Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the description of public transportation driver aggresive behavior and factors that might be influencing that behavior. This study is a case study with single subject with interview and observation as the method pf the study and helped by some of research tools such as map, graphic test and camera. The participant of this study is public transportation driver Bekasi city. The result shows that factors influencing the aggresive behavior are external and internal factors. And the aggresive behavior that can be seen are territorial, dominant aggresion and aggresive behavior because afraid of something.Key words: traffic jam, public transportation driver, aggresive behavior

Abstract

A meta-analysis consist of 45 studies from 20 articles and 20860 subjects evaluated the correlation between Transformational leadership and Organizational commitment. Summary analysis provided support for the hypothesis that transformational leadership has a correlation on organizational commitment. The purpose of the study is to analyzed the data from the primer study and to support the hypothesis or refuse from the studies. Result indicated that transformational leadership can grow organizational commitment.Keywords : Transformational leadership, Organizational Commitment, Meta Analysis

Abstract

Considering the hierarchy style in real organization, some theorists have been interested in finding the best way to measuring variable in order to fit with the concept, and also analyzing hierarchy data syle such as data in individual, group, and organizational level. The aim of this writing is to make a start as pioneer in multilevel research in Indonesia, especially in citizenship organizational behavior. Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the correlation between sibling rivalry and achievement motivation in twins. This is an quantitative approach research with 32 twin boys and girls. The result shows that there is no correlation between sibling rivalry and achievement motivation in twins. Theory said that the twins will make an effort as much as the other twin to have the same academic and non academic achivement. It means the other twin tries to get higher achievement or lower achievement to the other twin that has lower capability.Key words: sibling rivalry, achievement motivations, the twins

Abstract

The implementation of healthy and safety work is playing a significant role in creating working area securely, healty and safely. But the programe doesn’t have guarantee that the job and condition working area will alway be secure, healty and safe. Healt and safety work constitute one of the efforts for reducing the possibility of work accident risk, work ilness and polution area. This research use method qualitative case study. Participant of this studiy are two official employees at SSP II factory PT. KS Melting Unit. The collecting data technique for this study are observation and interview. The application of the program at factory SSP II PT. KS Unit Melting is already good. On the other hand, the working condition area in factory SSP II PT. KS Unit Melting has psychososial effects and influences employees’ emotion such as higher voice intonation as if shouting or being angry with another person, easy to get annoyed or feeling unhappy, and also has sleeping problems because of the noisy working condition. The other effects are hot temperature and dust that make the employees easy to feel tired quickly.Keywords : Healthy and safety work, psychososial working area effect

Abstract

The aim of this study is to now the loneliness of the male and female elder who work and doesn’t work and also factors influencing the loneliness. The participants of this study is above 60 years old. The result shows that loneliness comes when the participants are left by his/her spouse, the grandchildren or when the spouse is already dead. The loneliness comes at the Sunday when the other family member is leaving the house. The result also shows that loneliness has relation to job or things that the participants do. Key words: loneliness, male and female elder, work and doesn’t work
