Abstract

Abstract: Regional Development Strategy of Muara Takus Temple Tourism Object. This study aims to determine the strategy of the development of Muara Takus Temple tourist attraction area conducted by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports. The research informant is Head of Kasi in the field of tourism business development, BPCB, chairman of GERNASTA, cultural and community figures and visitors of snowbell sampling withdrawal technique. Technique of collecting data is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using triangulation method. The results showed that the strategy in the development of Muara Takus temple object area can not be implemented properly, because there are various obstacles that are so significant that affect the success of the strategy set by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports before.Keywords: strategy, development, tourism object

Abstract

Abstrak : Kelurahan Sungai salak merupakan Ibukota Kecamatan Tempuling yang  memiliki penduduk dari berbagai suku bangsa yang hidup saling berdampingan. Mata pencaharian masyarakat Sungai Salak dominan adalah petani kelapa, sawit dan pinang. Dilihat dari tingkat pendapatan masyarakat sungai salak ,tidak semua masyarakat memiliki lahan perkebunan yang bisa memberikan penghidupan kepada mereka, tidak jarang masyarakat masih ada yang hanya menumpang atau menggarap kebun orang lain. Dari jumlah penduduk  8.817 boleh dikatakan yang memiliki lahan perkebunan berjumlah kurang lebih 60 % . Dengan kondisi yang demikian tentunya akan mempengaruhi tingkat pendidikan dan perekonomian di daerah tersebut. Dari hari penelitian penulis mendapatkan data dari 100 orang responden memiliki pendapatan sebulan paling banyak responden yang berpenghasilan sebesar Rp.1.000.000,-sampai dengan Rp.2.000.000,-.Sehingga melihat kondisi ini menggambarkan masyarakat kelurahan Sungai Salak kecamatan tempuling memiliki penghasilan tergolong masih rendah. Hal ini pula yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat menabung di bank.Disamping penghasilan yang masih banyak yang rendah faktor ketidak tahuan membuat masyarakat kurang percaya kalau uangnya lebih baik disimpan dibank juga mempengaruhi minat masyarakat untuk menabung di bank.untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat supaya mau menabung di bank peranan pemerintah diperlukan untuk membantu perekonomian di kelurahan sungai salak.peranan pemerintah bisa dalam bentuk mengajak pihak bank bekerja sama untuk lebih gencar mensosialisasikan tentang program-program yang ada dibank atau mungkin sering mengundang masyarakat dalam acara seminar yang berkaitan dengan kegunaan menyimpan uang dibank.Kata kunci: minat, masyarakat, bank

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aimed to analyze the determination of building construction, service and price on volume of house sales. This study uses three independent variables construction, service and price, with one dependent variable namely sales volume. The use of variables in this study is expected to determine how the process is going on and what are the factors driving the creation of a good sales volume in PT. Adi bintan Permata Batam. Samples were the buyers of the house in Citra Permata Residence 154 people. Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test the coefficient of determination R2. Based on the results of data analysis showed that: the variable construction has a significant influence on the performance of the test value t sig of 0.068 > 0.05, service variables have significant effects on sales volume with a value of 0.179 t test sig > 0.05 price variable also has a significant influence on the performance of the test value t sig of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on calculations Test f, together variable construction, service, and price have a significant effect on sales volume with the value of F sig 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Construction, Service, Price, Sales Volume

Abstract

Abstract: Effectiveness of Regional Cash Management in Increasing Original Regional Income. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of local cash management in an effort to increase the original revenue. This type of research is evaluative research. The research informants are PPKD, BUD authority and treasurer of PPKD acceptance. Data collection is used in the form of documentation, interview and observation. Data analysis using Ishikawa diagram (fishbone analysis model) draws conclusions on the weaknesses of conditions found during the study, analyzes the causes of the problems, assesses their impact, and sees whether or not improvements are made. The results show that the Cash Management of Riau Province Government Year 2014 and 2015 has been effective in increasing PAD. Keywords: local cash management, idle cash, deposits, effectiveness

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to get empirical evidence of the effects, of perception price, promotion and product quality at PT. Alfa Scorpii Bengkong partially and simultaneously. The range of variables of this research are price, promotion, and product quality. This research was using quantitative data which sourced from primary data that has been collected. The population in this research were the customers of PT. Alfa Scorpii Bengkong, as many as 125 customers, and sample as many as 95 customers. Collecting data was using questionnaire, hyphotesis testing was using multiple linear regression and T-Statistic test using SPSS software version 21.The result of first hyphotesis test showed that promotion, product quality has a significant effect on purchase decisions in PT Alfa Scorpii Bengkong, second hyphotesis test showed that quality of the product has an effect but not significant influence purchase decisions in PT Alfa Scorpii Bengkong, and third hyphotesis test showed that price have a significant effect on purchase decisions in PT Alfa Scorpii Bengkong. Keywords : Price, Promotion, Product Quality, Purchasing Decision
