This research is motivated by the number of teenagers in South Bungus Village shows behavior that is less good, which is suspected because of the way early married parents that has not seen the emotional stability in educational communication and behave in front of teenagers. This study aims to reveal the educational communication early married parents with teenagers, well behavior in early married parents, and the relationship between educational communication with teenagers well behavior in early married parents. This study used correlational research with population of all teenagers of early married parents in South Bungus Padang City by using Area Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, data collection tool questionnaire with percentage data analysis using Product Moment formula to see the relationship of both variables. The results showed that educational communication of early married parents applied to teenagers is categorized low that can be seen from the highest score found in the scores rarely, the behavior of adolescent propriety in early married parents categorized low seen from the highest score is on the score rarely, and there is a significant relationship between educational communication with teenagers well behavior in early married parents in South Bungus Padang City. Suggestions for this research is to parents who marry early to be better communicate at the time of educating children so that they can behave well and politely later.Keywords: Educational Communication, Teenagers well Behavior

This research is motivated by quite high aggressive behavior in Jorong Alahan Panjang Kabupaten Solok. This study aims to find parenting levels, aggressive behavior of adolescents, and the relationship between Parenting Parenting with Aggressive Behavior teenagers in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The population in this study amounted to 74 people. The number of samples in this study amounted to 37 people taken 50% of the population using Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, and data collection tools sheets of statements. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage and Product Moment. The results of the study found that parenting in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District is in the less good category, Aggressive Behavior of adolescents are in high enough category, and there is a significant relationship between Parenting Parenting with Aggressive Behavior of adolescents in Jorong Alahan Panjang Solok District.Keywords: Parenting, Aggressive Behavior

This research was motivated by the success of the Baburrahmah Tahfidzul Qur'an, because there was a significant increase in the number of santri within the six months since the establishment of the Baburrahmah Qur'an Tahfidzul Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the tahfidz program in terms of coordination between the implementers, program administration, and the application of the tahfidz program rules. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were students in Pondok Tahfidzul Baburrahmah Qur'an, totaling one hundred and fifty people and the sample in this study amounted to thirty-five people. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using structured interview techniques and data analysis techniques were obtained using a percentage formula. The results of the study show that: the Baburrahmah Pondok Tahfidzul Qur'an program is categorized very well.Keywords: Program Implementation, Tahfidzul Qur'an

This research is motivated by the high participation of citizens of learning in following the learning of sewing. This is due to the Instructor's personality competence in teaching. The purpose of research to see the Competence Personality Instructor training tailoring in the Social Institution Bina Remaja Harapan Padang Panjang. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach. Population 40 people while the sample amounted to 30 people, namely 69% of the population, sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire. The result of the Instructor personality competence picture is seen from; (1) acting in accordance with the norm, (2) being honest, noble and exemplary, (3) steady person, (4) having a high work ethic with very good classification of percentage can be categorized. Conclusion Instructors have a high personality competence from aspects of norms, personal noble character and be role model, personal steady, and has a work ethic. Suggestion of this research for Instructor to increase personality competence as an educator and professional trainer.Keywords: Personality Competency, Instructors, Learning Sewing

Being an educator for early childhood has a different challenge with educators in other age groups, because early childhood have different characteristics. One of the things that educators need to understand is that early childhood children have the ability to concentrate/focus very limited attention. The ability to bring creative learning media can make the learning process for early childhood always attract and provoke a child's curiosity, so that children are able to take longer learning activities. Decoupage creativity is one of the learning media that can be used by educators in stimulating early childhood intelligence. Background of this research is motivated by the success of a gold thread embroidery program in PKBM Ar-Raudah Naras 1 Kota Pariaman. This was evidenced by the increasing number of learning citizens from year to year, the high enthusiasm of the learning community and the high enthusiasm of the residents to learn to embroider gold thread training activities. This research is a descriptive study, with a population of learning population totaling 32 people, the sample was taken 72% of the population, namely 22 people with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling. Techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the implementation of the practice method in the initial activity was very good category, the application of the practice method in the core activities was very good category, and the application of the practice method in the category evaluation activity was very good. It is suggested to Instructors to improve the application of practice methods on initial activities, core activities and evaluation activities, and for other researchers to be able to examine other factors that have not been examined in this study relating to the application of practice methods.Keywords: Practice Method, Embroider Training

This research is based on the low learning interest of learners of learning abacus in batusangkar, allegedly lack of credibility of tutor in teaching and learning process. This study aims to find out how the relationship Between the credibility of tutors with interest in learning learning abacus in batusangkar.This study is a correlational quantitative research with a population of fifty students with a sample of threety five students where sampling was carried out using the stratified random sampling technique. To collect data used questioner technique and data collection tool in the form of questionnaire.The results showed that (1) the credibility of abacus tutoring tutors in batusangkar was not good, (2) the learning interest of abacus tutoring students in batusangkar was low, and (3) there was a significant relationship between the credibility of tutors and students' learning interest. Suggested tutors can increase credibility in teaching and learning process of learning abacus in batusangkar.Keywords: Credibility Tutor, Interest to Learn

Efforts to achieve sustainable development targets provide opportunities for various non-school education service programs such as those organized by PKBM. The non-formal education program held was based on counseling, training and mentoring programs. The program is used to assist in solving problems that arise in the application of innovation in the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study design. The results showed that the economic growth program was in the form of training programs and literacy learning to the community oriented to increasing productivity, investment, expanding opportunities and absorption of labor, reducing unemployment, disseminating innovation through the capacity to support science and technology, and increasing competitiveness.Keywords: PKBM, Economic Growth, Welfare, SDG’s
