Abstract

Pengamatan pengaruh kejadian gerhana matahari terhadap perubahan parameter-parameter cuaca seperti temperatur udara, kelembaban udara, kecepatan angin serta tekanan udara dilakukan di Gunung Sugih, Lampung pada tanggal 26 Januari 2009. Pengamatan dilakukan sebelum, selama dan sesudah kejadian gerhana matahari menggunakan stasiun pengamatan cuaca otomatis (AWS) secara periodik dengan interval pengamatan satu jam dan 10 detik-an. Dari data yang diperoleh, tekanan udara dan kelembaban udara meningkat selama kejadian gerhana. Namun dari beberapa faktor cuaca yang diamati, hanya suhu udara dan tekanan udara yang mempunyai hubungan yang cukup besar dengan gerhana matahari. Penurunan suhu sebesar 4-5°C terjadi selama kejadian gerhana dan mencapai titik minimum 5 menit setelah kejadian gerhana. The changes of meteorological parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and barometric pressure observed during annular eclipse January 26, 2009 at Gunung Sugih, Lampung. Meteorological observation were made before, during and after the annular eclipse using Automatic Weather Station and periodically measured with hourly and ten seconds interval. From the data, both barometric pressure and relative humidity respectively increased during the annular eclipse but only air temperature and relative humidity have a strong relationship with annular eclipse. The air temperature decreased 4-5°C and reaches the minimum value just 5 minutes after annular eclipse.
