Abstract

This development research aims to produce multimedia-based multimedia learning products that are valid and effective against the improvement of material understanding on the students of Basketball Coaching of Sports Education Department of Semarang State University. Research development is done through the steps: potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, product revisions, usage trials, product revisions, and mass production. The developed learning media contains basketball arbitration material that is a violation and foul signals, violation moves, fouls practiced by visuals, as well as games equipped with videos and quizzes. The result of the assessment effective learning media to increase students' understanding. In small groups, there was an increase from 75.26 to 84.74 with tvalue = 4.869 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. After the media revision and tested in large groups, material understanding increased from 75.33 to 89.33 with tvalue = 6.548 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. It was concluded that multimedia-based learning media developed pertained valid and effective as well as learning media can be accessed by using the laptop by installing adobe flash first and smartphone because this media already equipped with APK application so that direct can be used a smartphone by installing it.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant relationship between body mass index on the speed of punching Gyaku-Tsuki, to analyze the significant relationship between leg muscle strength to the speed of punching Gyaku-Tsuki, and to analyze the significant relationship between arm muscle strength to the speed of punching Gyaku-Tsuki. This research is non-experimental quantitative research. The research design used is a correlation design. In this study, researchers used total sampling. The variable is divided into two independent variables, body mass index, leg muscle strength, and arm muscle strength. While the dependent variable is the speed of punching Gyaku-Tsuki. Techniques data collection uses tests and measurements. Data analysis used simple regression and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that body mass index only contributes 2.8%, leg muscle strength is only 4%, arm muscle strength is only 2.9%, and body mass index, leg muscle strength, and arm muscle strength only 4.8%. The conclusions of this study are body mass index factor, leg muscle strength, arm muscle strength does not have a significant relationship to the speed of punching Gyaku-Tsuki either alone or together.

Abstract

The design of training for children is required to be creative and innovative. One of them is making game-based learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of game-based circuit training models and leg length on the speed of a 60-meter sprint run of students at Jobokuto 1 Elementary School, Jepara. This study uses a sample of grade IV students Jobokuto 1 Elementary School, Jepara, with a total of 38 students. Data collection techniques using sprint 60-meter sprint test. The research method uses experimental research so that the data analysis technique used is the Anova formula with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the research test. There is a difference in the effect of training circuit training with the play model on the result of the sprint speed of 60-meters. There is a difference of influence of leg length with low limb and leg category to result of sprint speed of 60. There is an interaction between the training circuit training method and the leg length to the result of the sprint speed of 60-meters. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is the athletic game of the color play model is feasible and acceptable or used in the lesson penjasorkes athletic learning materials in Elementary School.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to introduce woodball sports towards elementary school students with modified tools and test the effectiveness of woodball kids in the physical education and health science learning in the small ball games of elementary school. This research method used research and development. The results of the research are tools and models of woodball kids games as an introduction to woodball sports in elementary school. The effectiveness of the tool in use is validated by woodball tool experts of 93% and the sports education expert of 96% in the good category. Tools and games used 48 students of 90% in the good category. The conclusions of this study are an effective woodball kids model has been produced to introduce woodball sports in physical education learning in elementary school. The important finding that underlies the creation of this woodball kids tool is the development of a woodball game model combined with the physical education where the woodball kids game model in the learning process uses media such as the woodball kids tool developed in this study. It is suggested that this woodball kids tool can be used for all elementary school students because it has proven effective as a learning medium.

Abstract

Improving teacher competencies, especially in paedagogic competencies need to be academic supervision with follow-up collegial dialogical coaching so that academic supervision has an important position in improving the quality of the learning process. The purpose of this study was to provide an alternative supervision instrument as a tool to observe student learning behavior and teach students to teachers, improve teacher skills in teaching students, which develops sustainably, thus impacting the development of student behavior, and the development of teacher creativity in finding alternative solutions to problems in school infrastructure. This research was conducted with the approach/method of development research (Research and Development), developing sports physical health and education learning supervision devices which included: preliminary studies, preparation of the initial draft of the instrument, expert validation for the initial draft, small scale trial (limited), revision product, broad-scale test (large), product revision of broad-scale test, and the formation of final product model for physical education learning supervision instrument. The results of the study showed that the supervision instruments for Physical Education in Primary Schools were developed from existing classroom supervision instruments. The instrument of supervision of development results consists of two instruments namely learning planning instruments and instruments for implementing learning. Each instrument consists of indicators that are clarified with descriptors as a guide to make it easier for supervisors to supervise.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to produce special tool product for woodball swing basic techniques for Student Activity Units members of the Universitas Negeri Semarang and produce effective tools for the use in the formation process of good and correct basic techniques. This research method used research and development methods. The research results in the form of swing tool product for the woodball swing basic techniques, it is a wood swing, and this tool model is made to facilitate the formation of basic swing techniques. The effectiveness of the tool that is validated by woodball tool experts is 96.4% and woodball trainers 96%, it is in a good category. 41 students use the wood swing tool, 90% in the good category. The conclusion of this study is: it has produced effective swing wood swing tools for the formation of basic techniques for woodball swing. A significant finding that underlies the formation of the wood swing tool is the development of a swing plane model in which the wood swing tool model is devoted to woodball sports. It is suggested that the wood swing tool can help the achievements of woodball athletes at the world level.

