Abstract

This research is motivated by the growth rate of the high tourist in Jakarta that is not matched by an increase in the number of tourists are balanced. The problem in this research is "whether there is the influence of the tourist attractions, facilities and quality of service to customer satisfaction in the Garden Ragunan Jakarta.Yang specifically focused on three variables: the tourist attractions, facilities and quality of service. The purpose of this research is to study the effect of the three variables in influencing customer satisfaction in the Garden Ragunan Jakarta. After conducting a literature review and hypothesis formulation, data collected through questionnaires at 100 Park visitor Ragunan Jakartayang obtained using systematic sampling technique. Then do the analysis of data obtained by using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes: validity and reliability, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing via t-test and F, and coefficient of determination (R2). F test showed that the variables that have a significant effect tourist attractions terjhadap visitor satisfaction and other variables not only a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Figures adjusted R-square of 0.20 indicates that 20 percent of visitor satisfaction variables can be explained by the three independent variables in the regression equation. While the remaining 80 percent is explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study. Keywords: visitor satisfaction, tourist attractions, facilities, quality of service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze comparative financial performance on a national private banks before and after implementation of the Indonesian Banking Architecture and to analyze the development of the application of the Indonesian Banking Architecture in private banks. This study uses secondary data from quarterly financial statements national commercial banks obtained from the bank during the period of 2002-2006. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method and data analysis methods used are financial ratios CAR, NPLs, ROA, ROE, NIM, ROA and LDR, statistical analysis normality test and two different test paired sample t test. Data processing for both the analyst using SPSS. The results showed that the comparison of the performance of the national private commercial banks before and after implementation of the Indonesian Banking Architecture 2002-2006 period there were no significant differences. Keyword: financial performance, architecture, banking

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) recently had a very important contribution in the Indonesian economy , in addition to the SME sector most vulnerable rising NPLs. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of non-performing loan ratio of each - each section of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the sector of SMEs and MSM. Data used is secondary data sourced from the BI report in 2013, the data of Credit and Credit NPL SMEs by Group Bank, Bank Limited, Bank of local government and the National Private Bank in April 2012 to March 2013. Data were processed and analyzed with the help of application SPSS. The analysis tool used is the descriptive statistics, analysis of variance ANOVA different test, the method of LSD (Least Significance Differences). The results showed the development of the NPL ratio period April 2012 - March 2013 at the highest MSME sector on loans disbursed by the Bank of Local Government, then the lowest NPL Owned Banks and Private Banks masional. MSM Sector highest NPL ratio for loans disbursed by the Bank Limited, National Private Bank and Bank lowest NPL on local government.  Keywords: credit risk, foreign exchange banks, non-bank foreign exchange, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, GDP

Abstract

The stock price reflects the value of a company. If the company achieve good performance, the company's stock will be much in demand by investors. Achieved a good performance can be seen in the company's financial statements published by the company (issuer).The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of fundamental factors to the stock price of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk period 2004-2013. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t-test and F test results showed that the partial net profit margin and return on equity does not affect the price of the shares of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk only earning per share which affect the stock price of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Simultaneously, net profit margin, return on equity, and earnings per share effect on the stock price of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The data obtained by the author in the form of secondary data to obtain these data the authors made a visit to the website of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, the authors use the data overview of the financial period 2004 to 2013 were analyzed using SPSS. Abstract

The capital market is an alternative investment that can provide the return on investment income and income shares of other investment securities that are traded in the stock market. To obtain the optimal stock returns in accordance with the risk that it contains, an investor should also know the actual stock price index is the index number of prices of stocks that have been compiled and calculated so as to produce a trend of stock price changes. By knowing the stock price index, investors can determine the condition of the capital markets in general. In capital markets, changes in stock prices are influenced by factors external systematic risk as the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the money supply (M2), the level of inflation, SBI, and others. By using multiple linear regression techniques will be the factors that affect the bersiko external systematic changes in stock prices in Indonesia during the period 2007 to 2013. The results of the analysis carried out will be seen how big factors that will affect the systematic risk of the stock price in Indonesia.  Keywords: Risk, Stock price.JUB, GDP, BI Rate

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of health in the PT. Bank XXX when measured using the method CAMELS (Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings, Liquidity, Sensitivity to Market Risk) in 2008-2011. And also aims to determine differences in the ratios used in the method and the method CAMELS RGEC. The results showed healthy banks can be said for almost all ratios are used to qualify specified. In the CAMELS method is not all ratios reuse on RGEC method. The same indicator only on Capital and Earnings. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the author made whether there is influence receivables turnover, inventory turnover, and turnover of working capital and cash flows of the level of profitability of the chemical sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012. The data used in this research is secondary data, financial statement data in the form of balance sheet and income statement. The items are used, among others, receivables, inventory, working capital, cash, sales, and cost of goods sold. The method of analysis used to test the hypothesis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R Square. The results of this study are the level of accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and working capital turnover rate simultaneously and partial effect on the profitability of the company. Abstract

PT Bank Permata Tbk is one of the bank is very well known in Indonesian society. As a result of sharp competition among banks in Indonesia, making the bank owners should be observant in regard customer desires. Including PT Bank Permata Tbk should be able to provide extra services both in terms of service and in terms of products. By knowing the exact wishes of customers can help companies to improve the quality and image of the company. ATM is one of the products offered by Bank Permata. This study aims to see a relationship between the variables that have been presented by researchers with the level of consumer dissatisfaction. Samples in this study as many as 100 people. The results of trials that have been conducted, most consumers, especially Permata Bank ATM is not enough to feel satisfied with the services provided. ATM Permata have functions pretty much in demand by the public, because it is expected to ATM Permata able to give satisfaction. But sometimes the ATM also has a problem that can make the customer disappointed and dissatisfied. A constraint that often arises is the lack of the number of ATMs, the old damage repaired, less spread of ATMs in public places and so on. This is what must be addressed by Bank Permata, because the increasing number of business banking spread in Jakarta in particular. Keywords: dissatisfaction, customer, atm, permata bank
