Abstract

Location-Based Service (LBS) is a technology based on device location information service called the Global Positioning System (GPS). Along with many types of mobile phones or handheld devices with GPS support has been widely available in the market with a relatively affordable price, this is quite advantageous, especially to be developed into effective technology-based location using a GPS device. This technology has been widely implemented to support specific business areas such as detection tools for security systems, the route guide in the transportation and tourism, and also for other fields that use geographic location systems. In this paper the author build a prototype application Tracking Position using GPS on a mobile device. That can later be exploited for the benefit in the field of transportation and security. This application is developed using Java 2 Micro Edition platform and JSR-179 Location API, as a simulation of detection of the existence of tools that can be monitored via computer by using the Internet Networks.Keyword : Location-Based System, GPS, Lacak Posisi, J2ME

Abstract

Research on pattern recognition in images has been developed. Objects can be recognized by color, texture, or shape. This study took four types of fruit as its object of apple, pear, bark, and orange. Feature extraction image taken based on the color characteristics of objects in the image of Hue Saturation Value. Characteristic images obtained were classified using k-means clustering. This experiment using 20 data has resulted in 70% accuracy. Keyword: feature extraction, Hue Saturation Value, k-means clustering, recognized of  fruit

Abstract

The Application System Cooperative Harum Sari PT. Air Mancur. Fountain is based on the design of a system consisting of Diagram Context (Context Diagram), Hierarchy Input Process Output (HIPO), Data Flow Diagram (DAD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) which consists of 13 tables, namely: A table, table goods, table suppliers, purchasing tables, table dbeli, sales table, table djual, Table returns, dretur table, table to save, borrow table, table pieces. Abstract

Expert system is a software that can replace an individual's expertise in aparticular field. Expert systems can be developed to overcome the limitations of the number of experts in aspecific field. In addition to the expert system canused to disseminate information on a particular field. As health expert system scan be used to disseminate information or  knowledge development to young couples. Research methods of observation and inference engines use the backward Chaining . Abstract

Performance evaluation of human resources needed as a benchmark employee in good condition are positively correlated with performance. This research material by taking data at CV. Solo Support Network (Networking: Internet Service Provider). Evaluation tool using two-dimensional types, namely: stress data and human resources data and processed in a statistically weighted average (interval measurement scale) and shown in the graph. The results of processing the data are analyzed, so that the obtained results of the evaluation of each employee whether kesetresan levels can affect the performance of employees.Keyword :analysis, evaluation, human resources

Abstract

Mathematics subjects need given to all students from primary schools to equip students with the ability to think logically, analytically, systematically, critically and creatively, as well as the ability to cooperate. Competence is needed so that learners can have the ability to acquire, manage, and utilize the information to survive in the ever-changing circumstances, uncertain, and competitive.Multimedia technology is one technology in the field of computers that have the ability to make media a more complete learning. Multimedia summarizes the various media in a container, thus facilitating the delivery of teaching materials and the user can engage in the learning process because the technology has the capability of multimedia interactive. This study aims to  make system modeling of fractions concepts based multimedia technology for Primary Schools (SD) with UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is using use cases, state diagrams and diagrams activity.  Results of the research is modeling system for the development of Multimedia Learning Fraction Concepts In Elementary School Key words : mathematics, multimedia, unified modeling language(UML)

Abstract

Travelling salesman problem (TSP) problem is an optimization problem to find the optimal way for the traveling salesman who wants to visit several cities, and returned to the original departure city. TSP is a difficult problem when viewed from the point of computing. Several methods have been used to solve these problems but until now not been found mangkus algorithms to solve them. The easiest way to solve TSP is to try all possible routes and find the optimal route. However, at the time of the very practical now required to complete an algorithm that quickly so that the TSP solution obtained near optimal solutions.TSP is very precise algorithm used for solving complex optimization problems and solved difficult conventional methods. Route and distance data used to determine the optimal route in the system is obtained from the survey results at the post office branch Surakarta City. The results showed that the algorithm is the shortest route from the post office to post office branch Surakarta, The implementation of this system using the programming language PHP, Dreamweaver, MySQL and Fireworks MX. Key words:  Graph algorithm, Traveling Salesman Problem, optional route
