Abstract

AbstrakKasti merupakan salah satu alternatif pembelajaran permainan bola kecil di sekolah, namun kenyataannya dalam proses pembelajaran belum terlaksana secara optimal. Maka perlu adanya modifikasi dalam proses pembelajarannya. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Adapun prosedur pengembangan produk meliputi analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, mengembangkan produk awal, validasi ahli dan revisi, uji coba kelompok kecil dan revisi, uji coba kelompok besar dan produk akhir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengamatan di lapangan dan kuesioner yang diperoleh dari evaluasi ahli dan hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase. Dari hasil uji ahli diperoleh persentase rata-rata hasil analisis produk sebesar 85,33% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Data hasil kuesioner siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh rata-rata jawaban dengan persentase 79,84% dengan kategori baik. Dan data hasil kuesioner siswa uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh jawaban dengan persentase 89,91% dengan kategori sangat baik. Siswa sudah tidak merasa kesulitan dan takut lagi ketika bermain kaskor. Selain itu, setelah melakukan permainan kaskor denyut nadi siswa meningkat lebih dari 70% dari denyut nadi maksimal. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa permainan kaskor efektif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes.AbstractKasti is one of the alternative learning of small games in school. However, this game in reality does not run well yet in the process of learning. Therefore, it needs modification in it. The method of this research is developmental research. The procedure of development product covers the analysis of product, developing first product, expert validation and revision, a small group experiment and revision, a big group experiment and last product. The collecting of data is conducted by observing and making questionnaire which is gathered from evaluator and students. The technique of analysis used is percentage descriptive. From the expert experiment, it is gained the average of product analysis results is 85.33 % with very good criterion. Questionnaire result data of students at a small group experiment gained the average of answer is 79.84 % with good criterion and a big group experiment reached 89.91% with very good criterion. Students have not already faced difficulties and been afraid of scoring game. After conducting kaskor, the heartbeat of students is raising more than 70% from maximum heartbeat. According to this research, it can be concluded kaskor is an effective and appropriate game with the characteristic of students. Therefore, it can be used in physical education learning.

Abstract

Aspek Kerjasama merupakan salah satu aspek afektif yang utama dalam sebuah pembentukan karkater individual maupun kesuksesan sebuah kelompok. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana penerapan permainan bola voli mini terhadap pembentukan aspek kerjasama dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan siswa kelas IV  Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bintoro VIII Demak tahun 2012?. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan subjek siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bintoro VIII Demak tahun 2012 yang berjumlah 30 siswa dan obyek peningkatan aspek kerjasama melalui penerapan permainan bola voli mini. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-Maret tahun 2012 bertempat di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bintoro VIII Demak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penilaian ini menunjukkan  bahwa saat siklus II ketuntasan pembentukan sikap kerjasama dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes melalui permainan bola voli mini sudah tercapai karena nilai semua aspek lebih dari 75. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan permainan bola voli mini dapat meningkatkan hasil pembentukan sikap kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes mencapai ketuntasan belajar untuk semua aspek yaitu aspek psikomotor afektif maupun kognitif pada kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bintoro VIII Demak tahun 2012 .AbstractAspect of cooperation is one of the major affective aspects in an individual character formation and success of a group. This research problem is: How does the application of mini volleyball game against the establishment of cooperation in the learning aspects of sport and physical education student health Elementary School fourth grade VIII Bintoro Demak 2012?. This class action research using student subjects Elementary School fourth grade Bintoro Demak VIII in 2012, amounting to 30 students and the object of increasing cooperation through the implementation of aspects of volleyball mini-game. The research activities conducted in February-March 2012 State Primary School located in Demak Bintoro VIII. Techniques of data collection in this study using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results obtained in this study were analyzed descriptively using the percentage formula. The results of this assessment indicate that is the application of mini volleyball games can improve students’ results in the formation of cooperative learning attitude penjasorkes achieve exhaustiveness learning for all aspects of the affective and psychomotor aspects of cognitive impairment in the fourth grade Elementary School Bintoro Demak VIII of 2012

