Abstract

Company’s financial condition reflected in the financial statements. However, there are many loopholes in the financial statements which can become a chance for the management and certain parties to commit fraud on the financial statements. This study aims to detect financial statement fraud as measured using fraud score model that occurred in issuers entered into the LQ-45 index in 2014-2016 with the use of six independent variables are financial stability, external pressure, financial target, nature of industry, ineffective monitoring and rationalization. This study using 27 emiten of LQ-45 index during 2014-2016. However, there are some data outlier that shall be removed, thus sample results obtained 66 data from 25 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis were used in this study. The results showed that the financial stability variables (SATA), nature of industry (RECEIVBLE), ineffective monitoring (IND) and rationalization (ITRENDLB) proved to be influential or have the capability to detect financial statement fraud. While the external pressure variables (DER) and financial target (ROA) are not able to detect the existence of financial statement fraud. Simultaneously all variables in this study were able to detect significantly financial statement fraud.

Abstract

Increasing internet users and the growing of e-commerce in Indonesia impact on consumer behaviour in terms of shopping. One of the models of shopping channels that are currently being the world's trend is replacing conventional shopping systems that require shoppers to come to shopping with a shopping system online.  This research aims to determine whether there is a influence on shopping lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion of impulse buying in Berrybenka consumer. The samples on this research are consumers who have ever shopped at Berrybenka e-commerce through websites or applications. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is a descriptive analysis and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The hypothesis test results show that shopping lifestyle variable affects impulse buying behavior, while hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion have no effect on the impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Digaungkannya Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai (GNTT) oleh Bank Indonesia adalah bentuk dari implementasi kebijakan non-tunai di Indonesia. Transaksi non-tunai diharapkan membawa dampak-dampak positif bagi sebuah perekonomian. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, makalah ini menggali manfaat, tantangan dan peluang pada penerapan kebijakan non-tunai. Perkembangan penerapan uang elektronik juga dibahas untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran penyelenggaran uang elektronik di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa regulasi, model bisnis dan infrastuktur penyelenggaraan uang elektronik adalah hal-hal fundamental yang harus diperhatikan guna mencapai tujuan penggunaan uang elektronik dan operasional uang elektronik yang lebih baik di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, disiplin kerja dan imbalan finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Perguruan Tamansiswa Cabang Curup. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Yayasan Perguruan Tamansiswa Cabang Curup. Data dianalisis dengan cara regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 orang diperoleh dengan cara sensus (total sampling). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan demokratis, disiplin kerja dan imbalan finansial berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Perguruan Tamansiswa Cabang Curup. Kepemimpinan demokratis, disiplin kerja dan imbalan finansial  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Imbalan finansial merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Perguruan Tamansiswa Cabang Curup.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan BUM Desa di Indonesia, masih banyak desa yang belum mampu untuk mengelola BUM Desa dengan baik. Alhasil banyak BUM Desa yang belum signifikan dalam mendukung perekonomian desa. BUM Desa di Kabupaten Bandung Barat merupakan BUM Desa yang sebelumnya mengalami mati suri dan baru kembali aktif ketika munculnya Undang-Undang Desa, maka perlu dilakukan optimalisasi agar nantinya BUM Desa dapat sustainable dibandingkan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengelolaan BUM Desa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh pengelola BUM Desa di 15 BUMDesa sampel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan analisis data menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 indikator yang memiliki kinerja buruk tetapi tingkat kepentingan tinggi sehingga diperlukan fokus dalam peningkatan indikator ini antara lain sarana prasarana yang baik, inovasi terhadap produksi yang dihasilkan, mengembangkan jaringan distribusi produk, melakukan pelatihan SDM secara berkala dan memiliki budaya organisasi.

Abstract

Web Service Inaportnet adalah Unit layanan elektronis lalu lintas kapal dan barang yang disediakan oleh Kantor Otoritas Pelabuhan Utama Tanjung Priok (KOPUTP) selaku Unit Pelaksana Teknis Kementerian Perhubungan. Hal ini secara mandatori diberlakukan sejak tahun 2018. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kualitas layanan Inaportnet di KOPUTP dengan metode Servqual dan QFD guna mengetahui persepsi dan harapan para pengguna dan penyedia jasa. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan seluruh dimensi memiliki tingkat kepuasan “cukup puas” yang artinya pengguna dan penyedia jasa menilai pelayanan KOPUTP sudah cukup memenuhi harapan namun masih belum maksimal. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis diagram kartesius yang menunjukkan terdapat 6 indikator perlu perbaikan segera. Analisis QFD dilakukan untuk menentukan rekomendasi perbaikan yang diperlukan pada 5 indikator. Indikator yang memerlukan prioritas utama adalah indikator yang berhubungan dengan kompetensi petugas khususnya petugas administrasi. Rekomendasi pihak manajemen adalah dengan membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) untuk setiap aktifitas di pelabuhan bagi petugas administrasi.

Abstract

Money that has a function as a measuring tool, medium of exchange, and payment tools is transformed according to the development of the digital era with the issuance of electronic money. Ovo is an electronic money application in Indonesia. The public can provide a review of the service ovo application on the google play store. Further, the company can see how the responses from the user regarding the product as an evaluation of application performance so that improvements can be made. This requires a system for analyzing reviews by applying sentiment analysis use the R language. The initial stage of sentiment analysis is pre-processing which consists of case folding, cleansing, stopword, slang-word, and stemming. The data classification process is divided into two classes, namely positive and negative classes using the lexicon-based method, the data that has been carried out is then divided into training data and test data that will be used in the training and testing process using the Confusion Matrix. The results of the accuracy of the system using the k-nearest neighbor algorithm of 93.84%. with a positive preposition of 96,29%, negative preposition of 68,75%, positive recall of 96,18%, negative recall of 73,33% and error system of 6,16%.
