Abstract

Today, Banyubening Hospital still use the manual information system which the data of patients are done by written the file. This method has some weaknesses, such as human error or takes a long time. The purpose of the research is to develop information system inpatient at RSI Banyubening Boyolali. The development system is the processing data of inpatient that is done by human before is changed to be computer based system. The changing is needed in order to make easier processing data and present information well to avoid some weaknesses hat are often found in the system manual processing.

Abstract

CD rental at Tisanda is uncomputerized that caused slow in time and energy-consuming transaction. Information System of CD rental is an alternative solution to solve problem in the data analysis. CD rental information system is a system that has borrowing and repayment process, including providing information about the number of existing CDs. This study discusses lending transactions, refunds, and penalties. This research method is observation, interviews, and literature. The system is built using Visual Basic as the language program and mySQL as database with mysql-connector-odbc-win32-3:51:23 as connectors. CD Rental Information System includes the CD report, rent, damage, and loss of earnings. This system is more efficient because it can minimize data storage. In addition, it takes less energy and need a short time to input data or reports and data can be accessed more quickly than before. Rental Information System at Tisanda also uses a barcode reader so the transactions can be faster.

Abstract

Pada era teknologi informasi seperti sekarang ini, sangatlah dibutuhkan informasi yang dapat menunjang dalam pengambilan keputusan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi inventory yang ada pada CV. Haruming Estu ini belum optimal, karena masih menggunakan cara manual. Walaupun sudah menggunakan komputer akan tetapi komputer yang digunakan selama ini hanya digunakan untuk membantu pengetikan biasa dan belum digunakan seoptimal mungkin untuk mengolah data menjadi informasi-informasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuat sistem informasi inventory berbasis komputer sebagai alternatif untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam pengolahan data inventory pada sistem yang lama.  Sistem informasi inventory yang akan dibuat ini dibangun dan dikembangkan menggunakan pemodelan data dengan DFD, ERD dan Kamus Data, diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Delphi serta pemanfaatan database Paradox dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan datanya. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi inventory yang memanfaatkan teknologi komputer sebagai alat bantunya, maka informasi secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat akan dapat dipenuhi. Informasi yang diperoleh dari pemrosesan data yang diterima pemakai dapat digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan serta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja perusahaan. Informasi yang dihasilkan dari sistem informasi inventory ini  yaitu laporan data barang, laporan data pemasok, laporan data pemborong, laporan data transaksi pembelian, laporan data transaksi penjualan, laporan data retur pembelian, dan laporan data retur penjualan.

Abstract

Lecture Scheduling System STIE Wijaya Mulya Surakarta currently using a  manual system in which all of the input data and the scheduling process is done manually so it is less efficient because it requires a relatively long time. Scheduling of lectures conducted by the head of each department of study programs in Accounting andManagement. Print schedule of lectures conducted by using Ms. Word. Manually scheduling process allows for human  error,  which  can  lead  to  conflicting  schedules  classes  in  the  absence  of  validation  when  scheduling process.  The purpose of this study was to  develop a system of scheduling lectures there on STIE Wijaya Mulya Surakarta. The system developed is scheduling classes that were previously done manually, converted into the form of an application program to be run by the Administration section. This cha nge is necessary in order to simplify, speed up and minimize errors in the process of scheduling lectures are often encountered in scheduling system manually.  System development using a structured method. The system is built to match the needs STIE Wijaya Mulya Surakarta. The system is built by using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as the database. The system is equipped with validation in the process of scheduling so as to minimize errors when inputting data or when the scheduling process. This system has been  tested using blackbox methods and software quality measurement in this study using the method of McCall with the value 78.817%.   From the test results, this system is expected to facilitate and expedite the scheduling of lectures that can be applied to STIE  Wijaya Mulya Surakarta.

Abstract

The scholarship provided for the students who are taking either D3 or bachelor degree (S1) in STMIK SinarNusantara is alocated from Dirjen DIKTI which in here is represented by Regional VI of Kopertis throughSTMIK Sinar Nusantara. So far, the selection process of the scholarship receiver candidates is still carried outmanually so that it is possible enough to have unwanted mistakes appeared either in the data recording process or the determination of the scholarship receiver candidates. To overcome the mentioned problem, it is necessary to develop a decision support system in determining the candidates  of the scholarship receiver. This decision support system has 9 criterion and uses mathematic model. The system which is developed uses the help of data flow diagram and entity relationship diagram. the result of this prototype will be able to help the selection team in scoring the candidates whether they are less proper, proper, or very proper to get the scholarship. The score ranking will be able to help the selection team in determining the scholarship receiver.
