Abstract

This study focuses on detecting financial distress in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020 - 2024 with the role of agency cost, company size, financial performance, and capital structure. Using a quantitative approach and data from 51 companies selected through purposive sampling techniques, this study aims to evaluate how these various factors interact with each other and affect the financial state of the company. Agency cost is measured to understand how costs arising from conflicts of interest between management and shareholders can negatively impact financial stability. The study found that company size has a positive influence on financial distress, suggesting that larger companies tend to face higher financial risks. On the other hand, profitability, liquidity, and leverage have not been shown to have a significant effect on financial distress. Another important finding is that capital structures dominated by debt contribute to an increased risk of financial distress. The research provides valuable insights for investors and stakeholders in the property sector, as well as highlights the importance of efficient financial management to prevent more serious financial problems.

Abstract

ABTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the Lesson Plan on the quality of Accounting learning in vocational and senior high schools in Gorontalo City. The approach used is quantitative with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to vocational and senior high school teachers. The sample size of the study was 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the Lesson Plan has a significant effect on the quality of Accounting learning. The coefficient of determination value of 65 percent indicates that the quality of learning can be explained by the Lesson Plan variable, while the remaining 35 percent is influenced by other variables not examined. The conclusion of this study confirms that teachers need to maximize the implementation of the Lesson Plan. The Lesson Plan serves as a guideline that structures the learning process so that teachers are more systematic, directed, and effective. The implementation of a good Lesson Plan encourages planned, interactive, and student-centered learning, thus impacting the improvement of the quality of learning and learning outcomes in Accounting in senior high schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the decision to use QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in transactions among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), The variables examined include financial literacy, service quality, lifestyle, security, and ease of use. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 199 QRIS users within the UMKM sector in Jakarta. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify the influence of each variable. The results indicate that lifestyle, security, and ease of use have a positive and significant affect on the decision to use QRIS, while financial literacy and service quality do not show a significant influence. These findings suggest that an understanding of the digital lifestyle as well as perceptions of security and technological convenience are key determinants in driving QRIS adoption among UMKM. The implications of this study highlight the importance of digital lifestyle education and enhancing security features to encourage broader QRIS usage within the UMKM sector.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) implementation in production waste management at Batik Royyan Tuban by integrating the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method based on POM-QM for Windows software. The research method used is a case study with a mixed approach: descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and primary and secondary documentation. The results show that the application of EOQ with an annual demand of 19,800 units results in an optimal order quantity of 890 units per order with a total annual inventory cost of Rp 2,224,860. This strategy reduces ordering frequency, optimizes storage space, reduces raw material waste, and supports energy efficiency and carbon emission reduction. The integration of EOQ and GSCM has significantly impacted operational efficiency and environmental sustainability in the batik industry sector.

Abstract

The study aimed to assess how leverage, financial distress, profitability, and litigation risk affect accounting conservatism. The independent variables assessed were leverage, financial distress, profitability, and litigation risk, while accounting conservatism functioned as dependent variables. This study examined a total of 81 companies, with samples selected through purposive sampling techniques. In the end, 45 mining businesses that were listed between 2020- 2024 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange made up the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS software as part of a quantitative strategy that relied on secondary data. The results demonstrate that while accounting conservatism is positively impacted by profitability, it is not impacted by leverage, financial difficulty, or litigation risk. These findings offer valuable insights into the factors that shape conservative accounting approaches in the mining sector.
