Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation tennis game in the elementary school throughout Tugu sub-subdistrict of Semarang City in 2015 and its inhibiting and supporting factors. The research method used was the survey method while the methods of collecting data were observation, interviews and research documentation. The research instrument was interview questions addressed to the Head Master, Penjasorkes Teacher and student observation.Results from this study showed that the implementation of learning tennis game runs well seen from the results of interviews with the Head Master and Penjasorkes Teacher in the Elementary Schoool throughout the Tugu Sub subdistrict of Semarang City, 2015. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation Tennis game in elementary school throughout the Tugu Subdistrict of Semarang City 2015 as a whole included in the good category.

Abstract

The purpose of this result the study learning of hockey games through the 4 Small Wicket Game in Grade VIII 3 students of Smp Muhammadiyah 4 Semarang. In this case the right is 4 semarang. research method. In practice consists of two cycles. Based on the results of the research, it showed the percentage of passing students study result in the first cycle, students who got pass score are 58.33% (21 students) and who did not pass are 41.66% (15 students). In the second cycle students who got pass score are 88.88% (34 students) and students who did not pass are 11.11% (4 students). It indicates an increase completeness of student study result is 30.55%.Based on the research’s result, it can be concluded that the use of 4 Small Wicket Game in Grade VIII 3 students is right to improve the study result of grade VIII 3 students of SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Semarang in learning hockey

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to efforts to improve learning outcomes chest stroke through the medium of learning pictograph in the deaf children class I B in the state SDLB Semarang academic year 2015. This research uses research methods class action research (PTK). In the implementation consists of two cycles. This research subject is deaf student grade I state SDLB Semarang of 10 people consisting of 4 boys and 6 students daughters. instruments used in this study was test performance of students, student observation sheet, and a written test. Based on the results of the study showed the percentage of mastery learning cycle I, phychomotor 10%, affective 40%, cognitive 40%, and mastery learning students in the classical 30% of the total number of students. In the second cycle phychomotor 80%, affective 90%, cognitive 100%, and mastery learning students in the classical 90% of the total number of students. In this research the results of the study showed improve learning outcomes in the classical 60%, cycle I 30 % to 90 % of the cycle II. Based on the results of research on top, it was concluded that the medium of learning pictograph can improved learning outcomes in the deaf children grade I State SDLB Semarang.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the conditions of fitness center business in Wonosobo regency. The aim of this study was to describe and assess the market and marketing aspects, technical and technological, organizational and management, and then economics and finance in every fitness center in Wonosobo regency. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The research locations include four places, they are Gordon Gym, Happy Fitness, Jibril Fitness, and Fitness Mandala Putra with 17 people as the object. The meethods of collecting data that authors use, which is a combined method of participatory observation, interview and documentation. Conclusions from this research is the condition of the market and marketing aspects of the four average fitness center in good condition. Suggestions given to all managers and owners of fitness centers is concerned about the quality of service by increasing and improving human resources who are competent in the field of fitness. For instructors is expected to increase his knowledge about the world of fitness, for members and stakeholders supporting the development of fitness centers in Wonosobo regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the products of The Development of Learning Colorful Balls Run for Motion Reaction of mentally disabled children of SLB Negeri Semarang grade V in the academic year of 2015.. This research is the development (research and development / R & D), which consists of 10 steps of research, namely the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, test products, product revision, trial use, testing products, mass production Because the average obtained from the experts of physical education teacher 80% (good) and from learning experts gained 92% (very good). The results of trial I product of small group on cognitive aspects was 83.53% (good), affective aspects was 82.10% (good), psychomotor aspects was 81.39% (good), the average of trial I was 82.34% (good). The results of trial II, the large group in the cognitive aspects was 85.14% (good) affective aspects was 83.76% (good) psychomotor aspects was 83.07% (good), the average of trial II was 83.99% (good). It was concluded that the development of colorful balls run game model can be used as an alternative to learn sport especially small ball game for V graders of SLB Negeri Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to to determine the motivation and interest of the community exercise bike in the city of Semarang. The population in this study werepeople who exercise bike in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study were 62 people who went through the exercise bike, especially in the car freeday Semarang Simpang five sampling incidental manner. Sampling technique used is total sampling. Data collection by survey method with questionnaire. Data from the instrument questionnaire prepared by the method of analytical description of the percentage. From the analysis shows that the majority of people in exercise bikes as motivation number 34 people in the category of good, 28 in the category very well, and no one in the category of less good or less, and their interest in a number of 23 people in the category very good , 37 people fall into either category, two people fall into the category of less good, and there is no entry in the category is less. The conclusion that the dominant of the community sample who exercise bike in the city of Semarang dominant fall into either category. These results indicate that both in terms of interest or motivationis in good category.

