There were 43 health personals was involved in this study: 33 from pharmaceutical and 10 from radiology installations without randomization. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of training on patients’ safety culture among pharmaceutical and radiology personal’s installations at a type B hospital in Jakarta. The Hospital Survey of Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) developed by Agency for Health Care Research and Quality (AHRQ) questionnaire was applied in the data collection. To evaluate the impact of training, Wilcoxon Sign Rank test was employed. The data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, to assess the differences between the variables tested. The training was significantly improving the patient’s safety culture among those two installations’ personals (p < 0,05). There was an increase in 8 dimensions of patient safety culture.

This study aims to determine the exact location of the PT KLK factory. There are several other factors that have a significant influence on determining the location of the PT. KLK, namely Minimum Wage for Employees, Factory Surroundings and Fleet Mobilization. This will have an impact on the effectiveness of the company and can reduce the company's operating costs, so that PT. KLK establishes a factory in the Indramayu Industrial Estate with the aim of being able to avoid the risk of environmental disturbances around the factory such as Community Social Institutions which can hinder operational activities, complaints from local residents because they are afraid that the environment will be polluted by the presence of a waste processing company, the Minimum Wage for Employees in the Indramayu area is classified as cheaper than in Jakarta, Tangerang and Bekasi.

The research was conducted in 3 (three) weeks using purposive sampling technique and an explanatory approach with using primary and survey data collection. The respondents were hospital employees who used the hospital information system. The population numbered 248 with a sample of 153. The data analysis was performed using the path analysis method. The results showed that there was simultaneous positive influence of human, organizational and technology variables towards net benefit. In singular, there was a positive influence of human variables on net benefits, organizational variables on net benefits, and technology variables on net benefits. The research findings indicated that human and organizational variables could not mediate technology variables towards the net benefit. Directly, the technology variable affects net benefit higher than the effect of technology on net benefit with human and organization variables as mediation. In depth interviews were also conducted to find out more about the problem and it was found that the human factor consisting of acceptance and knowledge of the hospital information system was the main problem.

This research was an associative quantitative research through hypothesis testing. The study population was patients who were treated in an outpatient care. The method used in data analysis was multiple linear regressions. Here, the regression coefficient value obtained showed that the patient loyalty regression coefficient (0.288) had the highest value compared to the marketing mix coefficient (0.052) and hospital image (0.191). These results indicated the effect of patient loyalty to the hospital is very high so that it is reliable. In addition, patient loyalty also has most affected the patients' intention for retreatment in outpatient care.
