Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Pertemuan dalam penelitian ini dirancang dua siklus, Adapun populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa kelas V SDN Duwet Kecamatan Pekalongan Selatan Kota Pekalongan pada semester dua tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Sampel yang diganunakan adalah 31 siswa yang terdiri dari 17 siswa putra dan 14 siswa putri. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data diperoleh dari hasil tes unjuk kerja yang ditampilkan siswa saat pelaksanaan tes. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa melalui pendekatan bermain loncat katak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran  lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Hasil data yang diperoleh dari pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok melalui pendekatan bermain loncat katak pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Duwet yaitu  siswa pada awalnya yang dapat melakukan lompat jauh gaya jongkok hanya 9 siswa, setelah adanya tindakan siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 18 siswa kemudian dilanjutkan pada tindakan siklus 2, ternyata yang mampu melakukan lompat jauh gaya jongkok  meningkat menjadi 31 siswa dari jumlah keseluruhan 31 siswa.This study uses classroom action research. Meeting in this study designed two cycles, The population used is a class V student of SDN Duwet Southern District of Pekalongan Pekalongan in the second semester of academic year 2011/2012. Samples diganunakan is 31 students consisting of 17 boys and 14 girls students. The instruments used in the retrieval of data obtained from the test results shown students' performance during the implementation of the test. From the results of this study indicate that the frog jump through play approach can enhance the learning of students in the long jump squat style. The results of the data obtained from a study of the long jump squat style approach play frog jump in fifth grade elementary school students Duwet the students at first to do the long jump squat style only 9 students, after the first cycle of action increased to 18 students then continued in action cycle 2, it is capable of doing the long jump squat force increased to 31 students of the total 31 students

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi, yaitu: (1) melakukan penelitian pendahuluan, pengumpulan informasi dan analisis kebutuhan, termasuk observasi lapangan dan kajian pustaka, (2) mengembangkan bentuk produk awal (berupa model pembelajaran keseimbangan gerak di lingkungan persawahan), (3) evaluasi para ahli dengan menggunakan satu ahli penjasorkes dan dua ahli pembelajaran, serta uji coba kelompok kecil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis, (4) revisi produk pertama berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ahli dan uji coba kelompok kecil (melibatkan 16 siswa) sebagai bahan perbaikan terhadap produk awal yang dibuat oleh peneliti, (5) uji lapangan (melibatkan 24 siswa), (6) revisi produk akhir yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil uji lapangan, (7) hasil akhir model pembelajaran keseimbangan gerak melalui pendekatan lingkungan persawahan bagi siswa kelas III SD N 1 Sukorejo yang dihasilkan melalui revisi uji lapangan.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diperoleh dari evaluasi ahli, uji coba kelompok kecil (16 siswa kelas III SD N 1 Sukorejo), dan uji lapangan (24 siswa kelas III SD N 1 Sukorejo). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase untuk mengungkap aspek psikomotorik, kognitif, dan afektif siswa setelah menggunakan produk. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh data evaluasi ahli lebih dari 4 (kategori baik), persentase hasil uji coba kelompok kecil 72,10% (baik), dan persentase hasil uji lapangan 91,96% (sangat baik). Berdasarkan data tersebut maka pengembangan model pembelajaran keseimbangan gerak di lingkungan persawahan ini dapat digunakan untuk siswa kelas III SD N 1 Sukorejo Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal.The problems is how to balance learning model motion in the rice fields Penjasorkes approach to third grade students at SDN 1 Sukorejo Sukorejo Kendal district in the school year 2011/2012. Then the purpose of this study was to develop a model of game equilibrium motion in accordance with the characteristics of grade III SD N 1 Sukorejo equilibrium model of learning in the form of motion through the rice-fields approach for students of class III SD N 1 Sukorejo penjasorkes learning. This study uses research development refers to the development model of Borg & Gall has been modified, namely: (1) a preliminary investigation, information gathering and analysis needs, including field observations and literature review, (2) develop initial product form (form equilibrium learning model motion in the rice fields), (3) evaluation of the experts by using the experts and two experts penjasorkes learning, and small group trials using a questionnaire that is then analyzed, (4) revision of the first products based on the results of expert evaluation and testing small groups (involving 16 students) as a material improvement to the initial product made by researchers, (5) field trials (involving 24 students), (6) revision of the final product based on the results of field tests, (7) the final equilibrium learning model motion through the rice fields approach for students of class III SD N 1 Sukorejo generated through field test revision. The data was collected using a questionnaire derived from expert evaluation, piloting a small group (16 students of class III SD N 1 Sukorejo), and field tests (24 students of class III SD N 1 Sukorejo). The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage to reveal aspects of psychomotor, cognitive, and affective student after using the product. From the test results obtained by the expert evaluation data of more than 4 (good category), the percentage of the results of testing a small group 72.10% (excellent), and the percentage of field test results of 91.96% (excellent). Based on these data, the development of motion equilibrium model of learning in the paddy fields can be used for students of class III SD N 1 Sukorejo Sukorejo Kendal District

