Abstract

Female are citizen who have equal right and obligation with male. Female have huge potency to exert their time and power in domestic, public and social area (department), but in fact female have unequal position with male. Therefore it is necessary to hold female empowerement dealing with social, economic, and cultural condition.Female empowerement often be unsuccesful since the empowerement method is not efficient. The power and precise female empowerement method would support the success of empowerent.

Abstract

Goals of this research are; (1) to study and analyze significance influence of detail attention to service quality; (2) to study and analyze significance influence of orient result to service quality; (3) to study and analyze significance influence of orient people to service quality; (4) to study and analyze significance influence of orient team to service quality; (5) to study and analyze significance influence of organizational culture simultaneous to service quality. Sample in this research was taken by random sampling five Private Higher Education which major in management. The total sample are 100 students. Analysis technique used multiple linier regression .The research result indicates that: (1) there are significance influence of attention at detail representing the part of cultural variable to service quality to student by lecturer and employees; (2) there are significance influence of orient at result representing one of cultural variable to service quality to student by lecturer and employees; (3) there are significance influence of orient at one which who represent the cultural variable to service quality to student by lecturer and employees; (4) there are significance influence of orient at team which also represent the cultural variable to service quality to student by lecturer and employees; (5) there are significance influence of organizational culture simultaneous to service quality.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to find out how effective policy of District Regulation about fee / contribution of District Market now prevail in Market Unit that is managed by PD Pasar Surya. Type of this research is policy research and social implementation study cases characteristic. Primary data is gained by closed and opened questionnaire from merchant and employee, also interview with PD Pasar Surya Management. Secondary data is gained from economy sector and PD Pasar Surya.First finding shows that District Regulation Policy about contribution/ Pasar Daerah fee have been implemented by PD Pasar Surya have predicate very effectively successfull. Second finding of PD Pasar Surya expect there are supra-means such as District Regulation Policy or other policy forms that is more moderate as a basic to improve corporation works. Third finding shows there are 4 (four) District Regulation that nomenclature District Degree II City Government Surabaya based on UU RI Number 5 Year 1974, and 1 (one) DPRD Decision Surabaya City Number 42 Year 2000 still based on Law RI Number 22 Year 1999 that in not valid. It is expected the result of this research could give usefully recommendation such as action plan as a solution toward there are policy matter (policy problem) that is felt by PD Pasar Surya Management especially due to effectivity of contribution District Regulation/ Pasar Daerah fee, that is needed for improvement of PD Pasar Surya strategy management, in order to improve its resource.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine; (1) the simultaneous effects of brand awareness, advertising awareness, brand association and perceived quality on the intent to buy; (2) the partial effect of brand awareness, advertising awareness, brand association and perceived quality on the intent to buy; (3) is brand association a dominant variable that effect on the intent to buy. Survey was conducted to collect data from partisipants. The research used multiple linier regression to analyze data.The results show that simultaneously, brand awareness, advertising awareness, brand association and perceived quality have a significant effect on the intent to buy. The results also indicate that partially, brand association has a significat effect on the intent to buy. Nevertheless, brand awareness, advertising awareness and perceived quality have not significant effect on the intent to buy.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain externalities model of direct export to real GDP several ASEAN states. It is already known thatJapanand United States represent biggest commerce partners to state of ASEAN.From result of analysis, there are significance influences of direct export to Asian Continent andAmericato real GDP some members of ASEAN. Partially, export to Japan andAmericado not fully give  any influence to the real GDP signicance ofMalaysia,Singaporeand of Filippine. Model of Estimation show trend go up for both GDP real and also direct export to the ASEAN country (Indonesia,Malaysia, Philippine, andSingapore).

Abstract

The accounting profession in Malaysia is facing a dilemma. The demand for accountants in this country is higher than the number of accountants that can be produced. In order to attract more students to this field, factors influencing their intention to choose, must be identified. This study tries to identify the factors influencing student's intention to enroll into a Bachelor of Accounting degree. The Theory of Reasoned Action developed by Ajzen and Fishbein was used as the framework. One hundred and seventy three (173) students from public and private higher learning institutions in Penang and Kedah took part in this study. The results showed that personal beliefs of the students were the main influence his attitude to choose. Pressures from peers and lecturers were also seemed to be important factors that the student considers in making his or her decision

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of the marketing mix strategy on repeat purchase. Based on litelature review, it was hypothesized that marketing mix strategy has a significant effect on repeat purchase. Using questionnaire, this research have collected data from 100 partisipants inSurabaya. Regression linear analysis was used to test hypothesis. The results show that two elements of marketing mix; product and price, have significant effect on repeat purchase.
