Abstract

Scholarships interpreted as a form of an award given to individuals in order to continue their education to a higher level. the provision of such financial assistance granted to individuals, college students or students who are used for the continuation of education reached by the scholarship program is expected to ease the burden of students in studying in particular the issue of costs. Tsukamoto fuzzy logic reasoning is one method that can be applied to construct a system as problem solving how to determine which eligible students in obtaining scholarships on the basis of interviews conducted by the authors to the organizing committee are as follows scholarship amount of income parents, the value of the interview conditions Economic family residence criteria, and the value - average semester. Based on the results of testing this application is very helpful team selectors scholarship reception in SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta because the calculation result of this application form and then through a total score ranking system will be known to the students who deserve a scholarship. Keywords: Scholarship, Fuzzy Tsukamoto, SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta.

Abstract

Senior High School (SMA) Negeri 1 Ngemplak one of the many schools in Boyolali, the announcement about the acceptance of new students (PPDB) still uses a circular brochure. To be able to provide information services to prospective new students as consumers in Ngemplak and the general public in order to promote SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak needed an information system as a means of delivering information to the public in the form of information systems Acceptance New Students (PPDB).The purpose of this research is to make the information system admission of new students (PPDB) into a web-based computer applications, because ofthat the existing system more effective and efficient future can facilitate the operational service of reception of new students at SMA Negeri 1 Ngemplak Keyword: admission of new students, school information system

Abstract

Agriculture is an important factor supporting the resilience of a nation. Advanced agriculture will assist the state in maintaining the ability to meet the needs food for its citizens. Furthermore agriculture results can also be sold to. Agricultural progress apart from planting process factors must also be supported by information and good management processes. The process requires data management. Data processing technology currently using Information Technology. This study examines the application of information technology in libraries in Indonesia in the field of agriculture. References taken from the material functions and benefits technology information on the community and on the material needs of the data in the process of agriculture . The two topics of the library to the application of technology formulated Information in agriculture. Abstract

Patterns and lifestyle of people today lead a lot discovered problems or diseases suffered by humans that can damage the health. One of these sperm fertility problems in men who have declined in the last two decades. It was explained that environmental factors and lifestyle may affect sperm quality. Several factors can affect sperm fertility include age, high fever, smoking habits and alcohol consumption. It needs to make an application that can help diagnose early fertility of sperm. The process starts from the search criteria and make the training data by taking the results of the UCI Repository. The next step is the calculation of the K-NN method that gives results in the form of sperm diagnosis. Results of this research is a website application interface, and the results of testing the accuracy of the data K-NN performed with 60 training data and testing the data 20, obtained accuracy value by 85%. Abstract

Spinning Department V is one of the Spinning Department at PT. Sritex, Tbk. In spur the spirit of employees to improve of dedication and  their performance, then  awarded award by selecting the model employee who conducted periodically. The purpose of this study was to create a system of computerized Decision Evaluating Employee Performance Model select employees using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). To use this application, the administrator must first be included in the process. In terms of design applications, these applications using HTML and PHP software. Abstract

Baitulmal  FKAM an agency that manages the charity, donation, Charity, Endowment and Hisbah. Reporting fundraising activities using Excel is not suitable to manage donor data in large quantities purpose of this study is to create an information system reporting fundraising activities in treasury FKAM to replace excel based reporting. Abstract

Polanharjo SKPD District of Klaten regency is one government agency at any time hold a routine, of course, is in desperate need of data have accurate level, the relevance of a reliable and also has a timeliness that in getting some information that is fit for use. The design of the system are made using Context Diagram, Hierarchy Process Input Output, Data Flow Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram, Design Input, Output Design, Data Dictionary and Database Design.
