Abstract

AbtrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebakatan anak usia dini dalam cabang olahraga beladiri Taekwondo dengan menggunakan metode sport search pada Taekwondoin pra junior di wilayah pengurus cabang Taekwondo Kendal di Kabupaten Kendal tahun 2012. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi  Taekwondoin pra junior usia 11-14 tahun diwilayah pengurus cabang Taekwondo Kendal yang berjumlah 360 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Area Probability Sampel. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 108 anak. Instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan metode sport search. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik Analisis Deskriptif Persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kebakatan anak usia dini dalam cabang olahraga beladiri Taekwondo dengan menggunakan metode sport search pada Taekwondoin pra junior di wilayah pengurus cabang Taekwondo Kendal tahun 2012 adalah  kategori berbakat 37,96% (41 anak), dan  kategori tidak berbakat sebesar 62, 04% (67 anak). Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor perbedaan diantara keduanya, yaitu : lama latihan Taekwondo, frekuensi latihan, dan peran orang tua.AbstractTalent level of early childhood in martial sports taekwondo sport using search on pre taekwondoin junior taekwondo in the Kendal branch officials in 2012. Research conducted is a type of quantitative research with a population of around taekwondoin pre juniors ages 11-14 years taekwondo Kendal region of the branch in 2012, amounting to 360 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the random sampling technique. samples taken in this study were 108 children who represent the branch taekwondo Kendal. test instrument used is a sport using search. methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques percentage. Results showed talent early childhood level in martial sports taekwondo sport using pre taekwondoin search on the branch taekwondo junior Kendal in 2012 was category talented 37.96% (41 children), and the categories are not talented at 62.04% (67 children). it is influenced by several factors differences between them, namely the old taekwondo training, exercise frequency, and the role of parents. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the level of the taekwondoin kebakatan the branch in the taekwondo Kendal most categories showed no talent. although the frequency of less gifted children but if well managed and facilitated by kendal taekwondo will be able to represent at the regional and national levels. based on these conclusions, the researchers gave the following suggestions: 1) the head of the branch of taekwondo kendal to give a special container that is managed and facilitated by the scouting and coaching talents of taekwondoin. 2) for Sebeum nim to provide training and pembinaaprestasi program to explore the potential of the talent that may be owned by the taekwondoin. 3) for taekwondoin should have sincerity in the exercise, and have a desire to continue to explore the potential in martial sports taekwondo.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Ingin mengetahui korelasi denyut nadi terhadap kapasitas aerobik pada pemain sepakbola PUSLAT Tersono. 2) Ingin mengetahui korelasi kapasitas vital paru terhadap kapasitas aerobik pada pemain sepakbola PUSLAT Tersono. 3) Ingin mengetahui korelasi denyut nadi dan kapasitas vital paru terhadap kapasitas aerobik pada pemain sepakbola PUSLAT Tersono. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain sepakbola SSB PUSLAT Tersono yang berjumlah 30 orang. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling, sehingga dari populasi semuanya dijadikan  sampel. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Variabel bebas meliputi denyut nadi dan kapasitas vital paru sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kapasitas aerobik. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran terhadap denyut nadi, kapasitas vital paru dan tes aerobik. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, 1) rhitung untuk denyut nadi dan kapasitas aerobik sebesar 2,096 dengan probabilitas 0,045 < 0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara denyut nadi dengan kapasitas aerobik 2) ) rhitung   untuk kapasitas  vital paru dan kapasitas aerobik sebesar 5,472 dengan probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara kapasitas vital paru dengan kapasitas aerobik 3) Fhitung antara denyut nadi dan kapasitas  vital  paru dengan kapasitas aerobik sebesar 16,204 dengan probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa Ho diterima. AbstractThe goal in this research is 1) want to know the correlation pulse of aerobic capacity in PUSLAT Tersono soccer player. 2) want to know lung vital capacity of correlation aerobic capacity on PUSLAT Tersono soccer player. 3) want to know the correlation of pulse and vital lung capacity of aerobic capacity in PUSLAT Tersono soccer player. Population in this research is football player ssb puslat tersono which totaled 30 people. In this research researchers used technique total sampling, so that of the population everything be samples. Variable research consisting of variable free and variable bound. Variable free covering pulse and vital capacity pulmonary variable while terikatnya is capacity aërobic. Method research using a method of surveying and collecting data done with technique tests and measurement against the pulse, vital capacity pulmonary and tests aërobic. The data analysis using analysis correlation double.The results showed, 1) rhitung for pulse and aerobic capacity of 2,096 with probability 0,045 & lt; 0.05 relationship which means there is significant between pulse with aerobic capacity 2)) rhitung for vital lung capacity and aerobic capacity amounted to 5,472 with probability 0.000 & lt; 0.05 there is relationship between the means vital lung capacity with aerobic capacity 3) Fhitung between pulse and lung vital capacity with the aerobic capacity of the probability of 0.000 16,204 & lt; 0.05 means that Ho was accepted.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran penjasorkes tolak peluru dengan memodifikasi ukuran berat peluru pada siswa kelas VII SMP N 5 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan  Borg & Gall, yaitu: (1) melakukan penelitian pendahuluan, pengumpulan informasi dan analisis kebutuhan, termasuk observasi lapangan dan kajian pustaka, (2) mengembangkan bentuk produk awal, (3) evaluasi para ahli dengan menggunakan satu ahli penjasorkes dan dua ahli pembelajaran, serta uji coba kelompok kecil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis, (4) revisi produk pertama berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi ahli dan uji coba kelompok kecil (10 siswa) sebagai bahan perbaikan terhadap produk awal, (5) uji lapangan (50 siswa), (6) revisi produk akhir yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil uji lapangan, (7) hasil akhir pengembangan pembelajaran penjasorkes tolak peluru dengan memodifikasi ukuran berat peluru pada siswa kelas VII SMP N 5 Semarang yang dihasilkan melalui revisi uji lapangan. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh nilai evaluasi ahli lebih dari 4 (kategori baik), persentase hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 94,4% (sangat baik), dan persentase hasil uji lapangan 96% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan data tersebut maka pengembangan pembelajaran penjasorkes tolak peluru dengan memodifikasi ukuran berat peluru pada siswa kelas VII SMP N 5 Semarang dinyatakan berhasil. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to develop a learning penjasorkes shot put by modifying the size of the weight bearing on the students of class VII SMP N 5 Semarang. This research method refers to the development of a model of development Borg & Gall, namely: (1) a preliminary investigation, information gathering and analysis needs, including field observations and literature review, (2) develop initial product form, (3) evaluation experts using a single expert and two expert penjasorkes learning, and small group test using questionnaires and then analyzed, (4) revision of the first products based on the results of the expert evaluation and testing of a small group (10 students) as a material improvement to the initial product, (5) field test (50 students), (6) the revision of the final product based on the results of field tests, (7) the development of learning outcomes penjasorkes shot put by modifying the size of the weight bearing on the students of class VII SMP N 5 Semarang generated through the revision test field. From the test results obtained by the expert evaluation of the value of more than 4 (good category), the percentage of small groups of test results 94.4% (very good), and the percentage of field test results of 96% (very good). Based on these data, the development of learning penjasorkes shot put by modifying the size of the weight bearing on the students of class VII SMP N 5 Semarang declared successful.

