Abstract

Titanium alloy Ti6Al4V is a material that has a combination of mechanical properties required for implants such as good ductility, high corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility, so it is widely used as a material for biomedical implant applications. One method that is currently widely used to produce Ti6Al4V implants is by using the metal injection molding (MIM) process. The MIM process is widely used because it can produce parts more effectively, and low-cost production. One of the important factors in the MIM process is the powder loading of metal powders and the binder system used as feedstock material. So, it is necessary to conduct further studies and in-depth literature review related to this matter. Literature search using the ScienceDirect, a digital database and limited to year 2011-2020. The results of the study show that both the binder and powder loading systems have an influence on the mechanical properties of the injection product, the results are evident that the viscosity of the feedstock decreases with the increase in the shear rate.

Abstract

One of the problems that often occur in the field of legal metrology is fraud of the metrology sign (CTT). This research focuses on the fraud that occurs in the Measuring Equipment and Equipment (UTTP) type of fuel measuring pump (PU) where there are cases of fraudsters opening the outer protective body of PU BBM and breaking the CTT attached to the measuring body. This study aims to create a security system in the form of an additional lock that will be placed outside the PU BBM measuring body so that only the owner can enter. The working principle of this system uses RFID for authentication, solenoid door lock as a lock and SIM800L for sending SMS notifications. The results obtained from this study are the percentage of success of RFID against the solenoid door lock for suitable access taps is 93% with an average response time of 0.78 seconds while for unsuitable access taps is 100% with an average response time during 0.72 seconds. Then, the success percentage of RFID against SIM800L for the appropriate access tap was 87% with an average response time of 20.87 seconds while for unsuitable access taps was 93% with an average response time of 18.22 seconds.

Abstract

Electrical energy is closely related to human life today. This is because many electronic goods can be used in the presence of electrical energy. The more population and needs for the electronic goods, more  greater the needs of electricity. Because this is very important, a study of electrical energy is needed. The purpose of this research is to calculate the electrical power stored in ginger, in the form of slurry and extraction solution. This research is an experimental research. The data taken is the amount of voltage and current with variations in the mass and type of ginger. The results obtained from this study are when the ginger is in the form of slurry, the largest electric power is in red ginger with a value of 180.3802 microWatt. Meanwhile, when it is in the form of extraction solution, the greatest value is found in emprit ginger with a power of 106, 3404 microWatt.

Abstract

The process of selecting assistants at a faculty is generally based on requirements such as GPA, year of class, even some are accepted subjectively because of the direct assessment of a lecturer who is also the head of the laboratory. This form of election isn’t problematic as long as the student is indeed worthy of being an assistant. However, the documentation of such an admissions system is often not traceable. Therefore, an application for the assistant selection process is indispensable to make the process more documented and objective. Based on the conditions for accepting assistants that have previously been implemented, the Weighted Product decision support system method can be used in the weighting process because it is more specific to the value weights in each criterion and the Weighted Sum Model can be used for the ranking process so that the decision results can be precise, fast and objective. The results obtained were 100% test from the interface side and then the results of the study were in the form of a website-based information system for selecting laboratory assistants based on the criteria for GPA, practical course scores, specificity course scores and question scores.

Abstract

One of several algorithms in cryptography is the Hill Cpher method. This method is used in randomizing the contents of the message using a password key in the form of a matrix with the order MXM. The product in this research is a simulation design to explain how a plaintext message is converted into cipher text with encryption and decryption processes and vice versa from ciphertext to paintext through multiplication and inverse matrix operations. using Microsoft Excel (MS Excel). In this study, a matrix with order 2x2 and modulo 26 was used. This simulation design shows how the work process visually for each step in the process of changing the message content in the Hill Cipher method. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a learning medium by the community, especially students and lecturers, to increase understanding and broaden their horizons about the Hill Cipher method in cryptography lectures.

Abstract

Student communities is an unit which responsible for various activities whether an academic or non-academic activities. The service quality given by student communities has huge impact towards involvement of student into every activities/event held by internal campus or any others campus,  which is in wide specs  affected the value of a  university. The service quality given by Student Communities affected by the knowledge level which  every staff of SC  supposed  to have. The goal of the research is to measure the knowledge gap and to find out the cause. The methods used to measure the value of gap knowledge is IPA, meanwhile the method used to analyzing the problem is RCA. Application of IPA method dividing the level of importance into 4 quadrant, consist of quadrant 1  (Concentrate These), quadrant II (Keep Up The Good Work) , quadrant III (Low Priority) and quadrant IV (Possible Overkill), resulting  total number of 82 % from all of knowledge atributes in quadrant 1 and II , where those atributes is the main focus for enchantment and upgrading of qualities. After analyzing  and finding the problem source using RCA method, it can be concluded that  the Student Communities need a system that contained knowledge datas which is accessible and also facilitate the sharing data process. The researcher concluded that the SC need a KMS. SECI Model then used to make a beta version prototype which is offered as solution of Student Communities' s problems.