Abstract

This research intended to determine the influence of various exercise intensities to hydration status in cyclists based on body weight and body water alteration. This research was done by measured body weight and body water before and after exercise in various intensities. The data measured during April-June 2015 with nine cyclists of Pegasus Continental Cycling Team located in Yogyakarta. Sampling technique used total sampling. Based on One-Way ANOVA statistical analysis, showed significant differences between body weight alteration before and after exercise in light intensity, moderate intensity, and strong intensity. The result proofed by p-value 0,000<0,05. However, there are no significant differences between body water alteration in average intensity and strong intensity. From the result, we can conclude that in various exercise intensities, light, moderate, and high influence athletes hydration status based on body weight and body water alteration before and after exercise. But, body water change in average intensity and vigorous energy are not different. Whereas, body weight change in light intensity is different from the average intensity and strong intensity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the development product of smart card media for basketball learning to the four grade of SDIT Permata Hati Kecamatan Madukara Kabupaten. The study is a research and development. There are procedures of the product development based on this research, they are: (1) Analyse the product of the result of information collected, including field observation and theoritical review, (2) develop the form of the first product ( in form of basketball smart card media), (3) expert validation test that is an expert of basketball and an expert of physical learning and try out 1, (4) revision of the first product. This revision is used for an improvement toward the first product that is resulted by the researcher, (5) try out II, (6) revision of the last product that is done according to the result of the field try out, (7) the final result of the model of smart card media for basketball learning for the four grade of SDIT Permata Hati.The result of this research in try out I is resulted 85,3% that is categorized as good, and the result of the try out II is resulted 87,7% that is categorized as good, because the students are able to do those three aspects so it is acceptable to be used. So, it can be concluded that there is a difference between try out I and try out II that is 2,44%.

Abstract

This current study examines the effects of physical activity on adolescent’s mental health, in a representative sample both males and females. A total number of 256 adolescents with mean age 16.4 years participated in this study. Mental health was measured by the Mental Health Inventory (MHI-38). A questionnaire was used to estimate physical activity level. This study aims to demonstrate the relationship between PA and mental health, also the type and various levels of physical education and sport in males and females and the various dimensions of mental health. Physical activity is positively associated with mental health for males and female despite the fact that girls score lower in physical activity. Results indicate that the relationship is positive with the wellbeing and negative with distress.The findings suggest that physical activity is associated with adolescents’ mental health, and that beyond primary prevention for distress

Abstract

Organizing sports eventts or sports matches both multi-sport eventt like Popnas, PON, Sea Games or and single sport eventts such as the National Championship pool KU, Indonesia super league football, and so forth, can bring a variety of resPONses, opinions, and influence of the organization of eventts , including the effect on the income level of the surrounding population. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Results of the analysis showed that the management of sporting eventts in general have konstribusi or contribute to the income level of the surrounding population. Big contribution varies, depending on the scope and level of sporting eventts held, at the levels of International, National, Regional and district / city, a sport which was held, when the organization of sporting eventts, the factor of promotion or dissemination organizing eventts, precision types, kinds and models as well as the quality of the goods or services were sold before, during and after sporting eventts took place. Large sporting eventts contribute to the income level of the surrounding population, in general increases ranging from 15% - 35%. Conclusion, sporting eventts contributes to the income level of the surrounding population.