Abstract

Pengembangan ini  adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Punaji Setyosari yang telah dimodifikasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diperoleh dari evaluasi ahli, uji kelompok kecil, dan uji coba lapangan. Data berupa hasil penilaian mengenai kualitas produk, saran untuk perbaikan produk, dan hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase untuk mengungkap aspek psikomotorik, kognitif, dan afektif siswa setelah menggunakan produk.Hasil : Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh data evaluasi ahli yaitu, ahli Penjas 72 % (baik), ahli pembelajaran 74 %(baik), uji oba kelompok kecil 66,11 % (baik), dan uji coba lapangan 69,42 % (baik). Dari data yang ada. Kesimpulan : Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran permainan bola kasvol ini dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran penjasorkes bagi siswa SD N Kuripan Lor 01 Pekalongan. Saran :. Produk Pengembangan model permainan kasvol dapat di pakai sebagai alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran penjasaorkes pada siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kuripan Lor 01.This is a research development refers to the development of a model of the development of a modified Punaji Setyosari. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa menggunakan bola plastik Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri Wonorejo 04. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus tindakan. Pendidikan Jasmani merupakan bagian  integral dari  pendidikan  total secara keseluruhan, bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aspek kebugaran jasmani, keterampilan gerak, keterampilan  berpikir kritis,  keterampilan  sosial,  penalaran,  stabilitas  emosional,  tindakan moral, aspek pola  hidup  sehat  dan  pengenalan  lingkungan  bersih  melalui aktivitas jasmani, olahraga dan kesehatan terpilih yang direncanakan secara sistematis dalam rangka mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini adalah merupakan Penelitian Tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Wonorejo 04 yang berjumlah 39 siswa. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan observasi, angket, dan tes hasil belajar passing bawah dengan menggunakan bola plastik.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan bola plastik dapat meningkatkan penguasaan passing bawah pada siswa kelas IV SDN Wonorejo 04. Berdasarkan tes pada siklus pertama rata-rata 20 sampai 25 kali dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus kedua 24 sampai 30 kali dalam waktu 60 detik, hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa pendekatanbermain dapat diteriam lebih mudah oleh siswa.The purpose of this study is to investigate the learning outcomes of students use plastic balls Elementary School Fourth Grade Students Wonorejo 04. Action research conducted in two cycles of action. Physical Education is an integral part of the total education as a whole, aims to develop aspects of physical fitness, motor skills, critical thinking skills, social skills, reasoning, emotional stability, moral conduct, aspects of a healthy lifestyle and clean environment through the introduction of physical activity, sport and selected health systematically planned in order to achieve national education goals. This study is an action research class consisting of two cycles. Subjects were elementary school fourth grade students Wonorejo 04 totaling 39 students. The data collection methods used in this research is to use observations, questionnaires, and passing the achievement test using a plastic ball.The results showed that by using a plastic ball can improve t heir passing below the fourth grade students of SDN Wonorejo 04. Based on the test in the first cycle an average of 20 to 25 times and an increase in the second cycle of 24 to 30 times within 60 seconds, the results obtained show that  accepted approach play  can more easily by students

