Abstract

This study aims to determine increase in under service of learning outcomes the volleyball in grade IVSD NegeriPangempon Kabupaten Batang. The method used in this study, the research methods classaction to be planned in two cycles to see an increase in under service of learning outcomes thevolleyball through the game volkas. Every action attempts designed to achieve the purpose in one unitas a cycle consisting of four stages, that is: action planning, action, observation and reflection for thenext planning cycle. In the learning process of the first cycle the average value increased in the learningof students 75 to 80 the second cycle. For the number of students who achieve learning completeness inthe first cycle is 11 students with learning completeness percentage reached 73%, an increase in thenumber of learning cycles II to 14 students, while for the percentage reached 93% completeness. Basedon the results of this study concluded that the application of learning through play volkas modificationsto improve learning outcomes in under service the volleyball in grade IV SD Negeri PangemponKabupaten Batang 2012/2013. Suggestions for Penjaskes teachers everywhere should be able to createan atmosphere of active learning, innovative, creative, effective, and fun for students.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to enhancing the learning outcomes to determine the high-style straddle jumpthrough hurdles haling permaianan approach. This study is the use of action research. Meetings in this studydesigned two cycles, The object used is class V SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pekajangan Kedungwuni PekalonganDistrict in the second semester of academic year 2012/2013. The samples used were 22 students consisting of 8boys and 14 student daughter. Instruments used in data collection was obtained from the results of performancetests that students displayed during the implementation of the test. The conclusion of this study is the use of themethod of approach steeplechase game to improve learning outcomes straddle style high jump in class V SDMuhammadiyah 1 Pekajangan Kedungwuni Pekalongan District school year 2012/2013.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that consists of two siklus.Hasil studies showthat the approach can improve mastery of playing small ball throwing catching on fifth gradestudents of SDN Pucangrejo. Based on the test sikuspertama average of 9 to 10 times and anincrease in the cycle to two 11sampai 12 times within 30 seconds, the results obtained showthat pendekatanbermain dapatditeriam more easily by students. Conclusions from thisresearch is the method of learning can play a positive influence on the development of learnersin mastering the techniques of throwing and catching motivate students in learning to follow,and can add insight to teachers in developing various learning models.

Abstract

Research subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Dermaji who are 32 studentsconsisting of 17 male students and female students of 15 students. The method used in this study is aclassroom action research, carried out in two cycles, the first cycle and second cycle. Cycle I is a directobservation at the time of learning by using the observation sheet with psychomotor tests passing downthe group. Meanwhile, a second cycle of action on psychomotor tests individually. Data collectiontechniques are technical tests carried out, in the form of skills tests, tests students' attitudes and cognitivetests.The research proves that the value of daily test results on the initial conditions is still relatively lowat 46.87% on aspects of psychomotor, cognitive aspects of 70.5% and 75.35% on the affective aspects ofthe sikuls I, after a game of netball action in group. Then in sikuls II, the value of daily test results hasincreased 90.62% on aspects of psychomotor, cognitive aspects of 87.20% and 93.50% on the affectiveaspects.Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the Through Ball Game Nets canimprove learning outcomes On passing under the Fourth Grade Students of SD Negeri 2 Dermaji.

Abstract

The purpose of research is an effort to improve learning outcomes through the game of volleyball with a ball onthe boundary Elementary School fourth grade students Gondang Batang in the Academic Year 2012/2013.This research is a classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has four steps: Planning,Execution, Observation and Reflection. Techniques of collecting data through observation, tests and researchskills learning outcomes. Data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive statistics.Cognitive learning outcomes silkus I obtained an average value of 73.8 with a passing grade achieved 50%. Inthe second cycle the average values obtained 81.67 with mastery learning achieved 88.89%. Affective learningoutcomes silkus I obtained an average value of 70.3 with a passing grade is achieved 55.56%. In the secondcycle the average values obtained 87.55 with mastery learning achieved 94.44%. Psychomotor learningoutcomes silkus I obtained an average value of 70.3 with a passing grade achieved 50%. In the second cycle theaverage values obtained 82.83 with mastery learning achieved 83.33%. Based on the results of the second cyclecan be concluded that the boundary through the game ball to improve learning outcomes in learning volleyball.Based on the results of this study concluded that through the game of limit can improve student learningoutcomes in the game of volleyball for students of Class IV Elementary School District Gondang Blado Batangin the Academic Year 2012/2013.

