Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of aspect dimensions working areas which include salaries, employment, promotion, supervisors, and coworkers, either simultaneously or partially. Sample research determined are purposive random sampling. The sample in this study of 53 employees non paramedics. The research of the variable is the variable which consists of salary, employment, promotion, supervisor, and co-workers. While the variable bound to the performance of the employees. Data analysis was done with descriptive analysis and inferensial with multiple linear regression analysis. Research shows aspects of work that includes salaries, employment, promotion, supervisors, co-workers and the simultaneous effect of non employee performance significantly to paramedics. The second hypothesis test indicates that the variable is only partially a significant colleague, while for variable salaries, employment, promotion, and the supervisor was not significant. While the third hypothesis suggests that the most dominant variables obtained from the standardized coefficients.

Abstract

Praktik akuntansi merupakan solusi dari masalah yang sering terjadi pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM), yaitu masalah manajemen keuangan. Akuntansi digunakan sebagai standar untuk memudahkan UMKM dalam membuat laporan keuangan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dan dipahami pihak eksternal dan internal. Praktik akuntansi seharusnya sudah banyak diketahui atau bahkandipraktikkan oleh UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui dan menganalisis seperti apa praktik akuntansi pada UMKM di Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari kuisioner, wawancara dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 dan di ambil sampel sebanyak 50 untuk mewakili jumlah keseluruhan dari populasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa laporan keuangan pada UMKM masih sederhana dengan melakukan pencatatan transaksi yang sering terjadi dalam usahanya dan SAK ternyata masih belum dipahami para pelaku UMKM. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut adalah karena latar belakang pendidikan yang kurang dan sosialisasi atau pelatihan dari pihak pemerintah maupun lembaga yang membawahi UMKM masih kurang maksimal sehingga pemahaman akan pentingnya laporan keuangan masih belum dipahami pelaku UMKM. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini ialah pelaku UMKM diharapkan untuk menerapkan laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK yang ditetapkan dan memulai pencatatan dengan SAK EMKM bagi pelaku UMKM yang baru memulai pencatatan ke depannya.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or later called PT. KAI is one of transportation company which provide railway transport services in order to facilitate the displacement people and goods. PT KAI use internet technology to provide online ticketing system. This innovation with online system must be supported by good promotion to increase the purchasing decicion of railway transportation. This studi aims to determine the effect of online services and promotions to purchasing decicion of economic railway transportation in Sumatera Selatan. This study uses asosiatif research method with questionnaire. Samples are 100 passengers chosen by accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linier regression. The result shows that online system did not influence the purchashing decicion of railwal ticket, hence promotion did influence the purchasing decicion. Based on the result, the main reason of purchasing railway ticket in Sumatera Selatan are a word of mouth and formal promotions. To increase the custumer numbers, PT. KAI must give better innovation on online system so they can compete in the market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatif yaitu menjelaskan apakah ada pengaruh serikat buruh terhadap produktivitas kerja buruh produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh serikat buruh terhadap produktivitas kerja buruh produksi di Jawa Timur. Sampel berjumlah 157 responden diambil dari 4 perusahaan yang tersebar di 4 kabupaten dan kota di Jawa timur. Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel serikat buruh, dan variabel produktivitas kerja buruh produksi di Jawa Timur, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan soft ware Amos 7 SPSS 20. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini meliputi: analisis faktor konfirmatori masing-masing variabel, analisis full model SEM, analisis asumsi SEM, persamaan model struktural dan pengujian hipotesis. Dari Perhitungan analisis SEM dapat disimpulkan bahwa parameter estimasi hubungan antara serikat buruh terhadap produktivitas buruh produksi diperoleh sebesar 0.965. Pengujian hubungan kedua variabel tersebut menunjukkan nilai C.R = 2.142 dengan probabilitas =0.032 (p < 0,05). Berarti bahwa serikat buruh berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja buruh produksi di Jawa Timur, sehingga semakin tinggi serikat buruh yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan maka produktivitas kerja buruh akan semakin tinggi juga.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of performance, motivation, and job placement suitability towards work satisfaction for STIE Malangkucecwara Malang//Malang Economics Academy’s employee. This is quantitative research with explanatory research as research method. The samples are 56 persons from 56 persons population with saturated sampling technique. This research used multiple linear regression statistic analysis to test the proposed hypothesis. This research result proved three things: there is simultaneous influence from work assessment, motivation, and job placement suitability towards work satisfaction, there is partial influence from work satisfaction and job placement suitability towards work satisfaction, and work performance assessment is the main factor in influencing work satisfaction among the employees of STIE Malangkucecwara Malang. This means that work performance assessment, motivation, and job placement suitability are significantly able to improve STIE Malangkucecwara Malang’s employees’ work satisfaction.

Abstract

As related to the rate of business scale fast growth and the very tight competition in the business world, the needs of society also increase by degrees from time to time. The existence of traditional market in Indonesia is dealing with tight competition from modern market, on which the rate of modern market growth is out of control. The position of traditional market has been eliminated by slowly due to the conducive situation within modern market by which the price of goods including service offered to consumers is very competitive. That’s the fact that most of consumer prefer to go shopping to modern market instead of traditional market. Traditional market throughout Indonesia continue to make an effort to survive against the more and more aggression carried out by modern market in offering all of the goods to be selled. The government has full responsibility to protect the existence of traditional market which is a backbone of government economy especially in establishing the full employment and contributing to local government income. The analysis in this research is traditional market merchant who has established their business in Pasar Blimbing Kota Malang. This research involved the 50 respondents which were sampled by simple random sampling method, among others: direct observation, interview, scrutinize documentation, distributing questionnaires to collect primary data. While secondary data was collected indirectly from the other parties. The aim of this research is to find out more how far the active role of the government in protecting the existence of traditional market against the more and more aggression carried out by modern market in offering all of the goods to be selled.