Abstract

AbstrakBolabasket merupakan salah satu alternatif pembelajaran permainan bola besar di sekolah, namun kenyataannya dalam proses pembelajaran belum terlaksana secara optimal. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengamatan di lapangan dan kuesioner yang diperoleh dari evaluasi ahli dan hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase. Dari hasil uji ahli diperoleh persentase rata-rata hasil analisis produk sebesar 86,67% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Data hasil kuesioner siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh rata-rata jawaban dengan persentase 69% dengan kategori cukup. Dan data hasil kuesioner siswa uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh jawaban dengan persentase 81% dengan kategori baik. Siswa sudah tidak merasa kesulitan dan takut lagi ketika bermain Dua ring bergerak. Selain itu, setelah melakukan permainan dua ring bergerak denyut nadi siswa meningkat lebih dari 70% dari denyut nadi maksimal. Abstract

AbstrakBagaimana Pengembangan Produk Permainan Gobak Sodor Bola. Pengembangan Permainan Tradisional Gobak Sodor Bola ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan produk model pembelajaran permainan gobak sodor bola. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Borg & Gall yaitu: (1) Analisis kebutuhan, (2) Pembuatan produk awal, (3) Uji coba skala kecil,(4) Revisi produk pertama, (5) Uji coba skala besar, (6) revisi produk akhir, (7) Produk akhir.Hasil analisis pengembangan model permainan gobak sodor bola layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran Penjas karena didapat rata-rata validasi ahli 81,33% (Layak digunakan). Respon produk pengembangan pembelajaran permainan didapat rata-rata 93,13 % (Sangat layak digunakan). Model pengembangan permainan gobak sodor bola dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran penjasorkes melalui permainan gobak sodor.AbstractHow Product Development Game Ball Gobak Sodor. Development of Traditional Games Gobak Sodor ball was to determine product development learning model gobak Sodor ball game.The method of research is the development of a model refers to the development of Borg & Gall, namely: (1) needs analysis, (2) making the initial product, (3) a small-scale trial, (4) Revision of the first product, (5) test large scale, (6) revision of the final product, (7) the final product.The results of the analysis model development gobak Sodor game ball used in teaching penjas feasible since gained an average of 81.33% expert validation (Worth used). Response learning game development products gained an average of 93.13% (Very fit for use). Model development gobak Sodor game ball as the products that have resulted from this research can be used as an alternative model of learning through play gobak penjasorkes Sodor.

Abstract

AbstrakKondisi tubuh yang bugar sangat penting untuk semua manusia baik namusia normal maupun yang berkebutuhan khusus (cacat tuna grahita). Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia anak usia SMP umur 13-15 tahun,.Tes yang digunakan untuk mngetahui kebugaran jasmani adalah 1.) Lari 50 meter, 2.) Pull Up, 3.) Sit Up, 4.) Vertikal Jump, 5.) Lari 1000 meter, dan selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil tes kebugaran jasmani siswa putra tuna grahita terdapat 0% kategori baik sekali, 0% kategori baik, 5 siswa (25%) kategori sedang, 12 siswa (60%) kategori kurang, dan 3 siswa (15%) kategori kurang sekali. Sedangkan untuk kebugaran siswa putri tuna grahita terdapat 0% kategori baik sekali, 0% ketegori baik, 3 siswi (38%) kategori sedang, 5 siswi (63%) kategori kurang, dan 0% kategori kurang sekali. Dari hasil tersebut dapat diketahui kebugaran jasmani siswa-siswi tuna grahita SMP Luar Biasa Negeri Kota Salatiga termasuk dalam kategori kurang.AbstractConditions of a fit body is essential for all good men namusia normal and special needs (handicapped and mentally retarded tuna). The instruments used in this study was Freshness Test Physical Indonesia junior age children ages 13-15 years. Tests used to mngetahui physical fitness is 1.) Run 50 feet, 2.) Pull Up, 3.) Sit Up, 4.) Vertical Jump, 5.) Running 1000 meters, and then the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis percentage. Physical fitness test results of students mentally impaired son are very good 0% category, both categories of 0%, 5 students (25%) were category, 12 students (60%) less category, and 3 students (15%) was less category. As for the fitness of students and mentally retarded daughter tuna category there are very good 0%, 0% good categories, three students (38%) categories were, 5 students (63%) less category, and 0% category is less so. From these results it can be seen physical fitness mentally impaired students Extraordinary State junior Salatiga included in the category of less. Advice can be given is the need to increase physical fitness impaired and mentally retarded students through adaptive physical education interesting and fun as well adapted to the abilities of the students and conducted regularly and continuously.

