Journal of Multidisciplinary Academic is published bimonthly by the Kemala Publisher, Indonesia. Journal of Multidisciplinary Academic publishes original work of importance in any field which will interest readers from more than one discipline. Authors are requested to write their papers and reports in a manner and style that is intelligible to specialists and non-specialists alike. Research contributions, which are peer reviewed, are of three kinds: Review Articles, Research Articles and Research Letters. Our second important function is to serve as a forum for debate about recent developments in research and in higher education. The purpose of this study aimed to provide an overview of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction level experienced by employees. Leadership is an organization or institution refers to the style of its leaders in providing direction, implementing plans, and motivating employees. To achieve the result, the data has been collected through by questionnaires distributed online to 120 employees working in Tangerang from various companies was used. Furthermore, the data observation was analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Lisrel. The results of this study showed that transformational leadership is a special leadership style that is applied by superiors that motivates their subordinates to appear at a higher level by inspiring them, offering in intellectual challenges also paying attention to their individual needs. Job satisfaction strongly refers to employee perceptions of their work environment, relationships between coworkers, income and promotion opportunities. Therefore, this study has some conclusions that employee leadership styles are likely to be influenced by several factors, including demographic characteristics. Therefore, the reciprocal relationship between organizational culture and transformational leadership in job satisfaction has been sucessful.

Productivity is affected by services that will be provided them and influenced in the quality of work life characteristics such as age also years of service on professional care provider themselves. The purpose of the study is conducted at X Hospital to provide empirical evidence in provider influence characteristics and quality of work life (QWL) towards the productivity of professional care providers at hospital X. Here, we used quantitative causality as a research methodology. The professional respondents are a care providers who work in hospital x with survey quantitative. Here, we analyze the data using Structural Equation Modelling with AMOS applications. The results showed the influence of provider characteristics and quality of work life / QWL towards work productivity. The positive effect occurs between the characteristics of the provider with the quality of work life and productivity, but there is a negative influence on the quality of work life on work productivity. Characteristics of the providers at X hospital are dominated by those with high age and long working period. The quality of work life of X hospital is high, with the work productivity of PPA at hospital X showing a moderate value. The findings of this study are the higher age and longer the years of service of professional care providers at X hospital, resulting in a high quality of work life with moderate / normal work productivity

The phenomenon of changing the hair style and coffee shop has become a part of our lifestyle. Business opportunities in both sectors are very large. In 2020, the barbershop market share is 52.65% or 74,921 people in the area of West Java, with a population of 142,300 inhabitants. PT. Jeeva Work Corporation is a private company in the Barbershop and coffee shop sector especially for men who are starting to try to be stylish and more aware of their appearance by choosing stylish hairstyles. The company takes advantage of this opportunity by establishing a premium barbershop business, which is provides technology to select hair models in the form of menus with a remodeling application and provides rapid registration technology by developing an online registration application, and equipped with coffee shop facilities under the brand of Jeeva Barber Coffee.

Employee Performance is the main concern for every company, due to employee performance can be a benchmark in the success rate from a company. Therefore, employee performance is the new one of interesting topics to research. In this study aimed to examine the effect of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. To achieve this goal, data were collected by online survey of 150 employees. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The effect of cultural intelligence on job satisfaction to employee performance at Bear Corps have relationship between cultural intelligence and job satisfaction. Here, the correlation between job satisfaction and employees performance have cultural intelligence and employees performance. Consumer satisfaction needs to be considered by company management due to affected by company's turnover. Consumer satisfaction appeased to buy a product because value factors that encourages this desire. This is evident from a several studies has been successful to show a significant influence of interpersonal trust on customer satisfaction which is also influenced by product quality and brand image. Previous Thus, in this study aims to analyze the effect of interpersonal trust on consumer satisfaction which is moderated by product quality and brand image. Here, we use ANOVA univariate analysis and using 120 respondents as in 2018. The result shows a interpersonal trust will increase customer satisfaction with a high interpersonal that a moderated by high product quality will increase by customer satisfaction, high interpersonal trust, and high brand image will increase customer satisfaction.

Marketing strategy is an effort to develop market product, both of goods and services using a powerful and specific plan also strategy to determine the sales proportion becomes higher. Here, the marketing strategy has an important role in company due to economic value. The purpose of marketing to create a marketing strategy using digital marketing with increasing unique users and applications features to get a revenue according to the marketing targets. One of the marketing strategies is carried out by PT. Rembaka Catur Sekawan on Four Care Application service in the advertising strategy through the social media. Social media was chosen due to most a people use their daily activities for various purposes. In addition, social media was chosen as a advertising platform because it has a wide reach in marketing.

The implementation of “lean hospital” has been conducted in several countries. The most implementation resulted in the service acceleration and cost efficiency there are still few hospitals in Indonesia that implement “lean consumption” in their services. Thus, this study aimed to test the lean consumption at the hospital with “Lean Consumption Map” (LCM) method and using “Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control” (DMAIC) instrument. This empirical study is expected to give insight to the management in the hospital to make acceleration improvement of the outpatient service wait time by comparing the wait time length before and after the test with LCM method was conducted. The analysis in this study used Time Plot Series, Value Added Assessment, FMEA and LCM, with an inductive qualitative method. The final result shows that the lean consumption implementation is applicable through the DMAIC instrument and LCM method in the acceleration improvement of the executive outpatient wait time in Hermina Hospital Bekasi. Furthermore, the result shows the illustration of the time acceleration of the outpatient wait time on the customer’s side is improved from 95 minutes to 65 minutes; whereas, on the provider’s side, the time acceleration is improved from 137 minutes to 90 minutes.

Human resources are important thing for hospitals. Therefore, human resources must have a good quality of performance to achieve the vision and mission of the hospital. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of nurses with work discipline as an intervening variable in RSUD Pesanggrahan. This research is a quantitative study with a causal research design with 44 respondents conducted on May 2019 to August 2019. The determination of the samples number using census method. Here, research variables are performed as a dependent variable, Organizational Culture as an independent variable, and Work Discipline as an intervening variable. The collecting data in this study, we use a questionnaire with technical research instruments with questionnaire in 4 levels Likert scale. Here, we analyze the data using path analysis. The results showed that the relationship between organizational culture and performance was not significant while organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on work discipline also organizational culture has an influence on the performance of nurses with work discipline in intervening variable. The managerial implications can be applied to improve work performance to increase work discipline and stronger organizational culture.
