Abstract

PT Djambi Waras Jujuhan is a company engaged in the production of crumb rubber. During the production process there is still waste or waste, namely defect, waiting and transportation. To reduce waste, a lean manufacturing approach is carried out, so that it is known the causes of waste on the production floor with VALSAT, and provides suggestions for improvements with FMEA. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the causes of waiting are sluggish workers, inaccurate, trouble in the engine, only forklift 1, and uncertain weather. The cause of the defect is the lack of accuracy, fatigue, creeper diameter shrinking, blunt creeper rool, improper knife settings, improper temperature regulation, dirty raw material, thick blanket, high raw material moisture content, and rain. The cause of transportation is that the work procedure is not carried out properly, the worker is only 1, and the forklift is only 1. From FMEA it is known that the RPN value of each waste is waiting for 294, the defect is 252, and transportation is 36. To reduce waste is recommended to reduce energy work, admonishing workers who do not comply with regulations, choosing workers who have good skills in accordance with their fields of work, increasing control actors, improving work methods, and adding transportation equipment.

Abstract

Audit sistem informasi dilakukan di Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah kota Salatiga, dengan menggunakan metode standart ISO 9001:2015, dengan memfokuskan pada environmental control, physical control, logical controls, dan IS operation, memperoleh hasil. Perpustakaan sudah mempunyai pembagian hak akses kepada penggunanya, sudah mempunyai kebijakan-kebijakan yang mengaturnya, dan sudah mempunyai keamanan yang sesuai dengan standart.Berdasarkan hasil audit sistem informasi manajemen asset yang telat di lakukan didapatkan pernyataan bahwa pihak perpustakaan belum pernah melakukan audit sistem informasi terhadap kinerja sistem informasi yang dimiliki untuk memastikan kinerja sistem informasi yang ada berdasarkan standart ISO 9001:2015.

Abstract

In every manufacturing and service companies have their own provisions in running the company. Likewise with PTPN VI Solok Selatan, this company is managed by the state (SOE/STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES) which produces two types of products namely Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Karnel (core). In its production process, the PTPN 6 Solok Selatan palm oil mill attempts to optimize the yield and improve product quality. Thus the South Solok oil palm plant is certainly trying to lose oil (oil losses) occur to a minimum. Quality control is statistically performed using statistical tools contained in statistical proces control (SPC). Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an analytical decision-making method that shows a process running well or not (Zagloel & Nurcahyo, 2013). Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to monitor the consistency of processes used for the manufacture of designed products with the aim of obtaining controlled processes. Comparison of oil losses against normal conditions that exceeded the standard in the period July to December 2017, tankos of 0.77%, press 0.12%, nut by 0.02% and fat fit of 0.08%. Of the four measurements there is one measurement that is beyond the control limits that is on the nut, which resulted in oil losses there are four factors that influence the factors of HR, Machinery, Materials and Methods.

Abstract

Gueue is an important part of operation management. Queue takes place in the manufacturing and service sector. Queue is people or goods in a row waiting to be served and then leaving the row after being served. This study presents the results of modeling with simulation for analyzing the queuing system to minimize waiting time at teller of BCA KCP Ruko Rajawali Palembang. To reach the intended target steps taken is well planned research, describes the system in more detail to learn, build conceptual models and simulation models, simulate the model established, analyze and summarize output. Waiting time diverse 2 seconds to 1 hour and an average of 16 minutes 28 seconds and queue length of 1 to 20 people. These results show a good performance because the teller is not a long wait time. Capacity teller would be more effective if the teller in order to add a wait time faster than before. With the proposed queuing system, so the 5 tellers of the previous 4 tellers, has an average wait time to 12 minutes 36 seconds.

Abstract

PT Arta Boga Cemerlang is the sole distributor that distributes products from a number of manufacturers throughout Indonesia. In the face of competition among businesses in this era of globalization, a company must be supported by strategy and tactics in doing business actions. To determine the level of productivity PT Arta Boga Cemerlang, it is necessary to measure productivity. Productivity measurement performed using The American Productivity Center (APC) model. Model APC also can perform measurements of profitability and improvement price index. The data required for productivity analysis is taken from the year 2012 as the base period until 2015. The results of analysis of productivity measures that have been done show that the level of productivity PT Arta Boga Cemerlang in 2015 increased by 3,010%.