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan pernelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana hasil pengembangan permainan olahraga softball melalui modifikasi swingkasball 2) Bagaimana efektifitas pembelajaran pengembangan permainan olahraga softball melalui modifikasi swingkasball. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui hasil pengembangan permainan olahraga softball melalui modifikasi swingkasball, 2) Mengetahui efektivitas pengembangan permainan olahraga softball melalui modifikasi swingkasball. Hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukkan tanggapan siswa pada produk modifikasi permainan swingkasball yang meliputi aspek psikomotor, kognitif dan afektif juga sudah baik (88,7%) dan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran juga meningkat ditunjukkan dari adanya peningkatan denyut nadi dari sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran sebesar 73,16%. Simpulan: 1) Permainan swingkasball yang dikembangkan dapat diterima dan dilaksanakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada siswa kelas XI SMA, dan 2) Pengembangan permainan swingkasball efektif untuk pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA N 1 Limbangan. Saran yang dapat diajukan yaitu: 1) Guru pendidikan jasmani hendaknya mempertimbangkan penggunaan produk modifikasi permainan swingkasball sebagai alternatif dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran softball, 2) Perlu sebuah pengembangan yang lebih lanjut disesuaikan dengan kondisi fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah.AbstractProblems of this research are: 1) How does the development of softball through swingkasball ‘s modification 2) How effective of learning through the development of softball by swingkasball’s modification. The results of field trials show student responses on product modifications swingkasball game that includes aspects of psychomotor, cognitive and affective also had good (88.7%) and students in the learning activity also increases shown by the increase of pulse rate before and after learning by 73, 16%. Conclusion: 1) Games swingkasball acceptable developed and implemented in the learning process in class XI student in high school, and 2) Development of effective games for learning swingkasball physical education class XI student IPS 2 SMA N 1 Limbangan. Suggestions can be submitted as follows: 1) physical education teacher should consider the use of the product as an alternative modification swingkasball game in delivering learning softball, 2) It should be a further development according to the conditions of facilities available in schools.

Abstract

AbstrakRumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini; bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran penjas melalui pendekatan variasi bola dalam shooting freethrow bolabasket untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Brebes. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Ketuntasan belajar klasikal yang harus dicapai pada mata pelajaran Penjas SMP Negeri 2 Brebes yaitu 85%. Ketuntasan belajar klasikal siklus pertama mencapai 57,14%, sedangkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal siklus kedua mencapai 89,29% (tercapai). Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diadakan siklus pertama (gain) sebesar 0,4 dengan keriteria sedang, sedangkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah diadakan siklus kedua (gain) sebesar 0,75 dengan keriteria tinggi. Bagi Guru Penjas kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 2 Brebes diharap memperhatikan jarak tembak dan tinggi ring basket yang ada di sekolah, karena pada penelitian ini jarak dan ring masih menggunakan standardisasi lapangan dan ring pada umumnya, sehingga sebagian besar peserta didik masih mengalami kesulitan untuk memasukan bola.AbstractThe problem in this research was how is the application of physical education through ball variation approach in basketball shooting freethrow to improve the learning result of SMP Negeri 2 Brebes students in the academic year of 2011/2012. The research design used was classroom action research. The completeness of classical study that must be achieved in physical education subject in SMP Negeri 2 Brebes was 85%. The completeness of classical study in the first cycle was 57.14%, whereas in the second cycle was 89.29% (achieved). The improvement of students’ learning result after giving the first cycle (gain) and the second cycle (gain) were about 0.4 with medium criteria and 0.75 with high criteria respectively. From the study, for physical education teachers in SMP 2 Brebes, it is better to pay attention about shoot distance and the height of basket in the school. Because in this research, the basket and distance still use a standard field and basket. So, a great deal of students have a difficulty to do shooting or putting the ball into the basket.

