Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan mengenai penerapan strategi marketing mix dalam rangka menarik minat peserta didik baru di MTsN 10 Magetan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan panyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MTsN 10 Magetan berhasil menerapkan strategi marketing mix sebagai upaya meningkatkan minat dan jumlah peserta didiknya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi marketing mix tersebut terdiri dari 7P yaitu product (produk), price (harga), place (lokasi), promotion (promosi), people (SDM), physical evidence (bukti fisik), dan process (proses). Produk yang ditawarkan adalah sekolah memiliki peminatan kelas yaitu peminatan kelas reguler dan kelas program (sains, tahfidz dan olahraga). Biaya sekolah gratis mulai dari pendaftaran hingga lulus bahkan diberikan seragam sekolah. Promosi dilakukan dalam bentuk periklanan (media sosial dan media cetak), hubungan dengan masyarakat, mulut ke mulut dan pemasaran secara langsung. SDM yang dimiliki cukup berkualitas dan terus melakukan pengembangan. Bukti fisik sekolah memiliki sarana prasarana yang memadai dan terus diperbarui. Adapun proses yang dilakukan sudah terencana dengan baik mulai awal pendaftaran hingga peserta didik lulus.

Abstract

Abstract Innovation in Education is an effort to develop and update the quality of education in order to achieve the expected goals. This process requires cooperation by all members under the auspices of a school. To be a transformational leader, a leader must work to acquire all four internal components. This can be achieved in several ways, including: (1) Formulate a clear vision. (2) Manage the implementation of the vision to establish a clear vision. (3) Provide motivation to all components, (4) Be creative and innovative, (5) Create a learning-oriented organizational culture. The leadership management system can develop a work culture by applying several strategic methods as follows: (1) Creating and implementing a vision and concept of work that is competitive and dynamic in an organizational institution, (2) Building good communication skills, (3) Establishing cooperation with several communities and organizations. The writing of this article uses the Literature Study method with literature review and descriptive. The results describe the role of transformational leadership in the development of innovation and Work Culture in educational organizations. Abstrak Inovasi dalam Pendidikan menjadi Upaya untuk mengembangkan dan memperbaharui kualitas Pendidikan agar tercapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Proses ini diperlukan Kerjasama oleh seluruh anggota yang bernaung dalam suatu sekolah. Untuk menjadi pemimpin transformasional, seorang pemimpin harus bekerja untuk memperoleh keempat komponen internal tersebut. Hal tersebut dapat ditempuh dengan beberapa cara, diantaranya: (1) Merumuskan visi yang jelas. (2) Mengelola implementasi visi untuk menetapkan visi yang jelas. (3) Memberikan motivasi kepadal seluruh komponen, (4) Bersikap kreatif dan inovatif, (5) Menciptakan budaya organisasi yang berorientasi pada pembelajaran. Adapun system manajemen kepemimpinan dapat mengembangkan budaya kerja dengan menerapkan beberapa metode strategies sebagai berikut: (1) Menciptakan dan menerapkan sebuah visi dan konsep bekerja yang bersifat kompetitif dan dinamis dalam suatu Lembaga organisasi, (2) Membangun kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, (3) Menjalin kerja sama dengan beberapa komunitas dan organisasi. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode Studi Pustaka dengan kajian literatur dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pengembangan inovasi dan Work Culture dalam organisasi Pendidikan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang dapat meningkatkan fasilitas dan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini mencakup strategi perencanaan, alokasi anggaran pendidikan dalam meningkatkan fasilitas dan infrastruktur, serta evaluasi dan akuntabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perencanaan yang melibatkan pengembangan dan pemeliharaan fasilitas dan infrastruktur. Perencanaan anggaran dilakukan melalui Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja (RAPB), yang mengalokasikan dana untuk perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, inventarisasi, dan pencoretan. Pembiayaan pendidikan menjadi faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proses pendidikan dan merupakan aspek penting dalam studi manajemen pendidikan. Evaluasi dan akuntabilitas biasanya dilakukan secara tahunan dalam implementasinya.

