Abstract

Abstract : Nagari government as a lowest administrative unit in the province of West Sumatra in driving development in their area should pay attention to all aspects of society and supported by adequate funding to carry out the development. For that reason the Government of West Pasaman give Nagari One Billion Allocation to each Nagari Government in order to facilitate or at least as an incentive for increased community participation in development activities in their area. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Fund Allocation Policy Implementation in West Pasaman Nagari and To Know Obstacles Allocation Policy Implementation Effectiveness Nagari in West Pasaman. This research was conducted in six (6) Nagari administration consisting of three (3) small Nagari administration and three (3) large Nagari administration in West Pasaman. The informant made up of policymakers, the implementor of policies, and policy object. Research carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, documentation studies, and triangulate. The analytical tool used is qualitative data analysis with descriptive approach. The results obtained from the evaluation of the effectiveness of policy Allocation Nagari One Billion Per Nagari in West Pasaman show ( 1 ) Policy Allocation Nagari One Billion Per Nagari ( 1 ) has been able to take a role in reducing poverty and unemployment in Pasaman west , ( 2 ) has been able to improve basic infrastructure in west Pasaman Nagari , and ( 3 ) has been able to increase revenue Nagari. While the obstacles in the Effectiveness of Policy Implementation Fund Allocation Nagari One Billion Per Nagari in West Pasaman are ( 1 ) there are activities that are not related to the alleviation of poverty and unemployment ( 2 ) there are some activities that are of inferior quality , ( 3 ) their aid flows empowerment is not targeted.Keywords : Effectiveness, Nagari government

Abstract

Abstract : To improve the quality of service to the community in Indragiri Hulu , required readiness of the service unit . To find a service unit of service required an assessment that one of them is through public appraisal by the visitors / users of their services by implementing community satisfaction index surveys in several public service units in Indragiri Hulu . Abstract

Abstract : This research study about phenomenon and symptom in governance of area, specially with reference to analysis to stipulating of goals earnings of area genuiness and ability of area in process acceptance of it area. For that need for us to comprehend Governance meaning, Governance represent organ in charge process service of public and obliged to process service of civil for every one who conduct governance relation, so that each every pertinent society member accepting it at the time of needed as according to governed demand. Besides to comprehend discussion in this research to elaborate furthermore about analysis stipulating of goals earnings of area genuiness, of course also will study about existence of monetary counter balance element between area and center as form management of area autonomy in process acceptance of area. Monetary counter balance between Government and Governance of Area is a system of division of fair finance, proporsional, democratic, transparent, and efficient in order to financing of management of Decentralization, by considering potency, condition of, and requirement of area, and also besaran financing of management of Deconcentration and Duty Aid. With existence of element of authority area in managing and process acceptance of its area, so researcher cope to give deeper solution about local government effort through on duty earnings of area in process acceptance of area through its authority in specifying goals acceptance of area. In specifying goals acceptance of this area need to local government to give rational calculation, objective and can be measured in its implementation wait. Therefore to analyse guidance in stipulating of this goals, shall on duty earnings of area can to be guided by acceptance of area in the year previously, taxpayer data and retribution is obliged to which have data, till can to coordinate more comprehensive to other on duty to get its conducive proposal and input it goals at sector acceptance of certain area. This matter is meant so that on duty earnings of local government and area indirectly can to give picture to growth of economics of its regional society, one of them of course can be depicted to through stipulating of goals acceptance of respective area to awareness of society taxpayer periodically mount or is downhill. Abstract

Abstract : The arrangement on the new mining born after 10 (ten) years of reformation, that is on January 12 in 2009 with the enactment of Law No. 4 in 2009 on Mineral and Coal Mining. The birth of this Act brings new hope to the arrange of mineral and coal mining in Indonesia that were previously regulated in Law No. 11 in 1967 on Basic Provisions of Mining. However, behind the expectations turned out such problems arise in the implementation of the Act. In it implementation, it turns out many of the parties are not ready to run the rule, including local governments and employers mines in the area. To overcome this problem, the Government at regency of Solok create a licensing policy in the mining sector in Solok. In order for mining activities in Solok can continue to run. This research is focussed on 2 (two) problems, that is: (1) what kinds licensing policy of the government at regency of Solok in the field of mining at post-reformation? (2) how the influence of the licensing policy of the government at regency of Solok to the mining that exist in Solok? This research use the empiric juridical approach method that is descriptive, that is the legal research connecting between regulations or the applicable legal norms with reality in the field. The main data in this research is primary data that is collected by using the semi–structured interview method. The secondary data as the supportive data is obtained by studying the documents. The results of this research showed: (1) the licensing policy of the government at regency of Solok in the field of mining at post-reformation be seen from 2 (two) things, that is: firstly, the licensing policy of the government at regency of Solok in the field of mining for mining companies, and secondly, the licensing policy of the government at regency of Solok in the field of mining for the mining people; (2) the influence of the licensing policy of the government at regency of Solok to the mining that exist in Solok can not be seen clearly. This is because, the policy will be executed to remember that problems arise with the enactment of legislation that is new.Keywords: policy, licensing, mining

