The purpose of this study is to analyze and design e-commerce at. DAF to help the sales process is then expected to improve service. The methodology used is the method of analysis, where the review is held directly to the field, observing and analyzing the data obtained, and using the design method, which includes design of business models, screen designs and database design. Results to be achieved is the application of e-commerce web-based, whereby the system can enable customers to obtain the desired information is complete, make transactions easier and faster. Conclusions obtained are PT DAF can take advantage of e-commerce to support their business today and an appropriate business model is the highest-quality models.

The purpose of this research is to build an electronic Customer Relationship Management applications based computer by using Internet technology to enhance customer relationships. The research method is to do with company business process analysis in maintaining relationships with customers and develop computer-based applications that support enterprise business processes. In analyzing the company's business processes carried out several activities with the company to get the information required and the design of applications that will be built in accordance with needs. The conclusion the implementation of an electronic application web-based Customer Relationship Management can help companies improve relationships with customers based on questionnaires conducted several post-application. Conclusion of this paper is in improving relationships with customers built an electronic Customer Relationship Management applications based computer by using Internet technology that allows companies in gaining new customers, maintain customer loyalty with an intermediary application.

A car workshop requires an integrated information system to support business processes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system information on the “Fast Auto” Car Workshop in order to identify the problem and to propose a new system. In analyzing and designing new systems, object-oriented methodology is applied through the collection of data based on direct observation in the field. Analysis results were used on designing the proposed information system that capable to support the operational activities of the workshop. As the result it will be a good information system and can be fully achieved the effectiveness and efficiency in the operational activities, therefore the executive can have the information that needed to make up a right decision.

Design procedure for reinforced concrete structure in Indonesia is provided by “Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton, SNI 03-2847-2002”. This code covers analysis method and basic assumptions that can be taken by a structural designer to design a reinforced concrete structure. An engineer has to design a flexural component, one of the structural component. One of the flexural component is beam element. SNI 03-2847-2002 adopt capacity design menthod in beam element design. This paper will be discuss a simple design procedure in beam element, based on variabel, which is ratio between /b, with b is the balanced reinforcement ratio. The value is limited to 0,75 maximum in SNI 03-2847-2002. A dactail failure is guarantee in a beam element with under 0,75. The analysis that have been done before, produce the correlation between Mn/bd2 and which can be a tool for design a beam element. A simple calculation use the table (Mn/bd2 vs ) will be present at the end of this paper.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems that exist in CV TVB and design systems design services on credit sales for this company. The methodology used is the method of analysis and design methods. The method of analysis is the observation techniques, interviews, and book study, while the method is to use the object oriented design. Results to be achieved is in addition to this study is useful for companies in improving the effectiveness and efficiency in the sales cycle design services but also useful as a material for researchers refrensi others who want to investigate this and similar problems.Concluding, the sales system of computerized design services from order acceptance process to printing the reports can solve problems that occur in old systems and procedures.

The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze problems that occur in information systems sales PT SPNS. It also serves to control the management and control of applications running well so it can produce accurate information for decision making. The method used is book study method and field study. Study was done by reading library books, scientific papers and other sources, while the field study was done by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The result of the evaluation is derived from the respective strengths and weaknesses - each control. Weaknesses are found, the findings presented in the form of a matrix that contains the findings and recommendations as a matter of risk remedial action. Conclusions obtained from the audit for security control, operations, limitations, input and output is good enough because it can satisfy and support the sales activities of PT SPNS.

Article presents analysis and design of software using Location Based Service (LBS) that is part of communication technology based on geographic position. The goal of the research is designing LBS application to be implemented on mobile device that has GPS (Global Positioning System) technology and uses GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) to connect to server for generating shortest path by Dijkstra algorithm method Fibonacci Heap. Software development method used is LBS application implemented on mobile device. Conclusion of the research has shown that shortest path generated using Dijkstra algorithm method Fibonacci Heap as single source shortest path is faster than Dijkstra algorithm and Bellman Ford.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a database to support the information needs of hospitals, especially in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The method used is the method of collecting data by using data searching techniques that include interviews, document study, observation and literature study. Then the research uses the methods of analysis and database design database design that includes conceptual, logical, and physical. The conclusion the database system capable of storing data is integrated, hospital information needs, and improve health services to the customers in this patient in particular and society in general. Conclusions that can be gained from this research is the existence of this database system so the hospital can manage customer data and conducted traksaksi customers, improve the effectiveness in obtaining customer satisfaction and loyalty where customers are able to promote his experience to new customers, and become a hospital options through improved health services to the community.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs and customer satisfaction in service advertising and design an attractive site customer satisfaction, user friendly and dynamic. Ways to do research using analytical method, data collection method, and design method. The collection of data and information were done through a field research. The results obtained from this research is the design of e-CRM applications (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) which aims to produce an interactive Internet-based applications for any strategy to enhance relationships with existing customers, increase new customers and increase profits from the sale. In addition, companies can thrive in providing quality service to our customers, which in turn can increase its profit. The conclusion of this research is to create a dynamic website, which is useful for providing better services to consumers, thus increasing profits for customers and companies.

Along with the development of computer technology, the growing crimes against the computer. Crimes against the computer makes people increasingly competing to make the algorithms-algorithms that can maintain the confidentiality of data. Algorithms algorithm Magenta is one of the many algorithms that exist today. Magenta algorithms have been developed since 1990 by using a simple and transparent technique that can be implemented in hardware and software. First time algorithms are analyzed using the butterfly structure - the structure of the butterfly which was then replaced by a Fast Hadamard Transform (FHT) shuffle structure which has the advantage of providing some structure in each level. In 1994 there was a slight change in the use of hardware that was not processed according to plan so that now the algorithm used by Deutsche Telekom Magenta for secure management of sensitive data with 128-bit key length. These algorithms break the 128-bit key length into 16 blocks with each block containing the 8-bit and one other advantage of this algorithm is the recursive part is calculated repeatedly at each iteration.