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk model pembelajaran Kids Athletic melalui pendekatan lingkungan pantai pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri I Manggar di Kecamatan Sluke Kabupaten Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan yang merupakan dasar untuk mengembangkan model yang akan di hasilkan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran Kids Athletic melalui pendekatan lingkungan pantai pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri I Manggar Kecamatan Sluke Kabupaten Rembang ternyata memenuhi kriteria baik, ini berdasarkan analisis data evaluasi ahli Penjasorkes dan ahli pembelajaran pada uji coba skala kecil, didapat rata-rata persentase 84,87%. Hasil analisis data uji coba skala kecil didapat rata-rata persentase pilihan jawaban yang sesuai 85%, hasil analisis data uji coba skala besar rata-rata persentase sebesar 92%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Kids Athletic melalui pendekatan lingkungan pantai pada siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri I Manggar Kecamatan Sluke Kabupaten Rembang dapat digunakan dan baik.AbstractThe problem in this research is how to form Athletic Kids learning model approach to coastal environmental Elementary School fourth grade students in District School I Manggar Sluke Rembang district. This research method development is the basis for developing a model that will be generated, the result shows that the model development approach Athletic Kids learning environment on the coast of fourth grade students I Manggar Elementary School District District Sluke Apex apparently meets both criteria, based on an analysis Penjasorkes expert evaluation data and expert learning in small-scale trials, obtained an average percentage of 84.87%. The results of the analysis of a small-scale trial data obtained average percentage answer choices that fit 85%, the results of data analysis of large-scale trial of an average percentage of 92%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the model of learning through environmental approaches Kids Athletic beach in class IV Elementary School District Sluke I Manggar Rembang district and either can be used.