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penilitian ini adalah  bagaimana gambaran tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 3 Gonoharjo Kecamatan Limbangan Kabupaten Kendal.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin  mengetahui seberapa besar  tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 3 Gonoharjo Kecamatan Limbangan Kabupaten Kendal Tahun pelajaran 2011/2012.Penelitian ini adalah merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Gonoharjo yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan observasi, angket, dan tes hasil belajar menggunakan tes kesegaran jasmani indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, dengan pengelompokan kategori kurang sekali, kurang, sedang, baik, dan baik sekali.Dari hasil  penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan permainan gobak sodor dapat  berpengaruh  positif   terhadap   perkembangan  peserta  didik  dalam kesegaran jasmani dan memotivasi siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, serta dapat menambah wawasan bagi guru dalam mengembangkan macam–macam model pembelajaran, agar kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan, dan guru menjadi lebih profesional dalam mengajar.The studies are problems in how the image of the level of physical fitness Fourth Grade students Elementary School District 3 Gonoharjo Limbangan Kendal. The purpose of this study is the researchers wanted to know how big the physical fitness of students Fourth Grade Elementary School District 3 Gonoharjo Limbangan Kendal lesson Year 2011/2012.This study is an action research class consisting of two cycles. Subjects were fourth grade students Negeri 3 Gonoharjo totaling 20 students. The data collection methods used in this research is to use observations, questionnaires, and test results of physical fitness tests to learn to use Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis percentages, the category grouping less, less, moderate, good, and excellent.From these results it can be concluded that the application of game gobak can Sodor positive influence on the development of students in physical fitness and motivate the students to follow the learning, and can add insight for teachers to develop different models of learning, teaching and learning in order to be more fun and teachers become moreprofessionalinteaching.

Abstract

Sosialisasi melalui sekolah olahraga voli ternyata cukup efektif karena voli adalah salah satu game yang dapat dipelajari dan dimainkan oleh anak-anak tingkat unit dasar dan perguruan tinggi. Perumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana model permainan " VOKIS " dalam belajar voli Penjasorkes kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bonang . Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan model permainan " VOKIS " sesuai dengan karakteristik dari kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bonang Bonang Kabupaten Demak mudah bagi siswa untuk belajar . Metode penelitian adalah pengembangan model mengacu pada pengembangan Brog dan Gall telah dimodifikasi , yaitu: ( 1 ) melakukan pemeriksaan awal dan pengumpulan informasi , termasuk observasi lapangan dan landasan teori , ( 2 ) mengembangkan produk awal, ( 3 ) evaluasi oleh para ahli menggunakan ahli tunggal dan penjas ahli pembelajaran , dan uji coba kelompok kecil, dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis , ( 4 ) revisi produk berdasarkan hasil evaluasi ahli dan pengujian skala kecil ( 24 siswa ) , ( 5 ) uji lapangan ( 40 siswa ) , ( 6 ) hasil dari model permainan " VOKIS " dalam belajar voli Penjasorkes VII SMP Negeri 1 Bonang Bonang Kabupaten Demak Kabupaten kelas . Data seperti hasil penilaian terhadap kualitas produk , saran untuk perbaikan produk , dan hasil kuesioner oleh mahasiswa . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase untuk mengungkapkan , siswa kognitif afektif dan psikomotorik yang telah menggunakan produk. Dari hasil uji coba diperoleh data evaluasi ahli penjas 81 % ahli ( baik) , sebuah studi 87 % ( baik) , kelompok uji kecil 89,50 % ( sangat baik ) , dan uji lapangan 94,20 % ( sangat baik ) . Dari hasil tersebut kami menyimpulkan Model permainan vokis dalam pembelajaran Penjasorkes kategori voli , sehingga dapat digunakan dalam mengajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Penjasorkes Bonang . Saran untuk guru Penjasorkes SMP Negeri 1 Bonang , dapat memanfaatkan model ini pengembangan game , sehingga tujuan dapat tercapai dengan maksimal .Socialization sport through school volleyball ternayata quite effective because volleyball is one of the games that can be learned and played by children basic unit level and college. Data such as the results of an assessment of the quality of products, suggestions for improvement of the product, and the results of questionnaires by students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage to reveal the cognitive, affective and psychomotor students who have used the product. From the test results obtained by the expert evaluation data experts penjas 81% (good), a study 87% (good), a small test group 89.50% (excellent), and a field test 94.20% (excellent). Abstract