Abstract

The research problem how is the level of physical fitness in healthy heart club Mugas Semarang City Year2013. The purpose of the study was to describe the level of physical fitness in healthy heart club MugasSemarang City Year 2013. The method used is an experimental method to form a one-shot case study (onetimetreatment / treatment). Based on the results of this study concluded that the level of physical fitness inhealthy heart club Mugas Semarang City Year 2013 mostly in the category of less than once with a percentageof 45%. Cause of the results of this research because of the frequency of exercise, intensity of exercise and weightloss, and nutrition. Suggestions are: 1) the need for the implementation of physical activity through sportsactivities are more weighty and appropriate skills for the members of the club, 2) The management of the cluband the coach can provide a structured program and variarif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success through volleyballunder serve application kasvo game in fourth grade student of Padas 1 state elementaryschool Grobogan regency Academic Year 2012/2013. This research is aclassroom action research was conducted in two cycles, in each cycle consisting of fourstages: planning phase, implementation phase, Observation phase and Reflec-tionphase. The subjects in this study are all fourth grade students of Padas 1 stateelementary school district Kedungjati Grobogan regency totaling 18 students, consistingof 4 sons and 14 daughters. Data analysis technique used is the percentage ofservice and instrument down on the game kasvo. From the results of the study in thefirst cycle of the material aspects of koqnitif reached 83%, 87% affective aspect , 77%psychomotor aspects, but the mastery learning students only reached 66.66% only. Sostated that in the first cycle of learning has not been successful. While in the secondcycle of achievement aspect koqnitif reached 88%, reaching 87% afektiff aspect,psychomotor aspect reaches 79%, the percentage of student mastery have reached 89%.With the attainment of class classical completeness criteria of 85% then that action canbe taken that Kasvo Application to Improve Learning result of Volleyball under ServeIn Fourth Grade Students of Padas 1 state elementary school Grobogan regencyAcademic Year 2012/2013 can be declared a success.

Abstract

Problem encountered in this study is whether learning kicking ball through thegame Septi improves the outcome of fourth grade Elementary School Ngadirgo 02students Mijen Semarang in 2013? While the purpose of this study was todetermine the enhancement of learning kicking ball using the game septi on fourthgrade stu-dents at SDN Ngadirgo 02 subdistrictMijen semarang city Year 2013.Based on the results of this study in the first cycle of 69.43% affective, cognitive66.66% and psychomotor 67.58% and in the second cycle aspect of affective is84.2%, cognitive 82.4% and psychomotor 85.1%, while the level of enthusiasm andthe students’ responses during the learning kicking the ball through the game Septiin the second cycle is very positive.Results: 1) learning to kick a ball through the game septi is more effective in thelearning process of Penjasorkes. 2) student’s enthusiasm during joining learningPenjasorkes kicking the ball through the game Septi is very high and students alsofeel happy, so indirectly, it increasees student activities covering aspects ofaffective, cognitive and psychomotor. Suggestions 1) for teacher, please be morecreative and innovative teachers in the learning process of kicking the ball in thegame of foot-ball. 2) Show lerning motivation in order to improve the learningprocess, because learning is fun.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui  motivasi masyarakat Purwodadi untuk beraktivitas gerak olahraga menyongsong kebijakan car free day di Purwodadi tahun 2013. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan survei. Dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah semua peserta yang hadir dalam acara car free day di kota Purwodadi setiap minggu berjumlah lebih 500 orang. Dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden terbagi 4 kategori usia yaitu anak-anak 25 orang, remaja 50 orang, dewasa 15 orang, serta otang tua (lansia) 10 orang. Menggunakan rumus deskkriptif prosentase (DP) untuk mencari jumlah sampel. Teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan 100 responden didapatkan data yang menunjukan bahwa motivasi masyarakat kota Purwodadi untuk berolahraga dalam kegiatan car free day tergolong tinggi, ini terbukti dengan prosentase hasil penelitian menunjukan angka 90% dari 100 responden memiliki motivasi tinggi, sedangkan sisanya 10% responden memiliki motivasi sedang dalam kegiatan car free day dan 0% motivasi rendah.Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi masyarakat Kota Purwodadi untuk beraktivitas gerak olahraga menyongsong kebijakan car free day setiap minggu di Purwodadi tergolong tinggi. Saran dalam penelitian ini bagi penyelenggara yaitu untuk senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan dengan cara memanfaatkan sekecil apapun potensi setiap instansi dan masyarakat yang ingin berpartisipasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu: Peneliti ingin mengetahui program pembinaan prestasi kelas olahraga di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto yang meliputi: Organisasi, Perekrutan Pelatih, Perekrutan Atlet, Pendanaan, Sarana dan Prasarana dan prestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah 1) Organisasi kelas olahraga SMA N 3 Purwokerto sudah berjalan sesuai tugasnya masing-masing, namun ada kekosongan di sekretaris, 2) Perekrutan Pelatih melihat ketersediaan pelatih dari KONI Banyumas, 3) Perekrutan Atlet dengan cara seleksi tes keterampilan cabang olahraga yang dikuasai dan atlet mempunyai piagam minimal tingkat kabupaten, 4) Program latihan dibuat pelatih, latihan fisik umum di Sekolah dan Latihan percabang menyesuaikan jadwal dari pelatih, 5) Sumber dana dari iuran atlet dan Dinporabudpar Kabupaten Banyumas, 6) Sarana dan Prasarana di SMA N 3 Purwokerto masing sangat standar, semua difasilitasi KONI dan Dinporabudpar Kabupaten Banyumas, 7) Prestasi atlet kelas olahraga cukup baik ditingkat Daerah, Propinsi, Nasional bahkan Internasional. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa prestasi yang diraih atlet kelas olahraga cukup baik, namun program pembinaan prestasi kelas olahraga di SMA N 3 Purwokerto belum berjalan maksimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari struktural organisasi, pendanaan, sarana dan prasarana.