Abstract

ABSTRACT     Competitive a company depends on ability of the company to get their optimal performance. Good performance that company haved will be achieved if productivity working of staff that haved progress or imptovement . Many factors can give effect to make good performance staff of a company, include staff themselves or any environment of company. The factors can give determinant  such as facilities, discipline and leadership like in this research. The objective of this research is to know find out facilities, discipline and leadership make significant determination toward staff performance in B`Right PLN Batam. Population of this research is 107 staffs and sample  is 85 staffs.  Method of this research is assosiatif explanatory, that to give  descript the relation between variables of research. Result of the research shown determination coefficient is 0.604, that have meaning 60.4%  of performance affected by facilities, discipline and leadership, the other percent affected by another factors that not investigated in this research. Abstract

ABSTRACTBusiness competition in services is very competitive, especially services of Tour and Travel. Finally, these services businesses competing to attract customers using the services of Tour and Travel respectively. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of service quality, price, and promotion of the service user satisfaction PT. Trans Panorama Travel, the sample size of the sample used in the study was 86 customer respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is simple regression analysis as well as a means of data collection questionnaire respondents. Based on the resulting value of R Square of 0.961 and the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.959 - 95.9% means that customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service, price and promotion by 95.9%. While the remaining 4.1% can be explained by other factors. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction PT service user. Abstract

 ABSTRACTImproving performance is not easy because of many factors that affect a person's high and low performance. Employee performance is one thing that is very important in an organization to achieve objectives so that organization should do to improve it. The purpose of this research was for analyze the determination of motivation, organizational culture and leadership style against performance in Bengkong District Office partialy and simultaneously. The population in this study are the Bengkong District Office Employee totaling 57 peoples, using the Slovin formula, a sample is taken to represent the study population and the result to represent the population are 50 peoples. Sampling and population was randomly so that each employee has an equal opportunity to be selected as a sample.The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, while the kind of research is a survey while the descriptive analytic method by means of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The data collection by questionnaire and analyzed by regression using SPSS version 22.The results of the data analysis of the data obtained regression coefficient of work motivation (b1) = 0241 with Sig. 0.148. The regression coefficient Cultural Organization (b2) = 0.096 with Sig. 0.410. Leadership Style regression coefficient (b3) = 0.291 with Sig. 0.824. Then the F value is 2.557 with the Sig. 0,067.Results showed that motivation, organizational culture and leadership style determiner against performance in Bengkong District Office. Keywords : Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACKCompensation in the enterprise is a very important role in managing human resources in order to provide results or performance is optimal in achieving the targets to be achieved by the company, as well as providing motivation and system, the right career to be able to improve the performance of employees so as to make the achievement of the target company Well done. This study aims to determine the compensation for partial determination of the performance, to find the motivation partially on performance, to determine the career system partially on performance, and determine compensation, motivation and career systems simultaneously on performance.            The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. Secondary data was collected from the documentation such as company profile. The samples in this research using random sampling techniques. The sample size was calculated using the formula slovin. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test for the partial test and F test to test simultaneously.           Based on the results of hypothesis testing showed that partial compensation is determined significantly to the performance, the motivation is determined significantly to the performance and the career system is determined significantly on employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation, motivation and career systems is determined significantly on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was for determine of human resources development, disciplination, and motivation of employee productivity performance partially and simultaneously. The range of this research includes human resources development, disciplination, motivation and employee productivity performance.This research was using quantitative data which sourced from primary data that has been collected. The population in this research were all the employees of PT Barakah Pantai Melayu Batam, as many as 58 employees, and this research was using census data as collecting data technique, which is means the total of population as many as sample data, they are 58 employees. Collecting data was using questionnaire and analyzed using regression method using SPSS software version 21.Partial test’s results of this research showed that human resources development partially has detereminant significant to employee productivity performance in PT Barakah Pantai Melayu Batam. Disciplination partially has determinant but not significant to employee productivity performance in PT Barakah Pantai Melayu. Motivation partially has determinant but not significant to employee productivity performance. And the result of simultaneous test showed that human resources development, disciplination, and motivation simulataneously has determinant significant to employee productivity performance in PT Barakah Pantai Melayu Batam.  Keywords : Human Resources Development, Disciplination, Motivation, Employee Productivity Performance
