Abstract

Every investor would expect a big profit from their investments. However, big profit from the investment must be accompanied by the greater risk. In determining the choice of investment in mutual fund, investor must make an assessment of its performance despite there is no certainty that a good fund performance will equal past performance of mutual funds in the future. This research aims to analyze the effect of mutual fund performance on the Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) and its market value. This research used all sharia equity mutual funds that active in 2014 as the sample. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and get 14 mutual funds as samples. Data analysis is performed by using path analysis which is a straightforward extension of multiple regressions and Kendall of concordance test first. The result shows that the three methods of assessment fund performance is aligned and has an impact on mutual fund market value. The better the performance of a mutual fund tend to improve financial reporting conducted by the investment manager delivered to investors and potential investors, the market value of mutual funds will be higher and this will trigger potential investors to invest their funds into mutual funds and will be profitable. Keywords: IFR, Internet Financial Reporting, Mutual Funds,Mutual Fund Market Value, Mutual Fund Performance.

Abstract

Peer-to-peer Online Lending (P2PO) has received increasing attention over the last years, not only because of its disruptive nature and its disintermediation of nearly all major banking functions, but also because of its rapid growth and expanding breadth of services. This model offers a new way of investing in addition to investing in traditional channels such as banking or financial company. The transaction process is done online, the personal information and terms of mobilization are completely transparent and secure in the best way. The strong development of P2PO also raises a number of issues that require careful attention to promote positive and to limit negative aspects. The research aims to highlight particular aspects of this new business model and to analyze the opportunities and risks for lenders and borrowers in Viet Nam. The research combines qualitative analysis and data survey to serve descriptive statistics about P2PO in Viet Nam. Abstract

Nowadays, ICT has become the fundamental pillar of the knowledge economy. Government have a big proportion to support technology activities by having high priority and concerned. In order to increase economic growth, government can push the business sector to publish the reporting order to attract the investor.The research has taken population from all the countries around the world therefore using purposive sampling technique and only 111 countries that meet the criteria as a sample. The research using secondary data which are Network Readiness Index from World Economic Forum (WEF) and Foreign Direct Invesment (FDI) inflows from UNCTAD. The analysis methods in this research are path analysis for testing the hypothesis, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and good of fitness test for testing the quality of data using AMOS 6 software. Result of this research found that firm-level of technology absorption affects to FDI directly but government prioritization of ICT directly not affects to FDI. Keywords: ICT, Investment, FDI, Technology

Abstract

E-CRM has an important role in addressing the challenges that exist in the e-commerce industry and certainly affect the success of e-commerce. One measure of the success of e-commerce is the customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the achievement of satisfaction of existing customers in the industry e-commerce, Business to Consumer (B2C) in particular, so customer will be loyal. The researchers used meta-analysis to integrate the findings of previous studies. The meta-analysis method used is sourced from 25 journals previous studies from 2006 to 2016. Based on the literature review, authors create a research model on these factors. The factors namely access to information, service, security and trust that significantly affect the achievement of customer satisfaction. The achievement of customer satisfaction will be improved the customer loyalty then will be impact on increased sales and profits of the company. The researches then discuss the findings of the integrated framework leading to theoretical and practical with implications for implementation in Indonesia and reviews directions for future research. In addition, researchers also suggested the e-commerce industry in Indonesia to implement the E-CRM strategy. Keywords: E-CRM, B2C E-commerce, Customer Behavior, Customer Satisfaction, Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on the Customer Value (CV), Product Quality (PQ) and Service Quality (SQ) in improving Customer Satisfaction (CS) that will have implications on the Customer Loyalty (CL). The research focuses on corporate banking, where customers serve as the research sample. The data in this research using the primary data and secondary data. Source primary data used questionnaire and source the secondary data obtained from variety resources that have been published. By using a likert scale questionnaire with the respondent obtained as much as 360 customers. The analytical tool used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS version 6 program for testing hypotheses and software SPSS 18 for construct validity and reliability test.Based on the testing, all hypothesis can be accepted. This indicates that a good CRM will increase the CV, PQ and SQ, then the increasing ofCV,PQ and SQ will increase the level of satisfaction felt by the customer. Thus, Customer Loyalty is affected by Customer Relationship Management with intervention by Customer Value, Product Quality, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Value, Product Quality, Service Quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between demographic variables and two forms of knowledge sharing behavior (KSB) to give some suggestions for managers. Data collected from 234 employees of some departments such as research and development, technology,... of some Vietnam telecommunication companies in order to test the general model: KSB = K + gender(xa) + age(xb) + educational qualification(xc) + work experience(xd). The study found that males tend to share more of their knowledge than females and staffs aged from 31 to 45 tend to share their knowledge more than those aged from 20 to 30 while 20-30 year old staffs tend to collect knowledge more than 31-45 year old staffs. Keywords: knowledge, knowledge sharing, knowledge management