Permainan bola tolak berekor merupakan permainan sederhana yang berorientasi pada teknik dasar tolak peluru gaya lama (ortodoks). Permainan ini adalah permainan tradisional bola tembak yang berasal dari kampong halaman peneliti yang dimodifikasi untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajara tolak peluru dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar tolak peluru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang mengacu pada metode penelitian tindakan kelas Agus Kristiyanto, yaitu : (1) identifikasi dan analisis permasalahan PTK, (2) penetapan fokus permasalahan, (3) perencanaan tindakan, (4) pelaksanaan, (5) pengamatan (observasi), (6) refleksi. Dari hasil analisis rata-rata skor akhir hasil unjuk kerja siswa dari aspek psikomotor, aspek afektif, dan aspek kognitif terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I rata-rata skor akhir siswa mencapai 72,5 dengan kategori baik tetapi belum memenuhi indikator ketuntasan 75, siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,5 dengan kategori baik dan sudah memenuhi indikator ketuntasan 75. Dari hasil analisis persentase ketuntasan hasil beljar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 43,3% dengan kategori keberhasilan sedang dan belum memenuhi indikator persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar 75%, siklus II meningkat menjadi 90% dengan kategori keberhasilan sangat tinggi dan sudah memenuhi indikator persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar. Diketahui dari hasil tersebut, pembelajaran melalui permainan bola tolak berekor teruji mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar tolak peluru siswa kelas VI.Tailed-shot put is a simple game that is heavily orientated toward based technique of old style shot put (orthodox). This game is modified from a traditional game named shot ball that is applied to shot put learning to increase the students learning achievement in learning shot put. This research is a qualitative study which refers to action research method written by Agus Kristiyanto, these are : (1) identifying and analysing the problem, (2) deciding the fokus ot the problem, (3) planning the research, (4) implementation, (5) observing, (6)reflecting. Based on the test result, the mean scores of psychomotor, affective, and cognitive aspects show that there is a significant improvement in their study result. In cycle I, the mean scores was 72,5, it belonged to good category but it did not attain the indicator of completeness of learning achievement 75 yet. In cycle II, the mean scored improve to 82,5. It was good category and attained the indicator of completeness 75. Based on the analysis, percentage of the learning achievement completeness also has a significant improvement. In cycle I, it was only 43,3%. That is medium category and did not attain the indicator  of completeness 75%. In cycle II, it increase in to 90%. It show that the category is a very high and fulfill the indicator of completeness of learning achievement. It can be concluded that playing tailed-shot put is proved and tested to improve the VI students learning achievement shot put.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes back roll of the fourth grade students of SDN 2 Parakan Distribution. The method used is a game of 'Sirolbe'. From the research conducted, in the first cycle teachers acquire skills score of 2.33 or sufficient criteria and activities of students obtained a score of 2.19 with a sufficient criterion. While the results of the first cycle students scored an average of 69.35 with a 64.70% percentage of completeness. In the second cycle teachers' skills to get a good score of 3.33 which is the criteria and activities of the students obtained a score of 3.19 with both criteria. Average student learning outcomes is 75 with a percentage of 88.23% completeness. Conclusions This study shows that the method of the game 'Sirolbe' to improve learning outcomes rear back roll.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of the long jump squat  force in the Fourth grade students  of Ngemplak Simongan 02 Elementary school Semarang with the application of frog hunting game. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SDN 02 Ngemplak Simongan Semarang are 32 students to improve learning outcomes of the research object long jump squat style. Data collection techniques using documentation and observation through the assessment of learning outcomes of the cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects of aspects in the long jump performance. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data (values ​​student learning outcomes) that can be analyzed by descriptive and qualitative data. The results showed that through the application of game frog hunting learning model to improve learning outcomes basic motion long jump squat style from the first cycle to the second cycle. Learning outcomes long jump squat style in the first cycle in the complete category is 59.37% or 19 students and there are 13 unresolved child or 40.63%. In the second cycle there was an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in the category completed by 84.37% or 27 students and children who have not completed 5 or 15.63%. Conclusion of this research is the application of game hunting frogs can improve learning outcomes in the long jump squat force fourth grade students of SDN 02 Ngemplak Simongan Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes passing under a mini volleyball game using a ball hanging on Elementary School fourth grade students Srengseng 03 districts pagerbarang tegal district . This study conducted in four stages , including planning , action , observation , and reflection using the classroom action research . Each meeting shows the stages of the process of learning the material physical education volleyball . The subjects were fourth grade students of the District 03 Elementary School Srengseng Pagerbarang Tegal in 2013 numbered 20 students . The results based on the analysis of the percentage of cycle 1 and cycle percentage 55 % 85% 2 30% increase in the percentage of successful assessment of indicators of success that is expected is 85 % . Conclusion of this study indicate that the hanging ball games can improve learning passing under mini volleyball in grade IV elementary School District of Pagerbarang Srengseng 03 Tegal regency . Teachers Penjasorkes suggestions in carrying out the task of teaching should always carry out action research as a factor if there are problems inhibiting the learning process .
