Abstract

Poverty is a condition that is below the line of minimum requirement standard values, both for food and non-food. The Government of Indonesia has various programs to overcome poverty-based assistance social, including the family hope program. This family hope program is the provision of conditional cash assistance to very poor households in which there are pregnant women, toddlers, elementary, junior high, high school, elderly, and severe disabilities. The amount of assistance obtained based on the level of family poverty with poverty level parameters is seen from the many categories of very poor households concerned along with the obligation of participants to carry out important commitments in the field of Health and Education. The purpose of this research is the development of a mobile-based poor family monitoring application using the k-means clustering method. Validity test results using sample data 21, it can be concluded that the system can group poor families into 7 clusters with a thoroughness rate of 90.4%.  Based on these results, K-Means Clustering can be said to have a high accuracy value for clustering poor families.

Abstract

The disease of kinky chili plants that often experience diseases such as brown spots on the leaves, wither Fusarium, Wilt bacteria, rotten leaves. This disease often affects these kinky chili plants can harm farmers like failing plants and can cause plants to die. The purpose of this research is to design an application used to diagnose diseases in curly chili peppers, so that by the method of certainty factors can know the type of plant diseases in curly chili peppers. The method used is a method of certainty factor because this method is used to overcome uncertainty in decision making by measuring the facts or rules. Data collection methods that include interviews with an expert, so the data can be trusted by the truth. To reinforce the research analysis is also looking for information by reading book journals, books and literature in the library and online. Steps to make an implementation of the method of certainty factor in detecting curly chili disease, it is designed to design concepts, collect data, prepare hardware and software, create an application creation diagram Modeling, testing, repair, and resolution. Based on the testing of BlackBox on the system, this system is declared functioning according to user commands. And the targeted testing of the validity of manual calculations and system calculations, declared valid with a 93.77% trust percentage value.

Abstract

BULOG has a duty to distribute subsidized rice for low-income society groups, which is realized in the implementation of Raskin (Beras Miskin) program, but BULOG Subdivre III Surakarta has not thought about the cost of transporting Raskin quite a lot, because the most important is the Raskin demand from all districts / City. The purpose of this study is to apply the North West Corner (NWC) method to determine the cost of Raskin distribution in Perum BULOG Subdivre III Surakarta, in order to facilitate the user in determining the initial solution and determining the allocation of the transportation. The North West Coner (NWC) method is expected to minimize the cost of Raskin distribution. The data computed is January 2017 data with distribution fee of Rp 908,444,756. The results of NWC implementation showed the results of the manual calculations significantly, NWC program, and software QM for Windows 3 is the same that is Rp 903.088.837. The calculation results prove the reduction of the cost of Rp 5.355.919 or 0.58% if applying the NWC Method. The North West Corner method can be the initial solution to minimize the cost of Raskin distribution in Perum BULOG Subdivre III Surakarta.

Abstract

Geografis Information System (SIG) is a computer system used to manipulate geographic data. The system is implemented with computer hardware and software that serves to init and verify data, data compilation, data storage, data changes and updates, data management and exchange, data manipulation, data calling and presentation and data analysis.In Grobogan Regency itself there are still many tourist locations that are not known to the public, especially tourists outside the area.  The number of tourist attractions in Grobogan Regency itself is approximately 21 places, both natural tourism such as Waterfalls, Sendang, Goa.Religious tourism such as Tombs or artificial tourism such as swimming pools and reservoirs.Because of the time and information, people find it difficult to know the point of location and also information from the tours located in Grobogan Regency. In this Thesis Study use the Haversine Formula Method. With analysis, system design, coding/construction, testing, and implementation. At the analysis stage, the collection of data is observation and literature studies. While the data source obtained in the form of primary data and secondary data. At the design stage of the system using Unified Modelling Language (UML) include use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. At the construction stage use google maps API, PHP and MySQL programming languages. And at the testing stage using the Blackbox technique. While the implementation of this system can be used on desktop devices. By using the search for the nearest route and can recommend it from a radius of 20 km.The expected result of this study is that the app can recommend tourist attractions based on distance and also include tourist information located in Grobogan, so that tourists can easily access the tourist attractions they want to go to.

Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk membuat kebutuhan akan makanan pokok akan selalu meningkat, terutama beras. Namun di sisi lain, dengan adanya jumlah lahan pertanian semakin menyempit akibatnya beralih fungsi lahan pertanian sebagai lahan non pertanian. Hal ini mengakibatkan produksi padi saat ini tidak mampu mengimbangi kebutuhan pangan di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi petani adalah lemahnya posisi tawar karena kurangnya akses pasar, informasi pasar, dan permodalan. Hal ini membuat petani tidak berdaya untuk menegosiasikan harga hasil panennya, sehingga petani menjual hasil panennya secara borongan kepada orang yang bermodal lebih, dimana dalam penetapan harga menjadi tidak menguntungkan bagi petani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi perubahan harga gabah kering pada panen bulan berikutnya. Informasi ini akan dijadikan acuan untuk menentukan harga jual gabah kering, sehingga kerugian dapat dikurangi. Hasil perhitungan peramalan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Times Series pada bulan Juni dengan harga gabah Rp. 4544,39 per Kilogram dengan nilai MAPE 2,68% atau akurasi tinggi.

Abstract

Y2K Batik is an SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) engaged in batik. Y2K Batik produces and sells beach wear with various motifs. One of the important things in business is inventory of merchandise, inventory of merchandise is a factor in determining the success of a trading company to achieve its goals, because the goods sold affect the level of income to increase company profits. With these considerations, it is necessary to analyze the production of beach wear for the availability of merchandise in fulfilling customer orders. Based on the above background, the scope of the problem in this study is master data collection obtained from records of selling beach batik cloth periodically from time to time. By utilizing the existing data and applying certain methods, a sales forecasting prediction can be made using the Double exponential Smoothing method. From the results of calculations and testing of forecasting data on the Mandala Motif Beach Fabric variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 2127 with an error value of 19.46% and an accuracy rate of 80.54% (Good). The Canting Motif Beach Wear variable with the most optimal value using = 0.9 of 3174 with an error value of 3.61% and an accuracy rate of 96.39% (Very Good). Double Exponential Smoothing is the most widely used method to determine the trend equation of the second smoothing data through a smoothing process. The programming language uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and the DBMS uses Microsoft SQL Server 2012. The purpose of this research is to create a system that can simplify the process of analyzing the production of beach wear in order to meet the availability of goods ordered by customers
