Abstract

Learning strategy is one of the most important parts in the learning process so it is necessary for an education to determine the right strategy before the implementation of learning especially in mathematics learning which is believed to be difficult to understand makasimal The purpose of this study to find out the influence of the use of learning strategies takaku on the mastery of the concept of elementary school mathematics class VI B SDN Cakra Negara Mataram. Based on the graph, the average pretest values of 61 and postest 80 mean that there is a significant increase from before treatment and after treatment. Likewise, on the percentage there was a significant increase from before which was 45% and after being given treatment rose to 75%. This shows that there is an influence on the use of Takaku learning strategies on the mastering of concepts in mathematics subjects. In addition, the results of the calculation of research data that have been done are known sig values. 0,000 < 0.005 then Ho and Ha are accepted. This means that the use of Takaku startegi has an effect in increasing the mastery of the concept of mathematics subjects SDN Class B Cakra Negara in 2021/2022.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the Online Learning Assessment Strategy Using E-Learning in the Pandemic Period, which was carried out at the University of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo, in producing a direct picture of the researchers conducted observations and interviews with lecturers, employees, and students of Nurul Jadid University. Methods The research used is a qualitative case study approach. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification. The results showed that the lecturer's assessment strategy followed the first discussion forum and presentation, second assignment, third-semester evaluation (exam). This study implies that online learning assessment strategies using e-learning during the pandemic expand access and increase the effectiveness of the learning process; especially during the pandemic, e-learning can also accommodate deficiencies in conventional systems, especially the creation of independent learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the targets of strategic management at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah, to know the factors in learning progress, and the implementation of strategic management at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah, Kec. Huristak, Kab. Old Field. This study uses library research, data collection methods through online-based interview methods, namely by using the Whatsapp application. The findings that the researchers have found are: 1) that the strategic management targets at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah support projects and instructive exercises in encouraging learning progress. 2) the learning progress factors at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah have been in accordance with the vision and mission set by the school. 3) the implementation of strategic management at MAS Robithotul Istiqamah can help the completion of the learning system in schools.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has also had a serious impact on the world of education. Learning at school or lectures on campus which has been carried out face-to-face has turned into online learning or lectures using various applications. One campus that uses various applications for online lectures is IAIN Salatiga. This article aims to examine how to use WhatsApp as a medium in online lectures at IAIN Salatiga. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the world of education where learning must be done online. WhatsApp is one of the applications that can be used to carry out online learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a participatory action research (PAR) approach. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using data presentation techniques, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that WhatsApp can be used for learning media in online lectures which is effective if it uses the right steps, especially for theoretical courses.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and identify the form of gender relations in the practice of Sasak marriage and to describe and map the perceptions of female clerics about equal and fair gender relations. The subjects of this research are female Sasak clerics who have expertise in the field of religious knowledge, have social roles, and become administrators or leaders of Islamic community organizations. The main source of data in this study is the perception of female Sasak clerics who are oral, written and action, both those that have been documented by themselves or other parties or those that have not been then drawn conclusions using inductive-deductive techniques. The results of the study show unequal gender roles, ranging from arbitration, authenticity and selabaran, pisuke, marriage contracts (ijab-qabul, witnesses, dowries, marriage sermons), penghulu, marriage certificates and sorong-sarah-ajikrame. Even though the female Sasak clerics understand that in theory of gender justice, there are indeed many positions of women as parties that are not equal to men in terms of Sasak marriage customs and Islamic Marriage Law. However, for those who have never carried out the Sasak marriage custom and those who have lived it, they are of the view that the thing that must be achieved by marriage is its goal, namely to become a sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah family, which will be felt by those who hold a marriage, namely husband and wife. his extended family and of course his descendants. Households formed through the institution of marriage (both using adat and fiqh and Islamic law) will become educational institutions that continuously strive to provide understanding, knowledge, experience and skills that will mature their managers (husband and wife) as well as their offspring as students.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum aims to provide a meaningful learning experience, namely by developing an attitude, knowledge, and skills. This means that knowledge, scientific process skills, and scientific attitudes are very important to be instilled in students. However, learning is still dominated by conventional learning, namely teacher-centered learning (teacher oriented), so that the teacher becomes the only source of knowledge. The purpose of this research is to describe the science process skills of students in learning temperature and heat through the practicum method and to find out if there is an increase in results through the practicum method on the material of temperature and heat. This type of research is descriptive research. This study used a pretest (pretest) and a final test (posttest). The result of the percentage of students' science process skills through practicum is 62.50% with sufficient category. There are 6 indicators of science process skills measured in this study, namely indicators of observation, classification, measuring, communicating, predicting, and concluding. In the observation indicator, the percentage obtained is 58.33% with the less category, the classification indicator is 75.00% in the sufficient category, the measuring indicator is 75.00% in the sufficient category, the communicating indicator is obtained a percentage of 58.33% with poor category, the indicator predicts that a percentage of 58.33% is obtained in the less category, and the indicator concludes that a percentage of 50.00% is obtained in the very poor category. In the pretest results obtained a percentage of 51.39% with a very poor category, while the posttest results obtained a percentage of 62.49% with a sufficient category. From the results of the pretest and posttest, it can be seen that there is an increase in results after learning with the practicum method.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of data and correspondence innovation in all areas of life has marked the beginning of the 21st century. the Indonesian government for this situation continues to strive to further develop the parts of teaching at each level economically by changing the world of training improvement. One of them is to implement 21st century inventive learning structures. The type of technique used in this research is library research. This strategy limits its implementation to only using library resources to obtain research information, without directing field research, collecting library information, perusing, recording, and handling disparate data on improving education plans in Indonesia to face the demands of 21st century capabilities through various related sources. The basic standards of 21st century learning include: training must be cooperative (teaching must work together), learning must be organized (learning must have organization), guidance must be student focused (learning focused on students), schools should be included with the community (schools should be coordinated with the local area). There are two things such as two basic methodologies in the discovery of K-13 which are very closely related to the needs of the 21st century, namely demand and logical methodologies that are used as references in creating different 21st century inventive learning models.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the implementation of the 2013 curriculum which will be replaced by the 2022 curriculum, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, instability is one of them in the world of education. The writing method in writing this article is to use a quantitative approach. The technique used in this research is a data collection technique. Data collection techniques through a quantitative approach can be done by collecting data briefly, both in the form of tables and graphs. The results show that the existence of a new curriculum or known as a prototype curriculum which in its implementation is able to make education in Indonesia run effectively and efficiently. This can be proven from the survey results where the majority of respondents think that the prototype curriculum will be implemented effectively. However, this must also be balanced with the availability and equitable distribution of educational facilities and infrastructure, especially in the field of technology. Abstract

