Abstract

— PT. Inti Vulkatama adalah perusahaan industri manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang vulkanisir ban. Vulkanisir ban adalah salah satu proses daur ulang ban yang sudah gundul melalui beberapa proses dan tahapan seperti inspeksi/pemeriksaan, pemarutan (buffing), knifing, repair, cementing, building, envelope (pada proses dingin), rim dan flange (pemasangan velg), curring (memasukan ban dalam masing-masing cetakan, baik proses panas maupun dingin) dan pemeriksaan akhir. Penilaian berpedoman kepada aspek pekerjaan yang menjadi penilaian sebagai parameter risiko ergonomi berdasarkan tekanan beban yang digunakan, postur tubuh, jenis pergerakan atau aksi, pengulangan posisi tangan saat bersentuhan dengan objek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data bagian tubuh yang lebih berisiko terjadinya musculoskeleteal dan risiko cidera yang dominan terjadi pada pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaan yang sama dengan menggunakan metode QEC (Quick Expossure Checklist). Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan menggunakan lembar exposure score maka bagian tubuh yang mengalami risiko terjadinya musculoskeleteal adalah bagian punggung dan bagian leher. Dalam melakukan pekerjaan, resiko cedera yang dominan terjadi pada dua orang pekerja atau lebih adalah pada action level 4. Yang artinya semua pekerja akan mengalami resiko cedera tingkat tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan sikap kerja yang di lakukan berulang dan beban kerja yang berat yang di emban oleh pekerja PT. Inti Vulkatama. Karena semakin lama resiko cidera akan semakin tinggi terhadap pekerja.

Abstract

PT Djambi Waras Jujuhan is a company engaged in the production of crumb rubber. During the production process there is still waste or waste, namely defect, waiting and transportation. To reduce waste, a lean manufacturing approach is carried out, so that it is known the causes of waste on the production floor with VALSAT, and provides suggestions for improvements with FMEA. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the causes of waiting are sluggish workers, inaccurate, trouble in the engine, only forklift 1, and uncertain weather. The cause of the defect is the lack of accuracy, fatigue, creeper diameter shrinking, blunt creeper rool, improper knife settings, improper temperature regulation, dirty raw material, thick blanket, high raw material moisture content, and rain. The cause of transportation is that the work procedure is not carried out properly, the worker is only 1, and the forklift is only 1. From FMEA it is known that the RPN value of each waste is waiting for 294, the defect is 252, and transportation is 36. To reduce waste is recommended to reduce energy work, admonishing workers who do not comply with regulations, choosing workers who have good skills in accordance with their fields of work, increasing control actors, improving work methods, and adding transportation equipment.

Abstract

The testing laboratory is a high-precision testing room that reguires adeguate environmental conditions for testing needs.As a testing laboratory, it is important for the banten Indonesia Laboratory to control the laboratory's environmental conditions, one of which is lighting intensity.Inadeguate lighting intensity can reduce testing accuracy, Currently, the average lighting intensity in the banten Indonesia Laboratory  is  370 lux, this value is below the regulatory standard Threshold value, which according to PERMENKES NO. 70 of  2016 for standard laboratories lighting intensity is 500 lux. This study aims to increase lighting according to SNI 7062:2019 and  testing accuracy in the Banten  Indonesia Laboratory and to determine how strong the relationship  betwen lighting intensity and testing accuracy is using correlation analysis with SPSS V.27. The results of this study indicate that lighting intensity has increased to 489 lux and the average accuracy has increased by 7.5 % after changing the lamp,in addition,the relationship between lighting intensity and testing accuracy strong ,this is evidenced by the result of the correlation analysis obtained a significance value of 0.620 and 0.627 .