Abstract

AbstrakBola basket merupakan permainan bola besar yang masih banyak belum mengenal permainan bola basket. Dari teknik dasar mereka masih kesulitan apalagi untuk bermain bola basket. Maka perlu adanya perlu adanya pengembangan dalam pembelajaran bola basket. Metode pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Borg & Gall. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh data evaluasi ahli yaitu, ahli penjas 88% (Baik), ahli pembelajaran 77,4 % (baik), uji coba kelompok kecil 83 % Baik dan uji coba lapangan 87% (Baik). Dari data yang ada maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran bola basket  melalui permainan labu ini dapat digunakan bagi siswa kelas V SD N 1 Gerdu karena dapat diterima siswa dan menghasilkan produk model pembelajaran.AbstractBasketball constitutes ball game outgrow that still a loto f haven’t know basketball game. Abstract

AbstrakGerak dasar lempar merupakan materi pembelajaran yang perlu dikembangkan di sekolah dasar. Gerak dasar dikembangkan sesuai dengan perkembangan dan karakteristik siswa agar siswa lebih mudah dalam mengikuti materi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diperoleh dari evaluasi ahli (ahli Penjas dan ahli pembelajaran), uji coba kelompok kecil (12 siswa SD N Sekaran 02), dan uji lapangan (24 siswa SD N Sekaran 02). Data berupa hasil penilaian mengenai kualitas produk, saran untuk perbaikan produk, dan hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase untuk mengungkap aspek psikomotorik, kognitif dan afektif siswa setelah menggunakan produk. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh data dari hasil kuisioner dan evaluasi ahli yaitu, ahli Penjas 82,67 % (baik), ahli pembelajaran 88,33 % (baik), uji coba kelompok kecil 88,33 % (baik), dan uji lapangan 90,10 % (sangat baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, permainan bola halilintar ini sesuai dengan perkembangan dan karakteristik anak Sekolah Dasar.AbstractBasic throwing motion is a material that needs to be developed in elementary school. The motion base is developed in accordance with the development and characteristics of students so that students are more easily to follow the lessons. The method of research is the development of a model refers to the development of Borg & Gall has been modified. The data was collected using a questionnaire derived from the evaluation of experts (specialists and experts penjas learning), testing a small group (12 students of SD N Sekaran 02), and field tests (24 students of SD N Sekaran 02). Data such as the results of an assessment of the quality of products, suggestions for improvement of the product, and the results of questionnaires by students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage to reveal aspects of psychomotor, cognitive and affective student after using the product. From the test data obtained from the questionnaires and the expert evaluation, expert penjas 82.67% (excellent), learning expert 88.33% (excellent), a small test group 88.33% (excellent), and a field test 90 , 10% (very good). Based on the above results, the game ball lightning is in accordance with the development and characteristics of elementary school children, to develop aspects of psychomotor, affective, cognitive, and physical.