Abstract

This article examines how the inmplementation of management from a laboratory at SMK Muhammadiyah Pagelaran sees from how the initial planning is carried out from the planning process for determining laboratory prutas, planning the schedule of laboratory activities, to the procurement planning process, organizing so that the guidance of laboratory management is achieved, the implementation carried out by laboratory officers must be in accordance with their responsibilities so that the management process runs in accordance with its function and the supervision carried out to find out how the suitability and problems that occur when laboratory management occurs. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation is carried out in the laboratory of SMK Muhammadiyah Pagelaran, this article uses a research method using interviews with direct speakers and direct observation on the object of research. From this research, it was found that the management carried out in the laboratory of SMK Muhammadiyah Pagelaran has been good with the creation of the laboratory structure, management decree, competent laboratory officers, supervision that has been carried out, but there are several things that need follow-up improvement in terms of the implementation of responsibilities, the procurement process and maintenance of practical equipment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi strategi membangun organisasi pembelajar di SD Islam YMI 01. Penelitian tentang strategi membangun organisasi pembelajar ini menarik karena bisa dijadikan contoh untuk sekolah lain. SD Islam YMI 01 adalah sekolah dasar tertua yang diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Keunggulan kompetitif yang ditawarkan adalah budaya belajar yang kondusif dengan kurikulum terpadu. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukan bahwa strategi membangun organisasi pembelajar berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus dengan 14 orang responden yang dipilih secara purposive dan snowball smpling. Mereka adalah kepala sekolah, pengurus yayasan, ketua komite sekolah, Enam orang guru, dan lima orang siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi membangun organisasi pembelajar dilakukan dengan tiga hal, yaitu: perubahan visi dan misi, peningkatan kapasitas dan kompetensi guru, dan pembentukan tim belajar. Tiga hal ini dilakukan oleh SD Islam YMI 01 untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif sekolah adalah dalam rangka mempertahankan eksistensi dan mengembangkan kualitas sekolah

Abstract

This study examines the role of educational organizations, specifically MGMP and GPAI, in enhancing teacher professionalism in Bogor, West Java. Qualitative research methods, including observations, interviews, and document analysis, were employed to investigate the activities, collaboration, and impact of these organizations. The findings indicate that MGMP and GPAI play a crucial role in promoting collaboration among teachers, sharing best practices, and improving teaching methods and curriculum development. The support from school management and local government is essential for the success of these organizations. Implementing relevant and effective programs has resulted in improved teaching quality and better student learning outcomes. The study emphasizes the importance of sustaining and reinforcing the involvement of MGMP and GPAI in Bogor's education system. Recommendations include increasing teacher participation, developing comprehensive professional development programs, fostering collaboration among educational institutions, local government, and the community, and exploring additional factors influencing teacher professionalism. Future research should encompass a broader geographical area and consider variables like motivation, job satisfaction, and leadership within educational organizations. Strengthening teacher professionalism through collaboration and organizational support not only benefits teachers and students directly but also contributes to the overall development of education in Bogor, West Java.

Abstract

ABSTRACK This research discusses Character Education Management at MTs Ma'arif 20 Kalirejo, Central Lampung. The concept discussed is the pattern of character growth of students, which is supported by various elements such as madrasa activities, rules and content of Islamic education lessons at MTs Ma'arif 20 Kalirejo, Central Lampung. Apart from these supporting factors, there are several strategies to advance the concept of character education management, including example, learning, empowerment, acculturation, training, and assessment. Currently, character has a crucial role in human life, especially for the nation's next generation. Therefore, character education is very important in the school environment. However, achieving character values ​​must be implemented through effective management. Character education management is a planned effort to ensure that students know, care about, and internalize values ​​so that they can develop their unique character. This process involves planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring.

Abstract

The role of the government and Islamic educational institutions in responding to social problems and the natural environment in Indonesia is urgent. In this context, Pesantren as part of Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is also expected to contribute greatly in overcoming these problems. Through a normative-philosophical approach, this qualitative study aims to identify the taxonomic form of Islamic education in regulations related to the orientation of organizing Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The primary data of this study is the document of Law No.18/2019 on Pesantren. The concept of transcendent taxonomy formulated by Ah. Zakki Fuad became the foundation of the perspective. Data collection using documentation techniques, and data analysis includes reduction, presentation, and verification. This study confirms the existence of theocentric (ilahiyat) and anthropocentric (insaniyat) dimensions as a transcendent taxonomy in regulations related to the orientation of Pesantren education. The theocentric dimension can be seen in the formation and strengthening of students who are faithful and pious. Then, the anthropocentric dimension can be seen in the formation of students who are knowledgeable, humanist, tolerant, moderate, and nationalist. This study confirms that the cosmocentric (kawniyat) dimension as part of the transcendent taxonomy is explicitly-normatively not yet included in the regulations related to the orientation of the Pesantren implementation in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for the Indonesian government to pay further attention to include the cosmocentric dimension in the Pesantren regulation.
