Abstract

Industry lime operating in padang panjang city has header after the long since the days of dutch colonial until now.Development sectors of mining in processing natural resources had long been issued by the city government padangpanjang as one of the strategy and wisdom important to encourage the growth of the local economy. Abstract

Interactive media recognize the names of animals and plants showing various kinds of animals and plants. Presented in the form of images and text. The process of delivering to children early age assisted by mentor teachers or parents. This certainly requires to be able to attract the attention of children and tried to optimize the delivery of information in interactive media is to be well understood. Based on the these problems, the authors will design a teaching media to recognize the names of animals and plants that displays several images of animals and plants which also include with audio of animal sounds.and audio elements that combined in this media is expected to achieve the goal of designing the interactive media. The purpose of the interactive media design itself is how to how to make the delivery of information could be optimal and may increase the existence and independence of early childhood in recognizing about animals and plants through the interactive media.The design method of this interactive media using SWOT analysis. Strength (strength) from the interactive media that will be designed, weakness (weakness) from media recognize the names of animals and plants which is graphical, opportunity (opportunities) as seen from the data of observation, and Threat (threat) found from the data of observation results. The consideration is due to SWOT analysis is used to assess and re-assess (reevaluation) something that has existed and already decided previously with the goal of minimizing the risks that may arise.Design results of interactive media recognize the names of animals and plants are packed in a CD along with the design of the cover and the cover of the CD. Abstract

Traditional games Sipak Tekong is the game that has been passed down by Indonesian society since the former. Forms of the game that there is nothing to hide and seek. The game is common in some parts of Indonesia, but here the authors conducted a survey in the districts Patamuan in regency Padang Pariaman Sumatera Barat. Based on the author's observation, the game Sipak Tekong has been almost forgotten by the children as more interest in the children of the modern game. And there is no better promotion of the game which is able to remind the public, especially the children that traditional game Sipak Tekong is very much useful.The design of the traditional game comics Sipak Tekong aims to remind people of tradition and culture that deserves to defended. In addition to comic media promotion is also supported by other media such as T-shirts, picture cards, pins, bags, stickers, calendars, mugs, notebooks, and candy jars. The design is based on the theory of media data analysis 5W1H, by following the path of the data analysis can be seen in detail on how to design an attractive of media for the promotion of traditional games Sipak Tekong. Abstract

Car Free Day is a car-free day which aims to reduce air pollution polluted by motor vehicles and also has a special purpose, namely that people care about the environment that is clean and comfortable "Environmentally Friendly". The government set Sulaiman Khatib Padang region into a car-free area which was held on Sunday, exactly on October 30, 2011 for 3 (three) hours starting at 06:00 to 9:00 pm in the Sulaiman Khatib named Car &Motorcycle Free Day.Design method used is the SWOT analysis. Advantages of Car Free Day activities, namely: (1) to reduce the capacity of the air pollution pollution caused by motor vehicles, (2) the presence of Car Free Day is, making a new culture in the community as a venue for socializing with friends and family, (3) Car Free Day is also a means of physical health free from pollution, (4) Car Free Day activities also make people who care about the environment that is clean and comfortable "environmentally Friendly". The downside of Car Free Day, namely: (1) the activities of the Car Free Day also has a negative impact on the smooth running of traffic because the closing part of the road will cause congestion on roads crowded alternative and (2) reduced air pollution on roads used for car Free Day but will add to air pollution in an alternative way.Designing media public service advertising campaign in the form of media that uses billboards that headline, Car Free Day, on the sub-headline, and carfree Go Do not Stop, and on the tage line, Healthy Living, Healthy Environment. Without Pollution, Without congestion. the process of designing is to create a destination as the main medium in the formof billboards and other supporting media, namely: posters, shirts, banners, pins, stickers, xbander, shopping bags, and key chains featuring the activities of the Car Free Day . Abstract

Silungkang songket making of documentary aims to introduce to the public, how the creation of songket are still very traditional Silungkang. Workmanship is not an easy thing, So that the people know why the price of songket is expensive, because in its manufacture requires precision and patience. In making this documentary analysis method used is a SWOT analysis as documentary produced will present on all the power (strenght), opportunities (opportunity), and cover all the flaws (weakness) and threats (treatmant) Silungkang songket good that comes from within or from outside to describe a product. Abstract