Abstract

AbstrakPermainan bola voli dengan ukuran lapangan yang sesungguhnya akan sangat menyulitkan, apalagi siswa SD yang mempunyai ukuran tubuh yang tidak memungkinkan untuk bermain bola voli dengan tinggi net yang sesungguhnya. Sehingga pembelajaran bola voli sulit berjalan pada siswa  SD kelas IV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk berupa model pembelajaran permainan bola voli mini berlapis  bagi siswa SD dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah  model pengembangan Borg dan Gall. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dan pengamatan selama penelitian dan saran dari para ahli penjas dan ahli pembelajaran, maka dilakukan beberapa revisi, meliputi:1) Dibuat jumlah sentuhan minimal. 2) Jumlah skor perlu ditambah karena ada skor dobel. 3) Peraturan permainan yang flesibel berdasarkan tingkat karakteristik siswa. Rata-rata dari semua aspek uji coba yang ada, lebih dari 80% siswa dapat mempraktikkan dan memahami dengan baik sehingga baik dari uji coba kelompok kecil maupun uji coba lapangan, sehingga permainan bola voli mini berlapis sebagai produk yang telah dihasilkan dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif penyampaian materi pembelajaran bola voli untuk siswa SD.AbstractBase physical characteristic that mostly age child 9 11 years, game ball  voli is with size volleyball field truthfully will really went hard with, evenless SD’s student that have body measure that doesn’t enable to play volleyball with tall net truthfully. Base test-driving and watch result up to research and tips of pro penjas and an old hand at learning, therefore is done revision divers, cover:1 ) made by minimal touch amounts. 2 ) Total score need to be added since available score double. 3 ) game regulation that flesibel bases to increase student characteristic. Averagely of all aught test-driving aspect, more than 80% student gets mempraktikkan and understanding properly so well of little group test-drivings and also field test-drivings, so laminar mini volleyball game as product already been resulted from this research get alternatively been utilized forwarding volleyball learning material for SD’s student.

Abstract

AbstrakPenyelenggaraan pendidikan jasmani di sekolah dasar belum dilaksanakan sepenuhnya dengan baik. Minat siswa dalam pembelajaran atletik nomor lempar kurang, sarana yang dimiliki sekolah untuk pembelajaran atletik nomor lempar juga terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangakan dan menghasilkan produk berupa model pembelajaran atletik nomor lempar melalui permainan Shot In The Hole bagi siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Metode pengembangan ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacupada model pengembangan dari Borg & Gall. Dari hasil ujicoba diperoleh data evaluasi ahliyaitu, ahli Penjas86,67 % (baik), ahli pembelajaran I 90,67 % (baik), ahli pembelajaran II 86,33%, ujicoba kelompok kecil 84 % (baik),dan ujicoba lapangan93,68 % (baik). Dari data yang ada dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran atletik nomor lempar melalui permainan Shot In The Hole ini layak digunakan bagi siswa kelas V SD Negeri Sekaran 01 Kecamatan Gunung PatiAbstractThe implementation of the physical education in elementary school has not been fully implemented properly. From the result of tests obtained expert evaluation, there are, Physical education expert 86,67% (good), Learning expert I 96,67% (excellent), trial in small group 84% (good), and field tests 93,68 (excellent). From existing data can be inferred that the model of learning Athetic  throwing numbers through game Shot In The Hole was used for students of class V SD Negeri Sekaran 01 Sub distict Gunung Pati Semarang City.