This study analyzes and finds out the consumptive behavior of the community in using online shopping through the pay later system law in the perspective of Islamic economics in Indonesian society. This research was conducted through a quantitative survey method with the data analysis process analyzing respondents' answers to the distributed survey because this method reveals factual data based on the experiences of the respondents. This research was conducted quantitatively by conducting surveys and research data presented in the form of graphic images and accompanied by descriptions. The data analysis process is carried out by analyzing respondents' answers to the distributed survey because the method applied by the researcher will reveal data based on the reality of information according to the disclosure of respondents according to the circumstances experienced. The results of the study state that the law of the pay later system in an Islamic economic perspective depends on its use, whether it contains harm or not. The pay later system can be said to be haram if it contains things that are prohibited by Allah SWT, such as usury, gharar, and other harmful things. However, if the pay later system provides benefits, is relevant to the Islamic economy, and does not contain elements of harm such as usury, then the law is allowed.

Abstract

Teachers as professionals at the level of formal education are appointed in accordance with statutory regulations. The position of teachers as professionals serves to improve the dignity and the role of teachers as learning agents serves to improve the quality of national education. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the principal's leadership and academic supervision partially and simultaneously affect the performance of public elementary school teachers in Sagulung District. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the principal's leadership and academic supervision on teacher performance. The design of this study is a causality research design by considering the influence of the variables of the principal's leadership and academic supervision on teacher performance. The type of data used is quantitative data. The study was conducted on public elementary school teachers in Sagulung District with a population of 502 people and a sample of 223 people. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique, which does not provide equal opportunities to be respondents but based on certain criteria. The independent variables in this study are the Principal's Leadership and Academic Supervision, while the dependent variable is Teacher Performance. Variable measurements were carried out by using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out by using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Data analysis was conducted by applying Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of the analysis the first hypothesis has a significant influence of the principal's leadership (X1) on teacher performance (Y). The second hypothesis has no significant effect of academic supervision (X2) on teacher performance (Y). The third hypothesis has a significant effect of principal leadership (X1) and academic supervision (X2) together on teacher performance (Y).