Abstract

This research is conducted based on the athletes’ problems during gating drill. Therefore, the researcher is interested in researching the development of the drill tool to improve the basic swing technique in woodball sports. The objectives of this study are to: (1) produce a drill tool for gating technique for Central Java Woodball athletes. (2) Know the effectiveness of the toll for basic gating techniques training skills for Central Java woodball athletes. This research was development research that was conducted in Central Java; the purpose was to produce gating drill tool products. The subject of this study involved 7 Central Java athletes. Through development research steps to produce products, the final product was obtained in the form of gating drill development model. The indicators of the success of this product are in the form of analysis of observations, questionnaires, discussions with woodball experts, woodball trainers, Central Java woodball athletes, and the documentation of all test subjects in the research. The conclusions of this study are (1) Gating drill products are feasible and can be used as a means of gating drill for Central Java Woodball athletes. (2) The gating drill product is effectively used as a tool to improve the basic swing technique of woodball on Central Java Woodball athletes. The results of the analysis related to the effectiveness of the use of gating drill tools reached a good category. Hence, it is concluded that the tool was suitable for use as a gating drill tool.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze local government policies on the development and development of sports and health physical education teachers in West Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. The methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study were government agencies including Commission I DPRD, Department of Youth and Sports Education and Chairperson of MGMP Physical education Junior High School. Data is analyzed by triangulating data. The results of this study indicate that the local government policy on coaching and development of sports physical and health education teachers for Junior High School in West Sumbawa regency is seen in terms of policy program activities in improving teacher coaching and development in the form of activity programs contained in the Management Official Decree West Sumbawa Regency Regional Finance Number 23 of 2017 "Regarding the approval of the budget for the implementation of the regional work unit (DPA-SKPD) Department of Department of Youth and Sports Education West Sumbawa Regency's. Conclusions from the results of the research on local government policy on coaching and development of sports physical and health education teachers for Junior High School in West Sumbawa Regency have generally existed in general but specifically for coaching and development of sports and health physical education teachers do not yet exist. Therefore, it is hoped that the local government should make local regulations (PERDA) which regulates the policy on coaching and development teachers of sports physical education and health Junior High School in West Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

To discuss culture, there is a scope of understanding the form and content of culture that has been clearly explained by Soekanto (2007) about universal cultural elements, as follows: (1) tool and equipment, (2) livelihood, (3) social system, (4) language, (5) art, (6) knowledge system, (7) religion. The research design is a plan and structure is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use triangulation and with (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) conclusions. The results of this study: (1) the value of sports in culture associated with tools and equipment, (2) the value of sports in culture related to livelihoods, (3) the value of sports in culture related to social systems, (4) the value of sports in culture related to language, (5) the value of sports in culture related to art, (6) the value of sports in culture related to knowledge systems, (7) the value of sports in culture related to religion. Conclusion: that the value of sports in culture is related to 7 elements of culture Anak Dalam ethnic so much to study and analyze the implications of this research can add information and insight. Suggestions for the local government must pay more attention to the existence of Anak Dalam ethnic.

Abstract

This is a qualitative study using the survey method, which was located at TGB Andika Balapulang Club, Tegal district with information sources including chairpersons or administrators of clubs, coaches, athletes, talent guides, and trainees' parents. The data was taken using three techniques: interview, observation, documentation. The results were as follows: achievement coaching patterns were said to be good, in each exercise using match simulation patterns, using this survival simulation and attacking simulation made it easy for trainees to face each tournament followed, the training program was categorized as good, because the training program was adapted to the PSSI standard curriculum for Early childhood children and programs were planned according to plan and tiered, funding sources were categorized as Less, funding was still lacking so that parents and communities around often contribute when the role of coach was said to be good, able to motivate students to be enthusiastic in training and be able to achieve, means and enough infrastructure, because some were in accordance with PSSI standards, the role of the board was categorized as good, the management carried out by the management supports the running of the vision and mission of the Club, the parents were very supportive and good community support. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that a good coaching process includes all components starting from the management with good management, creative and competent coaches plus material, moral support from trainees' parents and adequate facilities and infrastructure.
