Abstract

This paper intends to find out the development of the basic values of Pancasila in the millennial era, this is based on observations of the current millennial society and students through the help of social media. Where from the results of observations of social media, the community and students have decreased in understanding and implementing the basic values of Pancasila in society, nation and state. This phenomenon can be seen from the waning practice of the five precepts of Pancasila due to the large number of foreign cultures entering the Indonesian state that affect the community, as well as the younger generation. Therefore learning about Pancasila education is very important in this millennial era to save the basic values of Pancasila which are starting to fade.

Abstract

This article was created to provide a discussion that the legalization of the prostitution business cannot be legalized for the collective benefit of the community from a normative and economic perspective. The choice of the topic of this article is motivated by the author's personal awareness of normative issues in society. In addition, the researcher also tries to prove the consequences of this legalization on the discourse on gender equality and how the main problem of disparity between male-female competencies will not be resolved in this regard. Not only do we need to change the norms in society for this legalization to work, but also how fundamental changes to Indonesian law, such as the Marriage Law, are also needed and certainly require a lot of resources. Interesting discourse circulating in social circles regarding legalizing prostitution that prostitution is an immoral activity, or my body my choice, and claims that legalizing will create a better working environment for prostitutes are some of the elements of this article. Do not forget a study of the validity/absoluteness of a person's right to freedom to choose anything for himself.

Abstract

The existence of technological advances provides opportunities for the development of technological applications. The use of technology that is not based on knowledge of the rule of law can lead to violations, and does not rule out the possibility of violations to the detriment of the creator. With the internet network will increase the number of violations because it can be seen by the wider community. Copyright is regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 (Copyright Law) concerning Copyright. The law explains that copyright is part of the intellectual property rights of protected objects. In fact, even though the Indonesian people have used the new copyright law (UUHC), there are still many copyright violations. Like what Warkopi did to Warkop DKI, Warkopi imitated the clothes and characters of Dono, Kasino, and Indro without permission, all three of whom were considered to have committed plagiarism as well as copyright infringement. Therefore, the state must provide legal protection as a form of appreciation for the creation.
