an effort to achieve these objectives community-based development planning is needed, by striving for the communities’ basic needs to be accommodated in a transparent, democratic and accountable manner. This study analyze the strategies and determine the model of clean water supply for the community in Bengkalis Regency. The research analysis uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative and SWOT. The SWOT Analysis shown that the community needs for clean water in Bengkalis Regency could be used SO strategies, namely strategies to achieve policy objectives by utilizing the strengths and potential/opportunities that are owned by cooperation between stakeholders. Whereas the water supply model that is possible for community needs in Bengkalis Regency is through the Piping Network (JP) provided by the local government through PDAM BUMD, non-piping / Non-Piping Networks (BJP) through PAMSIMAS and community self-help.

The exchange rate plays an important role in influencing the level of Indonesia's international trade towards trading partner countries. This study discusses the factors that influence the exchange rate of the rupiah against dollar both in the short and long term. The variables that are suspected to influence changes in exchange rates are the inflation rate, the interest rate (SBI), world oil prices, the value of exports, and the value of imports. This research was conducted during 1999 quarter 1 to 2019 quarter 2. The results showed that there was a long-term and short-term relationship between inflation rates, interest rates, world oil prices, exports and imports to the exchange rate. In the short term, the interest rate and world oil prices have a significant effect on the exchange rate. In the long run, the inflation rate, world oil prices and imports have a significant effect on the exchange rate.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of intellectual capital on financial performance and non-financial performance of Islamic banking, and its impact on the profitability of the bank. The population is 13 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. With the purposive sampling method, a sample of five Islamic commercial banks was obtained. Data analysis method in this study uses SEM PLS. The first result shows that intellectual capital has a significant negative effect on financial performance, a significant positive effect on non-financial performance, and a positive but unsignificant effect on profitability. The next results stated that financial performance and non-financial performance had a significant negative effect on profitability. The third research result states that intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on profitability through financial performance, but a significant negative effect on profitability through non-financial performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the human development index, unemployment, economic growth and duration of education on poverty rate of population in the Province of NTT. Secondary data used in the form of time series for the period 2011-2017 and cross sections for 22 city/regency of NTT. Eviews 9 is used to analyze the panel data. The results showed the human development index had a negative and significant effect on poverty rate; unemployment rate has a positive but unsignificant effect on poverty rate; economic growth has a negative but unsignificant effect on poverty rate; and, duration of education has a positive and significant effect on poverty rate. Simultaneously, the four independent variables have a significant effect on poverty. The determination analysis stated that the independent variables used have a relatively large ability to explain changes that occur in the poverty rate of the population in NTT Province.

This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict on employee performance; spiritual intelligence on role conflict; spiritual intelligence on employee performance; and, role conflict mediated by spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Role conflicts include intrarole conflict, intrasender conflict, interrole conflict, and conflicting expectations and requests and incompatible evaluation standards. 108 ASN employees working in four health centers in XYZ city were selected as samples using a purposive sampling method. The results of the study found that conflict of intrasender and conflicting expectations and requests and incompatible evaluation standards had a significant effect on employee performance; and that spiritual intelligence partially mediates the relationship between conflicting expectations and expectations and incompatible evaluation standards on employee performance. Dominant factor that affect employee performance is conflicting expectations and requests and incompatible evaluation standards, so this factor should be a major concern for research objects in realizing their organizational goals.

The study aims to analyze the role of Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Cash Ratio in influencing Dividend Payout Ratio on go-public companies of consumer goods sector in the year of 2014-2018. This quantitative-desciptive research sourced from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. 18 companies were selected as a sample purposively from 47 companies in the consumer goods sector that were members of the population. The results showed that partially, Return on Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio were proven to have a significant role in influencing Dividend Payout Ratio; while Cash Ratio is proven to have no significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Simultaneously, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Cash Ratio were proven to have a significant role in influencing Dividend Payout Ratio.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal audit quality measurement model, with a study of internal auditors in private companies, BUMD and BUMN in Medan City. Determination of sample size is obtained by multiplying the number of construct variables with the total number of indicators, so as to obtain 170 people. Primary data were collected through questionnaire distribution techniques, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of this study prove that there is a significant direct effect on independence, competence and motivation on due professional care; and there is a significant influence of independence, competence, motivation and due professional care on audit quality. Moreover, the results of this study found that indirectly, independence, competence and motivation proved to significantly influence audit quality through due professional care.

This study aims to analyze product differentiation and brand image on the customer purchase decision, with a case study of the Yamaha Mio brand of matic-bike in Langsa City. Multiple regression method was used to analyze data.. The results showed that partially, product differentiation and brand image had a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the two independent variables were also obtained to have a significant influence on dependent variable. Thus, if the company implements strategies related to product differentiation and brand image, partially or simultaneously, it will strengthen the purchasing decisions made by consumers for products offered. However, the determination analysis identifies that there are several main factors that are considered to influence consumer purchasing decisions but are not included in this research model.