Turtle conservation is an activity that aims to maintain and preserve the sustainability of populations of sea turtles and their habitats in a sustainable manner. There is now a turtle conservation in Pariaman is in UPT Pariaman. But there are still many who do not know his whereabouts. It is important to know what kind of turtle conservation turtle and the reason why it is conserved.The documentary is one effective medium for delivering information through documentary films more easily attract the attention of the target audience. The purpose of the design of this documentary is to campaign for the conservation of sea turtles, using Expository approach that conveys information to the presented facts in combination with images.Methodology approach departed from the literature and using 5W +1 H to understand all the information in a problem. So the selection of more effective media campaign and the message understood by the target audience.This film begins with an overview of the scarcity of turtles, then an explanation of the turtle conservation UPT like what, operations management and conservation of the latter effect after conservation. In addition to the documentary, the campaign features a media support such as business cards, stickers, handbook, pins, CD labels, CD covers, wall clocks, key chains and mugs which aims to strengthen the major media.Keyword: media campaigns, turtle conservation, documentary.

Abstract

Pempek Mama Oky Seafood is a restaurant in padang which is wilt on 19th May 2012. It is at Bandar Damar street no.19, Padang, west Sumatra. It is led by Mr. Rudi Setiawan. Since it’s first built, this restaurant’s promotions doun’t have significant effect, because the promotion is only by brochure.From the reason above, Pempek Mama Oky Seafood promotion trough television advertisement is designed. TV advertisement is one of the way to promote a product by a video around 30 seconds, completed by picture, sound and brief message. TV Advertisement is choosen as the media because this kind of technology and information is easy to find.This design uses SWOT analisis metod. The superiority of Pempek Mama Oky restaurant is, it’s the only one seafood restaurant in Padang. That is completed by Pempek. It’s weakness is lack of promotion.There so many technology and information that cin be used Pempek Mama Oky Seafood promotion, one of them is TV advertisement, supported by X-Banner, CD Box, CD Label, Calender, Pin, Sticker, Decoratives Plates, Book Menu, Flaig Chain, and Tabel Number.Key Word: Video, TV Advertisement, Promotion, Pempek Mama Oky Seafood.

Abstract

J. Six Cafe is a cafe located in the city of Padang, Standing on December 22 2012, the building area of 180 m². The origin of the name is taken from the café J.six Jalan Ir. H. Juanda No. 06 Padang, The address is the place J.six cafe itself. J.six cafe has a tagline “Hang style cafe, cafeteria style price”. J. Six cafe've never done before promotional media such as radio, and brochures, but not optimal. Authors interested in making television commercials, on television media campaign to reinforce the message to make it more impact on the target audience.The main concern in the design of this, namely how to design a media campaign television ads as j. Six cafe in the field, in order to inform the presence of J. Six cafe, services, food, drink, and the food is priced by weight, cheap to the target audience through television advertising. Design method used is the SWOT analysis. The advantages of television advertising media is the message it conveys is fast and easy to remember. Television commercials to learn about the process of planning, recording, and editing a series of events (the image), to clarify things realistically depict J.six cafe in a short time.Therefore, the design through the medium of television is expected to attract the attention of the target audience, in order to visit the J. Six cafe. Television advertising is the main medium is chosen to promote J. Abstract

Martial arts is the art that arises as the way a person maintain / defend themselves. Martial arts have long existed and evolved over time. Basically, humans have the instinct to always protect themselves and their lives. grow or evolve, human beings can not be separated from physical activity, whenever and wherever.In today's information age is a basic need of society. In the development of information technology is very easy to obtain. At the current state of fighting degrees should have a better media campaign or effective than previous media campaigns.Since fighting degrees established, fighting degrees yet have interactive media. Interactive media is the media campaign which aims to indirectly raise the degree of fighting image among the general public as well as the West Sumatran kususnya can introduce degrees Pasaman fighting in more detail.The design process will be applied to the CD or commonly called Interactive CD premises. The advantages of this CD is copied and does not require much cost.