Abstract

New regulation of Bank Indonesia is required Indonesian banking to have a website to publish financial report though their website in order to improve transparency. Internet is considered as one of media which have a close relationship with transparency. This study was conducted to know financial transparency on the website in Asian banking industry. In this study, financial transparency on the website was measured by using internet financial reporting index. This study also evaluates the relationship performance, internet financial reporting index, information richness and website popularity. Sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 144 banks in Asia. And, an analytical technique in this study was Structure Equation Model (SEM) based components or Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of Smartpls 2.The results of this study show that all of Asian banking in this study was implemented internet financial reporting. The results of this study also show that performance has a significant relationship to website popularity indirectly through information richness, the performance hasn’t a significant relationship to website popularity indirectly through internet financial reporting but internet financial reporting is influenced by performance, and the performance hasn’t a significant relation directly to website popularity. Keywords: banking; financial disclosure; internet financial reporting index

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan data survei dari World Bank Global Findex tahun 2014 yang melibatkan 1.000 orang responden di Indonesia, penelitian ini mengaplikasikan estimasi probit untuk memeriksa karakteristik individu seperti apakah yang sudah memanfaatkan perbankan digital (mobile money banking) di Indonesia. Temuan awal penelitian ini dengan sinifikan menunjukkan bahwa di Indonesia, semakin tinggi pendidikan seorang individu, maka akan semakin besar peluang bagi individu tersebut untuk menggunakan atau memanfaatkan perbankan digital. Meskipun bukan profil individu yang signifikan mempengaruhi pemanfaatan perbankan digital, terdapat kecenderungan bahwa seorang wanita menurunkan peluang dalam memanfaatkan perbankan digital, artinya perbankan digital lebih banyak dimanfaatkan oleh kaum pria. Namun yang menarik adalah kaum wanita justru cenderung mempunyai peluang yang lebih tinggi untuk memiliki rekening di lembaga keuangan di Indonesia. Pembukaan rekening adalah tahapan mendasar agar masyarakat dapat memiliki akses menuju lembaga keuangan, sehingga hal ini menjadi penting dalam upaya memperluas kemampuan masyarakat Indonesia untuk mendapatkan akses keuangan dari lembaga keuangan resmi. Temuan lainnya adalah, terdapat kecenderungan bahwa makin lanjut usia seorang individu (hingga usia tertentu), makin tinggi kemungkinan untuk memiliki rekening pada lembaga keuangan, namun makin sedikit memanfaatkan perbankan digital. Penulis berharap temuan awal dari penelitian ini dapat membantu memberi gambaran maupun arah bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang program keuangan inklusif yang mampu menyerap dan melibatkan lebih banyak lagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk memiliki akses terhadap lembaga keuangan. Kata kunci: Inklusi Keuangan, Perbankan Digital, Estimasi Probit.

Abstract

Application of modern CRM as a kind of business intelligence successfuly become another resources  factor which can improving company performance. The company's observed performance are financial performance, marketing performance, and operational performance. This study used literature review analyzing and elaborating the results of literture, books, and previous research. This research using literature review method and analyzed about twenty previous journals, supported by some of literature and books. Based on the result of the study, utilization of CRM implementation effectively and efficiently will increase companies performance in significant, specifically in financial, marketing, or operational performance. From all previous journal observed, the most dominant journal is about significant effect of CRM on marketing and financial performance.  Keywords: CRM, financial performance, marketing performance, operational performance.
