Abstract

Religious counseling activities in Indonesian society has a very strategic function. The research problem is as follows : How does implementation of the decision of the Coordinator Minister for Development Monitoring and states apparatus, number: 4/KEP/MK.WASPAN/9/1999? ; What are the efforts that been made by the government in improving the competence of religious counselor?; What is factors that drive and inhibit the religious counselor in carrying out its duties and functions ?; How is the public perception about religious counselor in carrying out its duties and functions? The main source of the data of this research are observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussion, literature and document review. The research methode used in this study was qualitative research methods.

Abstract

The aim of this research are knowing the meaning of marriage for the couples of underage marriage; knowing the problems and the effect of social, law and economic and reproductive health for the marriage couple; revealing the things that underlie the society to do this kind of marriage; knowing the public response, ulama and government upon the occurrence of underage marriage and revealing the efforts being made to tackle the underage marriage in the community . This research was held in July-August 2012. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach to data collection, interviews, observation, and study documents . The results shows that the cause of this marriage are pregnant before marriage, the families urge who want have son or daughter in law, and also because of family economic problems . Mostly, the people still think that if the girls have aged over 18 years, she will be said to be an old maid , lack of socialization Marriage Act so that people do not understand the rules .

Abstract

“Di Bali, Anda tidak bisa melihat Lombok, tapi di Lombok Anda bisa melihat keduanya”. Demikianlah bunyi slogan yang tidak sekadar menjadi bahasa penarik wisatawan, melainkan memang gambaran seadanya. Di Kota Mataram, Lombok, Anda bisa menyaksikan jejeran bangunan Pura dan perkampungan Bali, sehingga seakan-akan benar-benar sedang berada di Bali. Demikian juga, ditemukan bertebaran masjid-masjid nan megah, menyadarkan bahwa kita memang sedang berada di Lombok, negeri seribu masjid. “Di Bali, Anda tidak bisa melihat Lombok, tapi di Lombok Anda bisa melihat keduanya”. Demikianlah bunyi slogan yang tidak sekadar menjadi bahasa penarik wisatawan, melainkan memang gambaran seadanya.
