Abstract

This study aims to find out how (1) the needs analysis of Student Worksheets is listening for third grade students of Xaverius 1 Palembang Elementary School (2) design Worksheet Student Listening for third grade students of Xaverius 1 Palembang Elementary School (3) validation of Student Worksheet for Grade III students at SD Xaverius 1 Palembang. This research is a Research and Development (R & D) study that adapted the research procedures for the development of Borg and Gall. This study has a research limitation, namely up to the expert validation stage. This research was carried out with stages namely needs analysis, design of Student Worksheets, and expert validation. Subjects in the study were third grade homeroom teacher SD Xaverius 1 Palembang with interview data collection techniques. The results of the research and discussion are summarized as follows. First, the development of Student Worksheets listening to grade III SD Xaverius 1 students is needed. This is reinforced by the results of the needs analysis. Secondly, the design of the listening Worksheet for Students developed is in the form of a short answer problem. Third, the results of validation by six validators indicate that the development of Student Worksheets listening to third grade students of SD Xaverius 1 Palembang can be used with a slight revision.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the influence of learning model by using Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD) toward the result of Mathematic study. This research was True Experimental Design with Posttest-Only Control Design. The sample of this research were third graders A and B of SD Negeri 2 Palembang in 2018/2019 with the total students were 54 students.The instruments that were used in this research were questions in essay form (cognitive),validity test for questions, and reliability for questions. The data of study results were from posttest. The result of posttest was tested with normality test, homogeneity test, hypoheses test by using t-test and the significant value was 0.05. The sum of posttest score in experiment group was 67.19 meanwhile in control group was 55.21. Based on the result of hypotheses test it could be known that tcount ttablethat was13,02 1,676therefore it could be concluded that there is influence of learning model by using Students Teams Achievement Divison (STAD) toward the result of Mathematic study of third graders in SD Negeri 2 Palembang.

Abstract

The background of this research is the limited use of media in teaching and learning in schools. This study is entitled "Mapping the Needs and Use of 3D Learning Media in Elementary Schools in Ilir Timur II District Palembang". The purpose of this study was to determine the needs and use of elementary school 3D media using the analysis method. This research is a qualitative study, a research that has a natural background, is descriptive, is more concerned with processes, tends to analyze data, and focuses on meaning. Data collection method by interview. From interviews conducted with five teachers in five elementary schools, it is known that 3D learning media is needed and they have never used it. From the results and discussion it can be concluded that all schools studied need 3D media and have not used 3D learning media.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Development of Self Assessment in Indonesian Language Lessons in Class VI of SD Indriasana Palembang. This research was motivated by the absence of self-assessment instruments on Indonesian language subjects for grade VI elementary school students, especially SD Indriasana Palembang. The purpose of this study was to produce new products for self-assessment instruments of grade 6 students of SD Indriasana Palembang. This study developed an attitude assessment instrument based on KI 2 in KD 2.1, which has responsibility for the characteristics of living things and the environment through the use of Indonesian. This research is a type of Strategy and Development (R & D). From the 10 stages of Borg and Gall, researchers only reached 3 stages, namely: needs analysis, initial product development, and validation. Data collection is done by interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the study were in the form of a class VI self assessment instrument needed at SD Indriasana Palembang. The results of the study also state that self-assessment instruments can be included in the valid category and can be used with revisions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the readability of the teks in the narrative essay contained in the text books published by the ministry of education and culture for grade V students. This study uses quantitative qualitative. Data collection techniquea in this study by collecting narrative text in the fifth grade students text books in the student text books there are 13 narrative text, to find out the level of readability of the narrative tekt in the fifth grade students books by culculating according to the steps of the formula fry chart. Based on the reselts of the discussion, it can be concluded that overall the narrative text in the fifth grade students text books has different readability reselts and the grade V student text books have a 31% readability level within the range of the fry graph located at class IV, V, VI with that student text books suitable for use in class V.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the text produced by students in class V SD Xaverius 1 Palembang with the topic Banjir. This type of research uses a mix method that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches. The population in this study amounted to 110 students with a sample of 40 students. The writings of the students were assessed by the researcher and validated triangulation by one linguist. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the language assessment gets 0 as many as 25 students, 0.5 values as many as 11 students, and those who get a value of 1 are 4 students.