Abstract

AbtrakSudamanda merupakan salah satu alternatif pembelajaran permainan tradisional di sekolah, namun kenyataannya dalam proses pembelajaran belum terlaksana secara optimal. Maka perlu adanya modifikasi dalam proses pembelajarannya. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh rata-rata hasil analisis produk oleh ahli diperoleh persentase jawaban sebesar 87,17 % dengan kriteria baik (layak). Oleh karena itu dapat digunakan untuk uji coba kelompok kecil. Data hasil kuesioner siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh rata-rata jawaban dengan persentase 83,33% dengan kategori baik (layak). Dan data hasil kuesioner siswa uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh jawaban dengan persentase 86,95 % dengan kategori baik (layak). Siswa sudah tidak merasa kesulitan dan takut lagi ketika bermain Sudamanda ria tani. Berdasarkan  data hasil penelitian, dikaji bahwa permainan sudamanda ria tani efektif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes. Diharapkan bagi guru penjasorkes di sekolah dasar dapat menggunakan model permainan Sudamanda ria tani ini.AbstractSudamanda is one alternative to the traditional game of learning in school, but the reality in the learning process has not been implemented optimally. Hence the need for modifications in the learning process. The method of research is developing. From the test results obtained average results obtained by the analysis of the product by a percentage of 87.17% response criteria well (well worth it). It can therefore be used to test small groups. Data results of the questionnaire students in small group trials obtained with an average percentage of 83.33% response by category of good (decent). Student data and test results of the questionnaire obtained a large group with a percentage of 86.95% response by category of good (decent). Students had no difficulty and fear again when playing Sudamanda jolly farmer. Based on the results of the study, assessed the farm fun game sudamanda effective and in accordance with the characteristics of students that can be used in learning penjasorkes. Expected penjasorkes teachers in primary schools can use the model Sudamanda fun game farmer.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan produk berupa pengembangan model permainan bola tangan gawang hidup melalui pendekatan lingkungan persawahan dalam penjasorkes bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi Yaitu : (1) Melakukan penelitian pendahuluan dan mengumpulkan informasi. Termasuk observasi lapangan dan kajian pustaka, (2) Mengembangkan bentuk permainan berupa peraturan permainan bola tangan dengan pendekatan lingkungan persawahan, (3) Evaluasi para ahli dengan menggunakan satu ahli penjas dan dua ahli pembelajaran serta uji coba kelompok kecil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan konsultasi serta evaluasi yang kemudian dianalisis, (4) Revisi produk pertama, revisi produk berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi ahli dan uji coba kelompok kecil (12 siswa). Revisi ini dugunakan untuk perbaikan terhadap produk awal yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti, (5) Uji coba lapangan (22 siswa), (6) Revisi produk ahir yang dilakukan berdasarkan uji coba lapangan, (7) Hasil ahir pengembangan model permainan bola tangan gawang hidup dengan pendekatan lingkungan persawahan dalam penjasorkes bagi siswa putra kelas IV dan V yang dihasilkan melalui revisi uji coba lapangan. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh data evaluasi ahli yaitu, ahli penjas 86.67% (baik), ahli pembelajaran I 81.33% (baik), dan ahli pembelajaran II 84% (baik), uji coba kelompok kecil 82 % (baik), dan uji coba lapangan 85% (baik). The method of research is the development of a model refers to the development of Borg & Gall have been modified are: (1) Conduct preliminary research and gather information. Including field observations and literature review, (2) develop a form of game rules game of handball with a height difference to life through the paddy fields, (3) evaluation of the experts by using the experts and two experts of Physical Education Sport and Health learning and small group test using questionnaires and consultations as well as evaluations are then analyzed, (4) the first product revision, the revision of the product based on the results of expert evaluation and testing of a small group (12 students). These revisions were used for the improvement of the initial products that have been made by researchers, (5) field trial (22 students), (6) Revision finish products based on the field trials, (7) end results the model development life game of handball goal environmental approach in the rice fields for students sons grade IV and V were generated through field trials revision. From the test results obtained by the expert evaluation data, expert of Physical Education Sport and Health 86.67% (excellent), a lesson I 81.33% (excellent), and a learning specialist II 84% (good), a small test group 82% (good), and trials Field 85% (good).
