Abstract

Patient satisfaction is the patient's feelings about the performance of the officers in health services in accordance with the level of expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of BPJS patients in terms of the queue number in the outpatient registration of Darmayu Hospital Ponorogo. This research design is descriptive qualitative. The study population was 50 BPJS patients. The sample was selected by accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through filling out a questionnaire, then analyzed descriptively. Most respondents got a queue number as much as 96% (48 respondents) and respondents who did not get a queue number were 4% (2 respondents). A total of 34 respondents (68%) were satisfied with the registration service according to the queue number, as many as 32% (16 respondents) were very satisfied, while patients who were quite satisfied and unsatisfied were not there (0%). It is recommended that the queue number be given when a new patient arrives by providing a fixed flow and procedure so that it is easier for the patient to get registration services, especially regarding the queue number, as well as the continuous application of SIM-RS in registration services. Keywords: TPPRJ; patient satisfaction; BPJS ABSTRAK Kepuasan pasien merupakan perasaan pasien terhadap kinerja petugas di pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan tingkat harapannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien BPJS ditinjau dari nomor antrian di pendafataran rawat jalan RSU Darmayu Ponorogo. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah pasien BPJS sejumlah 50 responden. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif. Sebagian besar responden mendapatkan nomor antrian sebanyak 96% (48 responden) dan responden yang tidak mendapatkan nomor antrian sebanyak 4% (2 responden). Sejumlah 34 responden (68%) puas dengan pelayanan pendaftaran sesuai nomor antrian, sebanyak 32% (16 responden) adalah sangat puas, sedangkan pasien yang cukup puas dan kurang puas adalah tidak ada (0%). Disarankan agar nomor antrian diberikan pada saat pasien baru datang dengan memberikan alur dan prosedur yang tetap agar pasien menjadi lebih mudah mendapatkan pelayanan pendafataran, kususnya tentang nomor antrian, serta diterapkannya SIM-RS yang berkesinambungan di pelayanan pendaftaran. Abstract

Based on provisional observations in 20017 at PAUD Tunas Harapan, Grobogan Village, Jiwan, Madiun, it was found that 16% of children suffered from dental caries. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about dental care and the incidence of dental caries. The design of this study was cross-sectional. The sample was selected by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire. In order to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about dental care and the incidence of dental caries, a hypothesis test was carried out using the Fisher exact test. Hypothesis test results showed that p-value = 0.2, so it was concluded that there was no relationship between maternal knowledge about dental care and the incidence of dental caries. Keywords: knowledge; dental care; caries teeth ABSTRAK Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan sementara pada tahun 20017 di PAUD Tunas Harapan, Desa Grobogan, Jiwan, Madiun, didapapatkan bahwa 16% anak menderita karies gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan gigi dengan kejadian karies gigi. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam rangka mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan gigi dengan kejadian karies gigi dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan Fisher exact test. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa p-value = 0,2, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang perawatan gigi dengan kejadian karies gigi. Abstract

Family support is needed by leprosy patients in treatment. Noncompliance treatment can trigger a relapse and prolong the duration of treatment. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support compliance in the treatment of leprosy patients in health centers Sine working area. The study design used is Analytical sectional. By using purposive sampling technique as much as 30 respondents participated in the study. The instrument used in this study were (1) questionnaire respondent characteristics, (2) questionnaires family support, (3) calculate the rest of the drug in patients with leprosy. Cronbach alpha reliability test on the questionnaire of family support r = 0.752. The results showed that the majority of leprosy patients gain positive support of the family as much as 18 (60.0%), while a small portion of negative family support gained as much as 12 leprosy patients (40.0%). Most of the leprosy patients adherence to the treatment of leprosy were 27 (90.0%), while non-adherent to run as much as 3 treatment of leprosy patients (10,0%).
