Abstract

The fi nancial relationship between central and local government can be defi ned as a system that regulates how some funds were divided among various levels of government as well as how to fi ndsources of local empowerment to support the activities of the public sector.Fiscal decentralization is the delegation of authority granted by the central government to theregions to make policy in the area of   fi nancial management.One of the main pillars of regional autonomy is a regional authority to independently manage thefi nancial area. State of Indonesia as a unitary state of Indonesia adheres to a combination of elementsof recognition for local authorities to independently manage fi nances combined with the element oftransferring fi scal authority and supervision of the fi scal policy area.General Allocation Fund an area allocated on the basis of the fi scal gap and basic allocation whilethe fi scal gap is reduced by the fi scal needs of local fi scal capacity. Fiscal capacity of local sources offunding that comes from the area of   regional revenue and Tax Sharing Funds outside the ReforestationFund.The results showed that the strengthening of local fi scal capacity is in line with regional autonomy.

Abstract

The empowerment of small industry of woven bamboo craftsmen in the village of Karayunan that is carried out by the Department of Small and Medium Enterprises Group of Industry and Trade ofMajalengka District has not been optimal. Therefore, the department seeks (1) to make an increaseof access and market share, which are promotion and information, giving an aid in supplying theproduction tolls; (2) to engage in the exhibition; (3) to make a socialization of Training Center and (4)to conduct motivation skills training such as a small industry of food in the district of Majalengka. Therole of small industry of woven bamboo is suffi ciently increased people’s incomes, this thing can be seenfrom the employment. The inhibiting factors of the empowerment of small industry of woven bamboocraftsmen are the limited fund; still using simple equipments; lack of marketing and lack of educationof the craftsmen and work force.

Abstract

Development of character education models in the family in the true Islamic perspective departs from the efforts of parents to educate their children by elaborating some models are exemplifi ed byeducation experts from a variety of references including how to educate families using the propositionsof Islamic legal sources that exist both Qu’an/Hatits, Ijma friends and Qiyas, so the expectations ofparents to off spring be useful for children religion, homeland and nation can be realized and gets thepleasure of Allah SWT.

Abstract

AbstractCorruption is a problem it should be a concern to everyone. One of the causes that is the low morale as well as offi cials and public awareness about corruption itself. Minimize the movement habitsand corruption are other alternatives that should be pursued by the government. Space is narrowedin the implementation of government services, so the opportunity to behave corruption can be eroded.Some things you can minimize the space for corruption is anti-corruption education, standard operatingprocedures services, e-services and increase community participation.

Lawin the discussion of this article is the formal state law and the meaning of power is the power of government (government authority). Embody ideas, values,goals become a matter of law that requiredafactual power or driving force or power required. What is meant by such a power is the power tocarryout the function of the law. Law without power will stay as adesires or mereide as that will nevermaterialize.Legaland in deed must, and absolute powert o complement  each other, but the law could beleftt idalahridden by power or political power.
