Abstract

Dalam pekerjaan yang melibatkan banyak orang, tentunya penjadwalan kerja menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang mutlak diperlukan, Hal ini karena dengan adanya penjadwalan, sebuah perusahaan atau lembaga dapat mengalokasikan sumber daya berupa fasilitas, tenaga kerja, peralatan maupun urutan pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan. Jika tidak ada penjadwalan yang baik maka akan terjadi kekacauan dalam pekerjaan. Tidak jauh berbeda dengan yang dialami oleh beberapa Prodi yang ada di lingkungan Universitas PGRI Ronggolawe. Permasalahan yang sering muncul antara lain: ruangan yang bentrok antar Program Studi dan beberapa dosen memiliki permintaan ngajar di jam-jam tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan solusi pada permasalahan tersebut agar tidak terjadi bentrok ruangan antar program studi dan dapat mengakomodir permintaan ngajar dosen di jam-jam tertentu. Metode matematika yang efisien untuk masalah penjadwalan mata kuliah ini adalah pewarnaan graf, karena pewarnaan graf ini dapat menghubungkan antar parameter yang akan digunakan antara lain: Dosen, mata kuliah persemester, waktu, ruang kuliah, hari efektif.

Abstract

One of the problems that are often faced by tutoring institutions is student stop studying. This isi a serious proplem for a tutoring institution, including the Tutoring Institute PT. Fadhil Kreatif Komunika/SNS. This problem is greatly reduces the number of profits. There are factors that influence the studens of these tutoring institutions to stop studying. One of them is to Customer Loyalty. The purpose of thid research is to find the factors that influence customer loyslty in tutoring institute PT. Fadhil Kreatif Komunika/SNS. The research method is the binary logistic regression. The factors examined in this research are Service Quality, Costumer Satisfaction, Price and Tutor Competence. And the result of the analysis with α = 0,05 obtained a chi-square value of 122,802. Based on the the result of the Wald Test, the significant values was obtained greater than 0,05 on the variables of Service Quality and Tutor Competence, and the signigicant values was obtained less than 0,0t on the variables of Customer Satisfaction and Price. This means that there are variables that have a positive anf significant effecr on Customer Loyalty at PT. Fadhil Kreatif Komunika/SNS that is Customer Satisfaction and Price.

Abstract

Shallot is a commodity that is needed in everyday life. However, the uncertainty of the price of shallots makes farmers suffer losses. This uncertainty can be overcome by using options on the sale of shallots. The Asian option was chosen because it is cheaper than the other options. To determine the value of this Asian option, the commodity price return model is used. The method that fits this model is the Monte Carlo method. In this study, data on shallot commodity prices were taken on the website of the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS Nasional) in traditional markets in Surabaya for 4 years. The research of this study indicate that when the strike price is more than the initial shallot price , then the Asian put option price is higher. Meanwhile, when the strike price is less than the initial shallot price , the price of the Asian put option is low.

Abstract

International trade can help a country increase its production capacity and increase its economic development at home, seeing advantages from abroad and vice versa. The value of Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports from January 2022 to July 2023 is the data needed to be analyzed in this research. This study uses the Box-Jenkins periodic series (ARIMA) method. In this research, the following methods were used: (1) Collecting secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia; (2) Identify the ARIMA model; (3) Checking stationary data; (4) Determine the ARIMA model for forecasting; (5) Using models for forecasting; and (7) drawing conclusions. This research produces forecasting results for the value of Indonesia's non-oil and gas exports over five periods. Namely, in August 2023, the value may reach 1.67945 million USD, in September 2023, the value may reach 1.73242 million USD, in October 2023, the value may reach 1.75278 million USD, in November 2023, the value it may reach 1.76061 million USD, and in September 2023, its value may reach 1.76362 million USD.

Abstract

One of the development efforts in the health sector is the availability of quality health services. Patient satisfaction is an indicator of success in providing health services to the community. UPTD. Jetak Health Center is a health unit in Montong District, Tuban Regency, which is located on Jalan KH. Chusnan Ali No. 163 Jetak Village, Montong District, Tuban Regency. Queuing Theory is the Mathematical study of queues or waiting lines. Community Health Center follows the Single Channel-Single Phase or [M/M/1]:[GD/∞/∞] queuing system model with exponentially distributed services. Single Channel-Single Phase Model or [M/M/1]:[GD/∞/∞] on UPTD. Jetak Community Health Center is optimal because the waiting time for patients in the queue is approximately 8.8 minutes, meanwhile the UPTD. Jetak Community Health Center applies a maximum waiting time for outpatients of 15 minutes