Abstract

Inaccuracy in planning capacity requirements will cause the company to suffer losses. Such losses include disruption in the production process due to not taking into account the number of workers and machines needed to complete production activities. This study aims to determine the capacity that is owned and the production load received by the machines contained in PT. Kiyokui Indonesia, especially the Robotic Fiber Laser machine, uses the Capacity Requirement Planning method which functions to display the comparison between the load that is inaugurated at work centers through existing work orders and the capacity of each work center during a certain period of time. PT. Kiyokuni Indonesia is a company engaged in the production of printer parts that are produced from the stamping press and assisted by the Robotic Fiber Laser in performing assemblies. With very high customer demand demanding that the Robotic Fiber Laser machine has a workload of almost 24 hours, using the Capacity Requirement Planning method, it is known that in January and February the Robotic Fiber Laser machine has overloaded, where the capacity requirement is 58,673 minutes in January and in February. 38,891 minutes, then the available capacity in January and February was only 34,500 minutes which could not be fulfilled the capacity needs that it should have

Abstract

Electrocardiograph (ECG) merupakan instrument medis yang mampu mengukur aktivitas listrik yang dihasilkan oleh jantung untuk mendeteksi kelainan pada organ tersebut. Sehingga sangatlah penting untuk memperoleh hasil yang akurat agar dalam menentukan diagnosa penyakit seorang pasien. Tidak presisinya peralatan EKG akan menyebabkan hasil perekaman aktivitas kelistrikan jantung yang tidak akurat. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan pengujian secara berkala pada alat ECG dan dilakukan kalibrasi. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengujian pada alat Electrocardiograph (ECG) dengan merk GE, Tipe Mac 600. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode perbandingan langsung dengan Electrocardiograph Simulator. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan nilai kalibrasi level tegangan dengan toleransi 5% dengan nilai 5,10, dan 20 mm/mV. Nilai pada kalibrasi laju rekaman memiliki toleransi 5% yaitu sebesar 99 mm untuk 8 siklus dan 98.5 mm untuk 4 siklus. Sedangkan pada kalibrasi sinyal ECG didapat hasil pengukuran sebesar 10 mm dan masih dalam batas toleransi 5%, dan hasil kalibrasi sinyal sinusoida 20mm dan masih dalam batas toleransi 10%.

Abstract

Almost all aspects of human life has been touched by the development of information and communication technology. Especially in the current pandemic where face-to-face interactions are very limited, so sometimes information is not conveyed clearly and precisely. For example, in the case of work when there are new employees who have difficulty getting information or just asking colleagues because they cannot convey information clearly. The lack of access and the amount of access needed to obtain certain information makes it difficult for new employees to work even though the questions asked are the same questions asked by one employee or another. Chatbot is the result of technological innovation that aims to facilitate the process of exchanging information by using interactive programs. With this text-based Chatbot application, you can minimize the time needed to answer questions because it is automated. The Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm was used in making Chatbot in this study by previously creating a collection of frequently arising questions (FAQ) containing 10 questions and their answers which will be used as a dataset. By using a split ratio of 0.8 and a total of 60 questions, the resulting accuracy value is 93.33% and the error value is 6.66%.

Abstract

Determine model teacher or teachers who performed well is one effort in improving on teacher performance.The problem in smk tamansiswa 3 jakarta is no fixed on the performance assessment teachers. Thus there needs the assessment system on teacher performance that can help in determining teachers with management best performance helped build management for providing advice for teachers based on the total score earned by. This system made by using fuzzy logic sugeno.Criteria that are applied in this system readiness matter, among others: learning, media uses, objective, curriculum development, their mastery of the material, the presence of, class control, ability motivate students, ability create a class pleasing. Criteria divided into the fuzzy good , enough and bad .The result of this research was the assessment system uses the teacher performance with the accuracy of fuzzy sugeno 98,92 % .