Abstract

AbstrakRumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara meningkatkan prestasi belajar lempar lembing bagi siswa kelas VIII H SMP N 1 Kendal dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII H SMP N 1 Kendal dalam pembelajaran lempar lembing menggunakan sasaran lempar tali gantung.Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian tindakan kelas dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran lempar lembing menggunakan sasaran lempar tali gantung. Kondisi awal sebesar 56,25 % siswa yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal. Pada siklus I indikator ketercapaiannya sebesar 70% siswa harus mencapai KKM. Dan pada siklus II sejumlah 85% siswa yang harus mencapai ketuntasan minimal. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan tes praktek dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan sasaran lempar tali gantung prestasi belajar siswa meningkat. Pada siklus I sebesar 71,88% siswa yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal. Pada siklus II sebesar 87,50% siswa yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan minimal. Berdasarkan kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran menggunakan sasaran lempar tali gantung dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar lempar lembing siswa kelas VIII H SMP N 1 Kendal.AbstractThe question in this research is how to improve the learning javelin throwing achievement’s student of VIII H SMP N 1 Kendal in purpose to improve it using sasaran lempar tali gantung.This research is a kind of class action research with collecting data technique using test and observation. The subject of this research is the students of VIII H grade in SMP N 1 Kendal in amount 32 students. While the variable is the students learning achievement in javelin throwing using Sasaran Lempar Tali Gantung. It beginning, 56,25% students reach the minimum mark. In first cycle, the indicator achievement is that 70% students must rech minimum criteria mark. In this second cycle, 85% students must reach minimum mark. The technique in analyzing data is descriptive comparative analysis.The conclusion is that the implementation of learning using Sasaran Lempar Tali Gantung method can improve the learning javelin throwing achievement of students VIII H grade in SMP N 1 Kendal.

Abstract

AbstrakApakah latihan servis twist jarak bertahap dan jarak tetap mempunyai pengaruh terhadap ketepatan servis twist. Mengetahui hasil latihan servis twist jarak bertahap dan jarak tetap terhadap ketepatan servis twist. Teknik analisis data menggunakan menggunakan deskriptif menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil analisis diperoleh untuk kelompok putra meningkat ketepatan servis twist rata-rata 11,1 atau dalam persentase 83,45%. Dan kelompok putri meningkat ketepatan servis twist rata-rata 9 atau dalam persentase 52,02%, maka Latihan servis twist jarak bertahap dan jarak tetap dapat meningkatkan ketepatan servis twist pada pemain tenis. Kepada para pelatih tenis untuk memperoleh hasil latihan servis twist yang baik, dapat menggunakan latihan servis jarak bertahap dan jarak tetap untuk meningkatkan ketepatan servis twist. 2) Bagi mahasiswa lain yang ingin melakukan penelitian sejenis dapat membandingkan model latihan ini dengan model yang lain, terkait suatu metode latihan yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan bermain tenis.AbstractDoes a gradual distance twist services practice and a fixed distance have an influence to the precision service twist. Abstract

AbstrakRoll depanmerupakan salah satu materi senam lantai yang diajarkan di sekolah dasar. Akan tetapi, kenyataannya dalam proses pembelajaran belum terlaksana secara optimal sehingga berpengaruh pada hasil belajar roll depan. Maka perlu adanya media alat bantu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Data dari pengamatan psikomotor diperoleh hasil pada siklus I rata-rata mencapai 69,69% (kurang baik) dan mengalami kenaikan pada siklus II yang mencapai 82,7% (baik), hasil dari kedua siklus tersebut mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,8 dengan kriteria sedang. Data hasil pengamatan afektif pada siklus I mencapai 77,81%(cukup baik) pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan mencapai 84,57% (baik) dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,3 dengan kriteria sedang. Dari hasil pemahaman siswa (kognitif) pada siklus I mencapai 78,73% (kualifikasi cukup) pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan mencapai 91,90% (sangat baik), dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,6 dengan kriteria sedang. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian diatas, disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan media matras bidang miring dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar roll depan siswa.AbstractRoll front is one of the material gymnastic the floor taught in elementary school. The result of understanding students ( cognitive ) on a cycle i reached 78,73 % ( qualifying enough ) on a cycle II reached 91,90% ( very good ), and increased by 0.6 with criteria are. Based on the result of the study by way of it is concluded that learning to the media a mat an inclined plane can increase study result of the roll front of students.
